Can't even use the voucher properly. After going through all the process, at the end when to reveal the code it just errors out. No link to customer service in the app, have to manually search the internet for an email. Slow, unresponsive UI, not even a loading icon to tell you if the app is still working or bugged out. Limited voucher choices. Overall there is really no point to use this app other than to use up your points before it expires.

Most useless and laggy app. So much for AA super app konon. Products listed are limited and always giving error when clicking in. Exchange program is a joke with its conversion rates. Overal collecting big points is a completely pointless activity

I had tried to login to BIG Rewards for 4 consecutive days but keep on saying 'cannot create otp'??!! Halo, I had waited for more than 24 hours on my subsequent attempts also but still can't login?? I want to use my points ASAP! Don't tell me I have to leave it to expire again?? Not sure why we still keep accumulating the points if there's so many issues on the app and its getting worse! Better focus to collection other loyalty programs. Here just create hassle only. Email also no respond!

The app is not as user friendly but as long as you set it up you will be able to use it.however from time to time you wille experiance server error .. however 1 thing they did efficiently is forfeited your points.. although they notified the points will expired in certain range of time ( 28 day) but it will expired before that..its darn confusing, supplier in the apps always have no stock, more ex, hassle, your hard earn mileage all turn to drain and you can only write to them with no response.

It does not work as it says so. In the photo above it has 4 icons below. But when you install it, it has only 3. Which means you can't use it to buy anything else and earn points. Error keeps showing too. It's best to use the AirAsia website to buy your tickets and earn points there instead of using this app which does not work.

There are multiple buttons that lead to the same item - - Link accounts/ exchange points - - yet none work for Mesra. Been trying to link for months; it's a registered card, Mesra says there's no issue on their end so it must be this app. And here's the best part - there isn't a contact /troubleshoot button in the app so I have to bring up this issue here.

App is slow, and when I put dates in it won't allow me to continue. Plus I can't play the game which gives you the chance to win points. They tell you to click on a tile that's not there. I updated the app so that's not the issue as it's still the same. POINTS CATCHER TILE DOESN'T EXIST!!!

Couldn't see the significance of this app instead of just using AirAsia app itself. Because what you can do inside this app is basically similar to the AirAsia app (searching for flights, Big Point and profile viewing). Why don't just combine into the AirAsia app as it is more economically saving for not using excessive manwork to developing purpose.

Haven't used much though been accumulating points via BIGPAY. To create loyal happy customers, points should not expire. Or make it ten years. Users will leave in droves when their points are gone. And points don't cost the issuer much. Think long term and customer experience and allow points to keep going. This could be Airasia and many credit card points system final chance since DeFi is taking over soon.

The beta Big xChange don't allow covert point to others! It used to work. Btw, I didn't sign up for the beta, how come beta can roll out to public user? More than 2 months after reporting the issue, many user also feedback the same issue, but nothing is fixes. My point is expiring! Personal opinion: The APP not worth my time, other rewarding App are getting better overtime, but this one go in the other way round (not even maintaining). Hope to see our more action based on user feedback.

I have 83 items shows on the in-app notification, but click into it, none of the message is unread. It's annoying to always see the number there. Hope that the bug can be fixed ASAP.

App might be useful to people in Malaysia but definitely USELESS to people overseas. No vouchers, coupons, restaurants, shops etc to claim my points overseas and their all expiring soon. 20k points down the drain just like that and there's nothing I can do about it. Makes me feel helpless and angry at Air Asia as i've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years.

I get email reminders saying my points are going to expire but am driven to an app that is nothing but a giant ad space. Unable to redeem a single thing as the app goes blank on the chosen item. This loyalty program is nothing but a big scam to sell user data.

All vouchers are out of stock. And points are expiring as there are no options to use it. All users are having the same issue but they will still ask to contact Customer Service. Hassle and time consuming. They are just ripping money instead of giving rewards.

The app is poorly manage recently. For the part Snap and Earn point doesn't work well. After enter the Id, after that all the other fill that need to be there can't submit. It make me curious It's the the account valid and still can bring use..

Totally not user friendly. Redemption states in website cannot be found in APP. No contact point or helpline to ask. The APP soooo simple that I can't even navigate for redemption. What is the point of earning the points if the redemption is made easy.

The latest version app is seriously not user friendly at all. The snap and earn feature seems missing from this app, plus the interface display on some feature also wasn't up to standard. May I know did the app developer take a look on this because I saw many 1 star complaint at Google Play already.

One of the useless app I have ever installed. Countless login fail due to poor server. Very disappointing experience. I wished I can uninstall it right away, but I need to redeem my Tunetalk points. One star!

Account has been deactivated about 2 weeks with Security reason. After submit the ID document and other information, no news since then. Understood from some of the members also facing the same account deactivated issue. Could let us know what is the Security issue and when this can be fix?

I can log in into my account since 5 days ago. I never received any OTP. The data network and everything is fine. Edit: I download the app again on on october, it still has the same issue. I can't even log in with my fb. It's really bad and useless app.

Updated the Apps as the update request kept popping up. I have a few receipts to claim points. Unfortunately, cant claim any points as after clicking Get Points, cant find any buttons to upload receipt details. Not user friendly at all. Very disappointed!!

To log in, the apps suddenly ask for OTP. Good for security but the OTP request took hours to arrive and when it arrives, the code cannot be used anymore and the apps has return to the page asking for your phone number to verify. The weird thing is, they already have your phone number when you registered as Big Member. Why ask again? Just send the OTP. What if I key in someone's else number? Yes, the codes go there. What kind of security is that? Why don't verify through email? Silly updates...

Since the last update on 05.Nov the App does not open anymore... only getting: "Unfortunately, BIG Loyalty has stopped" This is very sad and annoying since i used the App before a lot and there is sadly no option to roll back to previous working version or install new the previous one.

Saw a lot of bad reviews before download it, but thinking should give it a chance. After download then only realize...yeah it's really the WORST App in 2021. No matter in UI/UX wise or the stability wise, really need a lot of improvements.

I have not been able to access the app since I updated it. Error message = Connection Error (Unable to connect to the server). The app used to work fine until the latest update patch was released.

Having so much frustration using the app, tried to shop on the eshop but when trying to login to the account, it always fail. Same goes to when trying to redeem a flight, it will always throw me back to passenger details page. Can all these be fixed asap?

I have no idea how to use my expiring points using this app. I tried again, clicked on "use points" as directed. Other than book flights with is completely useless at this time. Also because I can't fly & accumulate or earn points i will just have to let them expire... Luckily I don't have many. I give up.

Tried to redeem my Big points via web. Can't find. Forced to install app. Registration, app can't locate server. Tried a few times. Wasted my time & my batt. Once past this, tried to log on. Keep going to survey page 'can I be your friend'. No, I don't wanna be your friend. I just want to redeem my points! Why so bloody hard?! Past this, tried to redeem. Same horrible runabout again. Saw the long winded T&C, where I may hv to sell my soul. Forget it. Delete app. U can keep ur points.

I'm trying to make payment more than 7 times but your screen is blank. I already uninstall and installed again the apps, and still the same. Tried with website and still the same. Connect to all stars did not able to help me to make the payment! Stupid service!
