For Renewal of Subscription, your Account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

very very little choice and from which the good ones cost extra . not worth it even for free. just a waste of storage and time . still struggling to find a way to unsubscribe cuz as it turns out deleting your account is not an option which means they are definitely going to sell your personal details to third parties
It is a trap.. Subscribed the app. payment got deducted and most of the content within the app shows available for premium. I paid some amount and majority of the stuff is not available to me?? then tried to unsubcribe...hoping that it would be similar to prime/netflix.. I was wrong..This app simply does not have dedicated unsubscribe mechanism. why is that? what is so difficult to include? this apps asks you to go to google play and then unsubscribe, which does not work.. ..these are cheaters.
Very much disappointed with this app. Have subscribed for one month free trail but debited Rs 500/- for three times from my linked card on google play. Even their customer service didn't help and there is no option of deactivation in the app. Kindly help if possible.
Useless app. It asks for subscription and even after giving authorisation to subscribe it won't allow to go to next page and watch movies. I have been charged amount even though I have not even used it once. Head there been option to rate -5 I would have done that.
I am not sure how this app is being managed.. I am logged in as paid user for last several months and continuously being charged for subscription fee on monthly basis without any fail. But neither been able to see any content on this nor getting any link to unsubscribe. It's almost like a scam.
This app asks permission to make calls, explicit write access to memory, scan images and videos on storage and other permissions.. No other established OTT apps requirea such ludicrous permissions.. Why it need permission to make call? In the age of apps accessing more than min needs to wrk this app is complete no go... I don't recommend to anyone who's privacy concerned.
a fraud company looting customers . very clearly have asked for auto debit options while subscribing, and their are no options to unsubscribe. the customer service nos don't work and they are not ready to unsubscribe on email communication . instead they ask to go to app and unsubscribe which doesn't work. I'm planning to cancel my credit card to stop the payment being deducted from account month over month since last 15 months
I am having an issue, I already purchased a plan but everytime when I sign in, it takes me to the plan page. If I choose a plan then it shows that you have already subscribed to this item. This is the worst streaming platform ever.
Bogus app. You can count movies on fingers thats the collection on this app. There is no way you can deactivate your subscription. Such a scam. Would have given zero star..but there is no option for that..
Very very bad Do not subscribe to this useless app The movies are more available free on youtube. This is worst app, looting people I lost 200 Rs . They are saying 2000 movies but no such content. Even the movies are worst avilable for free on youtube. Do not subscribe
The screen doesn't enter into the movie selection after subscribing. Money will be deducted but u can't watch any movies. Is it a bug? NO SUPPORT OPTION ANYWHERE.
To unsubscribe, go to google play store menu. Click on subscriptions and you fill find your BigFlix subscription listed there. Click on remove subscription. After that you will not be charged any fee. Make sure you log into google play account with the same email id that you used to create account on BigFlix.
CLASSICAL SCAM. You are asking me to signup for a subscription on the first page , while telling or showing nothing about what kind of content i am buying...no sample. And there is written one month free but when you click it takes you to a 50 rupees subscription page. No trailer of what is being offered and lies about one month free....so i decided to rate one star coz 0 star was not an option.
This app is fraudulent, please don't download , I have subscribed for 6 months and I didn't even know about it. Whats worse even after subscribing I can't access anything within the app. Should be removed from playstore immediately
Hopeless App, Dont know how many months i am paying but couldnt use it even ince. Check all recent reviews, all are saying the same that they are unable to use it and subscription is not worth even for free.
Worst app ..since subscription it stopped working .. after reading lot of reviews here i am afraid if it really is a scam To cancel subscription goto mail id attached with account.. get the email from bigflix for subscription... There you will get option manage subscriptions>> login to ur email id with registered email id on bigflix>> click unsubscribe>> confirm .. and done ..
What a waste app. After subscribing, they cut the money from the bank account and the next screen never appears. You never get to see any movie screen.
Fraud app, I want to unsubscribe the app, but there is no way out. My money is automatically deducted. Never give your card details to such fraud apps. No customer support. I am going to file a legal case.
They promised me free for three months. Every time I click on a movie option subscribe comes. Just trailers I can see. Do something about it. Now

I just downloaded this app and subscribed tot his just to watch singham as in google it was showing singham is available in this app,it's showing the cover page also sinhhams poster still movie is not there and very few collection of movies as well waste of money

It's a scam stay away from it. No. Movies only very fee 15-25. And also streaming is very poor. Even on 4G network it run on 144p.

This service is outdated and not maintained now by the owners i.e its obsolete now. Contains a handful of movies, just around 40.
Worst video streaming app ever !!!! First to start, one month free subscription is not unlimited, it has limited collection and no multiple laguage option. Second, the outlook of app from play store looks and performs pretty outdated Finally, awful payment options, not accepting most of the payment, have added a screenshot for it.
