I really enjoy the game a lot. but every time I'm have difficulties playing my points. I'll end up losing some or all my points because it will say that it's having problems or lost connection. and then my points are gone. and I really don't think that's very fair that there not put back on. but the game when I get play I would give it 5 stars.
Is an okay game, like most other bingo games. Didn't win many times. Numbers are too small and hard to read.
This game used to be lots of fun. Now there are so many players that it is hard to get to even one bingo. The same people take the top prizes every week. Used to be able to watch ads for more energies, now it says that the ads are not ready. It freezes up a lot. It take so many treasure chest just to get one puzzle piece. Not enough bingos offered for the number of increased players.

"ALWAYS"- make sure after you get bingo you just scroll to Kent page and then scroll back if you want. It's like it just reads it as refreshing the page it always work!
Would be more interesting if the games were one type of pattern per game instead of any pattern. Cover all's, 4 corners, shapes. Starting to get bored of it. There's no variety.

Interesting and fun to play. Packed with lot of exciting features. No doubt this is one of the best Bingo game I have ever played 🤟🤟 Wow!!
Loads of fun, but I would like to change the layout of the bigo cards when I play, I wish they would give you options on how you want them to appear on the screen when you play, personally I would like to have all four cards on one screen while I play, now I could understand if you were playing with more than four cards at a time, then you would need to rotate your cards, if you guys with the company happen to read this please see if you can't make it happen, Love ❤️ the game
Really fun bingo game. You don't have to spend "real" money unless you want to. I can play awhile every day using daily rewards. I gave 5 stars because compared to other bingo games I have downloaded and later uninstalled, it is interesting enough to keep me coming back day after day.
Disappointed with the updated version, gameplay too small and hard to follow. Would like to roll back to the older version if possible somehow...
Dont download been playing for the last 30 minutes and my last 4 round didnt even get one number called for my cards and like 6 numbers was called and boom the round is over I dont know what going on but they say its random on calling the numbers but it not.
After reading a lot of reviews, I've decided not to install the game. It goes black, it's too small, you lose credits, and it shuts down on you. I will stay with my bingo game I've been playing since 2013!
I'm enjoying this bingo app. most bingo games i have downloaded i uninstalled. this one is a keeper. my only complaint is that i wish i it had more ways to collect/earn energy. i run out of energy quickly and do not get to play this bingo app very long after I log into it.
It would be nice to have fun avatars if so desired. Choices are not available. Also bingos are not always credited correctly.. You can bingo 3 times but they give you credit for 2. This has happened to me multiple times. Otherwise I play to relax and enjoy.
Now the new Big Spin Bingo ,Best Free Bingo game is too small.I like the old type,can you change to the old type........And now,the new type ,collect is the same is the blue colour.Always the same collect of bonus also the same of blue colour then spin for what .Is no point of this already.I think i want to close this game again.I very,very,very,very,very disappointed of this game.Always collect the same of blue colour..........

Not free. False advertising. Only free for a few games and as usual for these games if you want to play you have to buy more. What a rip off!!!😡
Doesnt stay on, app shuts off way to much! Fix please. I do like the game. It has many things that other games dont have. Bingo wise that is. Alot of fun !!
Played 2 games and then the screen went black except my amount of coins, powerups & lightbulbs. What a horseshit game. I unstalled it right away.
One of my all time favourite Bingo game 👌. The game is look really nice, packed with varieties of gameplay.. New updates look great. Simple and straght forwarde gameplay, I would recommend Bingo players to have this app. Must try 😊👍👍👍👍👍
After I make a purchase in this app I get kicked out and it keeps kicking me out at the start. Been like this for almost 2 days. I want my money back so I can delete this app off my phone.
Need to have a way to get energy without leveling up besides buying it supposed to be a free game also the person whoever is calling out the saying y'all need to turn the volume up on it I have my volume up all the way and can barely hear
this game is very vague and ambiguous, I only got to play 2 games then buying more points is suggested, I'm uninstalling it for another bingo game.
Why do I have to purchace a welcome package to play more games? I have enough coin/tokens to play. Everytime the welcome package advertisment popping up not allowing me to continue to play 😕
I love this game but that ad to buy coins keeps me from playing. Im ready to get rid of it if that ad doesnt go away
can't access other games, even having a high level! would be a lot better if there weren't any bots!!
Not Enough Power Ups To Continue Playing. You initially get a chunk of Power Ups to play, and once you deplete your quantity good luck trying to earn more. You ostensibly don't! You can watch 30+ second videos and get 2 power ups per video. To play 4 cards in any Bingo Game you need at least 20 Power Up Points. Waste of time. Uninstalling. Creators, this is NOT A REAL MONEY EARNING BINGO GAME. IT'S AN ONLINE FREE GAME. You want me to come back & play, let me win and earn some power ups.
