I absolutely love this app it is my favorite one. I have been playing it for at least 4/5 years. I have spent at least a thousand of dollar probably more, anyway I have not been able to play because it will not completely load, it gets to 89% and stops, I have tried everything, uninstalling an reinstalling it several times, and it just won't go past CV 89% loaded!!!! All my other games work fine, please fix this issue!!!!!

The damn loading doesnt go past a certain # and it is like its stuck! So no one can play it. That stinks. Why don't you fix this horrid problem. It used to be my favorite game....better than Quick Hits that just eats up your winnings all the time. So, l'll just look elsewhere for other games. You're the losers, losing all your previous customers!!!

I love this game, and have played it on and off over t ime. I downloaded it for my Chromebook and for my phone and both of them loaded 89% and that's it I've uninstalled reinstalled for stopped you name it nothing will work. I will update the writing if I can ever get back in and the problem will be fixed. I don't want to give it just one star because I have enjoyed it so much in the past.

1 star for not being like the other slot games that let you win in the beginning and then never win. This game has been paying attention to reviews on other games and has decided to go a different way. Unfortunately they've decided to skip the winning part all together. It took less then 1 minute to lose. Terrible game!

The download and installation is poor and time consuming......stops at 89% and then hangs for ever.....uninstall and retry installing, just to experience the same issues. Never get the oppurtunity to play the slots once, bad experience and will not waste my time and efforts again to download.

I lost over a million coins with a minimum bet of 10,000 chips in less than an hour. In that time I hit free spins once and got no bonuses. I hit level 4 and wasn't able to play the slot I wanted because I wasn't high enough level. Uninstalling and don't plan on playing anything else by this company.

This is/was my favorite slots app. Wish it had a better payout ratio so I could play more. (personal edit/update:unsure, but seems that this has changed for the better) Wondering when challenges are gonna happen??? It's displayed "CHALLENGES COMING SOON" for as long as I've seen this game available

Are you freaking serious? I didn't get to play not one freaking bonus before I went broke after downloading it. That must be the worst bonus ratio ever. Absolutely a horrible experience - not one freaking bonus. I've downloaded maybe 7 slots today and this one is the worst for win ratios, kick-back per spin and bonus feature frequency. The slots looks okay in comparison to some slot apps ive played but the payout percentage is abismal. I was out of the 2million start bonus within 5 minutes. App is clearly only interested in you paying for chips as early as possible so the app has been deleted. Within those 5 minutes i had 2 ads so they have made money off of me already. If i wanted to spend money in a slot id use a real one.

glitches are happening glitches are happening on this app!! when you play the feature slots, its opening 3 to 4 pages on Google chrome. My Google chrome app wasn't even open!! This has happened everytime i have clicked on it. Way to many glitches for me.

Coins disappear quickly and after NOT playing for a while, my phone gave a warning about excessive battery usage. When I fixed it, I found that Big Bonus Slots was running in the background even after I had closed it. Now it's deleted.

It's kind of sad when you watch the reels speed up or slow down. I'm not sure how this app has such a high rating when it's cheats. I've uninstalled it within 5 minutes of having it don't waste your time or your data.

It's a good game a great way to pass time, but the bonus needs to pay more. Some of the games the bonus is very hard to get and then if you get the bonus it doesn't pay a lot

Good game but once I progress along to a higher level the game locks up and is unplayable. This happened before and I had to Uninstaller and reinstall. Lost all progress. Grrrrr...

game is fine, payouts are decent. way too many ads. they pop up in the middle of games and sometimes play back to back. it's annoying, deleting app. thank you

it was good but not anymore. build your score up and then it gradually takes it away from you. even when you do win it's not very much. little by little it takes your money away just like a real slot machine.

1st i have to collect all day in order to get maybe 10 mins of play 2nd have to bet low in order to win anything and now today my fav game has been removed? I will say some games are fun with multi ways of winning hardly any pop up ads i like that i can collect every hour but what's the point if i only get a few mins of play anyway

All things considered it is better than average. Here is the BIG BUT, the bonus rounds are cheap with even a very large bet. A bonus round of 8 free games should give you more than 3-4 hits.

Nothing but troubles. I had to re download after resetting my phone and now it won't load any farther than 89%. I have restarted the phone and even cleared the games cache ....and still won't even load. Aaaarrrg

App fully installed but will only load to 89% when you try to open it to play. I completely uninstalled 4 times and started over and still same result.

i do not recomend this blah game! this should be removed! waste of space for play store and definitely a waste of space on my phone! I just downloaded it and literally played for 3 minutes and already out of coins pathetic waste period! Deleting now!

Like watching paint dry. I played 60 spins each in 2 of the 3 games available when you start. I didn't hit a single.bomus game or free spin, and the largest win was 5x my bet.

I enjoy the graphics and size of the games. The whole experience is great--- no glitches or delays. Great job.

After repeatedly missing scores over and over and making several attempts to inform the makers of this problem and having never been acknowledged, I decided enough was enough. I'll be uninstalling this game.
