I always order from this App. They are always prompt on delivery schedules, but most of the time items fail to appear during billing & I need to cancel the unavailable item. This App doesn't have an option to add additional products which I want, after billing of the first order. When I try to get them, I am charged delivery fee. Need to have an option to add additional items to the first order. Developer please take note.
The app was very easy to use, but after the update, it keeps pushing a few brands/products. Even if you search for a specific thing, other stuff keeps showing up. The products are not categorised properly and it is a pain to find anything. This when for several years i bought all my groceries on this app and never had any issues.
Very bad experience! They don't deliver on time despite choosing the delivery slot. It's impossible to reach out to customer care via chat or call. They never respond. The delivery guys are extremely rude and careless and have zero knowledge how to use maps or locate the address despite giving them phone directions! I've experienced so much inconvenience and frustration ordering through BB. There are other better apps out there. Please avoid BB and use the other grocery delivery services.
2 years later, the same problems exist. Unavailable items are only notified to be so during checkout. Lately getting a lot of undelivered items, some of them critical to the whole order itself. There are no notifications to alert you, just an email, which lets be serious, noboldy reads 24x7. Funny thing is you can still somehow add the undelivered items to your cart even though they weren't able to do so minutes earlier?Also I have mailed regarding this issue about twice, but no dice.
Everything is fantastic on this app. We get mostly all the essential products. Only problem is Delivery slots. There should be more delivery time slots so that we can book as per our availability at home. We mostly got the slot when we are at office and not at home.
I order many things using the app. But sometimes, it doesn't work. All available items are listed as out of stock. Reinstalled the app, but still same issue. It looks like the issue is sorted out. Back to the app now!
Don't order any Fruits, Vegetables etc from this app as they may charge (without your knowledge) extra for delivering them. You'll be notified about the added amount in the final bill and they'll deduct the money from your next transaction! Kindly order fresh fruits and vegetables from other grocery apps but not this. I had a very bad experience with them twice!! Very much disappointed!
I ordered just now and i got a voucher which is going to be applied if i pay through online, but then when i try to pay, the actual amount came up without the offer then i thought something went wrong and pressed the back button, now the order is confirmed automatically and i can't even reach them or cancel the order to reorder again. Gentle reminder: if your voucher doesn't work please don't give false information to customers.
Last two times we purchased 5 kg pack of Boiled rice. First one the rate was 255/- and the second was 306/- after discount. The quality was very bad and not even worth the discounted price. This time we are purchasing from Grace super market. Any time you purchase from them the quality is the same. Whereas each time we purchase from you the quality varies. How can we buy from if this is the case
If there's an option it'll be negative. For cancellation, though big basket doesn't deliver, there is no option to select delayed orders. Instead the customers only should take the blame for cancelling them. Today ordered few things, it is not delivered yet , unable to cancel them getting a stupid message saying it'll be delivered at midnight 12. Customer service also doesn't work so is their chat
Their service is very pathetic. I have ordered an item and have paid the amount already. But after 24 hours for my order. They just cancelled my order and has not refunded my money. Their customer service is so pathetic that they don't bother to solve the issue. This is just a fraud. I am never going to use this big basket anymore. It should be given zero rating but there is no option.
Seems latest app contains too many bugs. 1. Unable to pay with any method 2. Item shows out of stock, when clicked on notify BB says it is available. But still can't order 3. Sometime cart icons shows number of items, but when we go to cart, it doesn't show any items in cart. 4. Since bill was not paid, I went to order and tried to pay, but couldn't pay with any method. 5. Order got cancelled. 6. I clicked on ask us on order cancellation page, there was only history, no input box for typing *
Very unprofessional bad service I feel afraid of purchasing from big basket now. We have to spend money then we will get a slot but after that we have to go through all issues and neith we get our complete order. And the customer service is ridiculous any of them are not professional and not a good service we will get fed up with this bb. I have been ordering things from many apps and sites but so far I didn't have any issues but if I have the customer service and their return exchange is good
The worst BBnow service. Every time the order is getting placed and then getting cancelled. The support team says it the technical issue. The issue has not been resolved from past 3-4weeks. They are just fooling customers with instant service, which they are not capable of.
BB cancels order, if they are unable to deliver in specified time. Excuse provided, that they are unable to locate address, whereas I had already received order a day before. It's just poor customer experience I had faced multiple times.
I like it the service and the quality goods. I have changed the rating from one star to four stars as the speed and interface of the app shows a definite improvement lately. I love shopping on Big Basket as quality, price and service is really excellent since recently.
It had been so far a good experience until they started competing with Blinkit to offer bbnow. Many a times apparently due to integration issues (or may be they do not want to deliver small quantity items with free delivery), the delivery warehouse does not get the order even if its prepaid. Local warehouse team asked to cancel my order as they can't see and requested to place again. But it does not resolves the issue. The customer care chat is also not synchronous so you can't expect a response
What is wrong with your application that every time you try to make a payment your app keeps crashing and the payment get stuck,if this is going to happen every time I better stop using it,in the past few months i say it's become good for nothing, i wish I could share the screenshot the number of times the error happens
It's good, offers good discounts and quality. Only issue is that I've received stale meat more than once through them. Though they refunded, but it's still an issue Edit - order not delivered. No communication. Unable to reach customer care via text or call. When so many instant grocery apps are coming up, BB is lowering their game.
Something is going on with this app. Deliveries are not coming on time and it's happening frequently. I love Bigbasket because it gives me an option for the delivery date which makes it convenient for me to choose the days when I'm home, but now they're not coming on the selected date and they're late by 2/3 hours even on the days I pick. Better fix this problem before people leave for other apps and mind you, there are other apps doing exceptional jobs right now so the competition is fierce.
App and service is getting worse day by day. Key issues: Bugs- issues while selecting delivery slot, Automatic change in the default address Service: BBNow does not deliver as per committed timelines. Automatic cancellation of order due to operational constraints. Looks like TATA is not doing a good job of maintaining BB service quality.
User for more than two years. In the last 6 months or so the app has become extremely slow to show the items or the cart. Please upgrade your backend to so that users doesn't need to switch to other ones for a quick order... [Edit] Cleared cache and data as suggested, but still no improvement or change in behaviour
Your app is crashing more often after this bbnow and big basket segregation at the landing page. Please fix not able to search any product. Error message popping up oopes something went wrong please try again later. Also the tabs are not working. User interface has also changed and it's difficult to navigate not as easy as it was before.
