I called Sunday night for pickup 8:30 a.m. on Monday for doctor's appointment. A bit after 8:35 a.m. there was no sign of a car so I called big Q. While they had me on hold the driver called and said he'd be there within 5 minutes. It was actually more than 10 minutes and instead of being picked up at 8:30 a m i was picked up between 8:45 and 8:50 a.m. . I believe this was car 42, and unless he was talkin to me the driver did not keep his mask up properly.
Excellent at all times
Usually very quick , which i like. This afternoon. I was left stranded. Don't know what happened. I usually can depend on them without a dought. I hope there is a good reason.

Better than Ubber or Lyft. Always on time, clean cars, polite drivers and reasonable rates. Always feel safe, and the drivers are helpful, and ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOU TO GET INTO YOUR HOUSE. Haven't used any other car service since I've moved from Texas back to New York City. Koodos to BIG Q!!!!👍🚕💯 They'll even let u take your dog 🐶 if you let them know in advance, and request a mini van.(Dog MUST BE WELL TRAINED AND NOT SICK...etc vomiting) be considerate and bring a towel or sheet. Remember this is someone's car and lively hood.
Great for my tavels when i need quick way to get places ,well now not happy i oder a cab on Saturday May 27 i was told the prize the driver change it when my family arrived to where they were going,long story short horrible & disappointed !!!! Driver was nasty to an elder women
The driver arrived on time. He was courteous and got me to my destination safely. I would definitely use again and highly recommend them.
App would never run, msg says it cannot start try again later service unavailable. At least i got Big Q in my phone book Very Disappointing.
Simple but accurate. Tells you status of car and is always exact I would say I use it more than Uber now.
