Love this app! The subscription is affordable. The workouts cater for different levels of ability. It's easy to choose the duration of workout to suit time available. Great variety of workouts to choose from. The modifications are helpful if you have mobility issues or limitations. The positive affirmations are encouraging and keep you going! Highly recommend for plus size women like me who like to be active. So glad I decided to subscribe!
I so, so wanted to like this app, but it felt underdeveloped. Many of the videos were repetitive - you could tell they filmed different sets and spliced them into different videos - and they were LITERALLY repetitive, with the videos repeating the set of X number of moves back to back to build up time. I got bored really quickly. This has the potential to be something great, but it just wasn't for me.
This is a great app for all bodies and abilities. There's a 12 week programme that you can follow, or pick and choose videos you like the look of. You can also find a warm up and demonstration videos for all the moves you need. Guest videos add variety and the subscription is affordable. You can also join the Facebook group for support from other users. Love it!
It's so great to have an app that has exercises for everybody all abilities and all shapes and sizes. Perfect for people that have injuries as well because of all the modifications available. Over a year-and-a-half later and I'm still using this app and it continues to get better and better with all the additional workouts and trainers added. It has helped me to lose over 80 lbs and build strength throughout my entire body! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!
This is by far my favorite fitness app. The workouts are challenging but adaptable for anyone, theres good variety, good range of workouts from 10 - 40 minutes, and little or no equipment needed. I like to try different workouts and instructors all the time, but i consider this app my "home base". Great way to work the whole body and improve your cardio. Love that music is included. Love that theres no burpees and jumping isnt required. No crashes or tech issues
Really enjoying this app so far. Lots of different variations for all fitness levels, including chair workouts. I'm excited to try the 5k program also. It's nice see average women in these videos and not the stereo type "fit girls". The only "complaint" I have is that when you play the workout the Play, Pause, Skip ahead features are white and they blend into the background, making it difficult to see where the Pause Button etc is. Otherwise very easy to use!
Great app! Movement that feels good for all bodies! I've been following Louise for a couple years now. The app keeps getting better and better with guest workouts and expert interviews. I'm a big fit girl who likes competition and group exercise...but I ever now and then need a break and to go slow. The app is a great way to keep it moving, no matter what. During COVID, the app and the community kept me connected. And for that am grateful.
I really love this app. There are a variety of workouts (boxing, cardio, weights, bosu, etc) so I never get bored. I can browse workouts by type, length, body area and find something that interests me. The community you get access to also great. I've been able to meet other folks and give/get encouragement and advice. The challenges also help keep me motivated and encourage me to try new stuff. And having the coaching Zoom calls with Louise is awesome!
The Best Fitness App for Plus Size Women. I am so happy this app exists. I deleted two other fitness apps, after less than 24 hours of installing this one. There are so many different fitness levels on here. I can chose an entire 30 minute workout session to complete with or without equipment. It's very inspiring to see someone that "looks like me" when I'm trying to be active. There are encouraging mantras and empowering interviews to help women of all sizes to love their bodies and be active.
I love this app for its adaptability - whatever type of movement I'm feeling drawn to, I can pick and choose, I can choose length of workout, intensity, focus. Whatever is right for me. I would love a kettlebell section next please!
Tons of content and probably a great ap for people doing home workouts, but having everything be in video format makes it not a great choice for taking to the gym. I was hoping for more workout/strength plans written out, with linked videos to supplement if something was unclear.
Love the modifications available as you go and being able to select type, level, and style of workout. Have had some minor playback issues, but otherwise works well.
This give me a sense of pride in my community as a Big Fit Athlete. The training and coaching sets you up for success a every level. Love Louise and The Big Fit Girl community, let's change the world. Boy, these workouts keep getting better and better new content regularly always a great workout and even greater message all bodies are strong and able. Louise is fantastic, nice to see Dianne Bondy on here. Amazing app!!!!
This is fabulous. Love being able to pick a length of workout, an area to target, or a level of challenge. The online community also rocks.
Wonderful workouts, good videos, easy to follow. Also love the training programs! It's nice to see long term where you're headed. Well worth the price.
The Big Fit Girl app is my home for size-inclusive movement. It is more than a collection of videos. Louise Green engages with members on Facebook, Instagram and live video calls. It's an international community for people usually excluded from fitness spaces.
Fantastic body positive all ages sizes and ability. So encouraging! Keeping it real and keeping it accessible!

This is really good! There's a good variety of workouts which are easy to find based on time or workout types. Good clear voice cues. It's so AWESOME to finally see a full bodied instructor leading a class so you can actually follow what she is doing. Love that they offer a free trial and $15 AUD per month is pretty reasonable. Music is a bit naff but it always is with these fitness video workouts. Hope they keep adding new content because if they do I'll be sticking around for a while for sure.
