Big Time Mahjong

I'm using the solitaire game and when I've tried to add this game and a couple of other games it says my email address doesn't exist so I sent a couple of emails. I decided to try from scratch since it doesn't recognize my email and it came up with a message saying that email account is already used (yah, it's me)... This is very frustrating!

Sometimes when I open the app, I've lost tickets and exp. Usually when I switch to a different BT app like Solitaire I often lose both. At least the bank is safe. It never loses ticket, however 80 - 90 percent of the time I can't bank tickets because the server is busy. How can the server be too busy to bank 1000 but not too busy to bank 100? I can bank 1000 - 2000 tickets a day. If there's a Max deposit limit say so, or fix it. Otherwise I really like most of their apps.

It is a bit addicting! Don't really understand how points or tickets are calculated, but it's fun to try to beat the clock .controls are a bit slow and it loses internet connection often. Graphics are pretty simple.

This game is pretty much great. I always get hyped up on matching the tablets like a speed race. The payout is decent 10,000 for $0.10 isn't so bad if you think about it. Like $0.10 is better than earning $0.01. From a game that doesn't seem like it allows you to fully reach your payout goal. I have now reached to $50cad in playing these Big Time games. They don't make you wait for a certain number of days to cash out, or play to reach a certain level. Or even make you feel scammed.

I really enjoy playing this game, but I don't get why the booster timer starts before the game is ready to be played AND if the game is won the booster timer continues while an ad plays. Hopefully you can fix soon. Can't speak about the process of winning any money because I haven't won anything yet (playing about 2 months). I will edit this review as needed.

I have always been a fan of this game I love playing mahjong it helps me in keeping focus. Well I have to say that this game is beginning to get on my nerves for the simple fact if you win 30 minutes to get extra tickets is cool but I don't like that while you are playing and you win a 5 minutes you lose your remaining time that sucks and I don't like it when you get through with a game and the counter is still counting down and when you try to get back to the next level before your timer runs

I love the game except the Google ad is right where the button is to mix up the tiles and you can't mix em up so ultimately lose because of not being able to mix the tiles. will change to 5 stars once this issue is fixed!

Game is fun...starts simple but gets more difficult the higher you go. Great way to pass time & sharpen your brain at the same time. Makes a boring road trip go by faster!

The Mahjong letters on the piece of wood are too small . I have to wear glasses to play it. Please do someting with this issue. It also should auto enlarge the screen when we have less pieces of wood on the board like Mahjong Classic app. Apart from that are good.

crashes after every game, doest give me the ticket after completing a level. also, some mahjong blocks extended over the edge of the screen, wont show the entire face of the block. Devs better update the game and optimize it for the new devices.

Love this game it is addictive my grand and great grandchildren are enjoying it as well and very quickly get high scores. I enjoy the challenge to myself of trying to finish the game quickly without using a reshuffle. Have fun best game out there.

The game is great. I don't like the timer but I can get over it because I still win tickets. However I have not gotten my 5,000 tickets for downloading it.

Very rarely can you complete the board. To me that's a game that's fixed and I don't like it. It's not clear how to cash in your tickets very poor game.

I love this game, its awesome ,really great way to ward off boredom and get tactical,plus you earn tickets that you can convert into cash.Not had any issues with the app so far, hope it stays that way. Big Time Games are great👍

I love all of bigtime games I get to play similar versions of my favorite games and slowly make some money there games I already play so why play the real games when I can actually make money I have already cashed out over 12$ and so what it takes a little time before you get some real money saved up its 100% free money and just downloading all the bigtime games everyone of them and clicking on the ticket icon you get close to 5$

I have attempted to email about this problem but no reply, I cannot log into this app with my email that I use for all your other apps never had this issue but have tried everything I can to fix it

I like it because it keeps my brain thinking. It keeps you on your toes hunting for tiles that match and your racing against time. Yes i would say that this game is exciting and also edicational...

i really love the game. but i had to update 3 days ago and i lost all my progress and all the tickets i had in my bank. i contacted them and have heard nothing back. so just a warning if they force a update on you be prepared to loose everthing. would have given them 5 stars but now nothing i lost over 160.000 tickets really sucks

I am enjoying the challenging levels. But I don't really understand the point system or a reward benifit...I'm just playing away...lol

Wow I have never enjoyed this much in a game. But I rate 4 stars because some of the pictures I cannot see probably they cannot appear all in my phone screen which make it hard to play. Other than that I love it.

Aggressive ads opening google play store suddenly after update. I have yet to hit the $10 for paypal prize so i don't know if it's legit on that yet. At least the games aren't impossible to win.

You guys need a settings bar so people can turn off the sound other then that i like the game. I prefer to listen to music and play then that annoying sound you guys have

Tough, but fun, you get better and faster the more puzzles you do. Don't bet on making any money, Takes 10,000 tickets to earn a dime. Good luck, earning the $10 it takes to cash out.

Great game! I enjoy playing this game and also i can get lots of ticket compared to other bigtime game. I hope i can win in the raffle draw. 😅 i am aiming to finish all the levels with 3 stars each. Yeah!!!! Aja!!

I really love all of Big Time games and its nearly my 3rd cash out already.actually i already did hit the $10 but i want to add more for a merrier cash out! So if i were u guys id rather waste my full time playing all the Big Time Winner games with a 1000 % sure REAL money cash out!!!

four stars for the moment only because I haven't won yet. it's nice that your account can go across all big time apps and the game is actually pretty enjoyable

Luv this game , it's a great challenge and i like that . believe me or not but this game makes me forget my heart aches and distracts me from bad news and some bad days. i have mdd ( major depperission disorder ) and bad anxtiety . ik some of my words are misspell but idc lol 😁 should download if you can related and moonlite recommends 👽

When your awarded 30 minute, but before i use the 30 min, up i get another award for, say, 5 minutes, when this happens it canceks out any remaining time i have on my 30 minutes. Not fair. It should add it on to your exist time for double points

Would be alot better if i didnt have to tap on the selected tiles more than once. And no its not my screen ive even had this trouble useing a stylest.

I love majong, but all the BT games are fun to play. Yes it says you can make money while playing and you do but thats not why i play it. Its just fun, the money is just a bonus
