This app is terrible, it logs you out every other day and when you try to log in it says wrong password even tho it is correct, the password reset doesn't work, when you add your physical card it doesn't sync your points

I love Biggby! This app is great to be able to see the menu and earn points for free coffee! Maybe I'm not looking in the right place but I would like to be able to see the daily deals on the app. Still giving 5 stars because it's a great app!

The app logs you out and then says you have an invalid password when you log in. Tried to change password and still told me was invalid. Mobile ordering is still not an option either. Get with the times and the other apps for online ordering. Fire your current developers

It's nice to have my biggby card available on my phone. And customer service responds very quickly if you ever have issues!

Absolutely frustrating! I logged into the Biggby app on my Samsung S7 Edge, but my scan code came up blank; and I was not able to log in on the app on two of my iPhones (the 6 and the XS) at all! I was prompted with a failure-to-log-in message on the iOS even though I was able to on the Android (but then, no scan code). It has been frustrating, and I wanted to use the app rather than the plastic card to avoid using plastic and reduce the number of cards that I carry on a daily basis.

This app will not let me sign on even though I can log on with the same credentials in my browser. It is very frustrating!

As others have said, the app logged me out and now tells me my password is wrong even after I reset it. I can successfully log in on my PC but then their bhappylounge sure also starts giving errors any time I try to look at my account.

The app is interesting but unnecessary. If it had a "create your own drink" feature you could save your usual to your account, making ordering easier for both sides.

Yep, I have to agree with everyone else reviewing this app. In the age of the pandemic, it is absolutely essential for chain restaurants and coffee shops to have a functional app that allows you to order ahead, add funds, and earn rewards. This app does NONE of those things. I haven't tried using the app at the drive thru, and I won't because it's obvious from the other reviews that your rewards either don't accumulate or are unable to be processed. Please Biggby, fix this app.

Got a birthday reward. It showed up on the website but wouldn't show up on the app. I emailed support who said they fixed it. Went back to the store and the app said it was there, but they couldn't scan it. They won't offer a drink if their coupons don't work. Emailed support again explaining that it still didn't work. Support ignored me. Now I can't even sign into the app. Keep tapping Login or Sign Up and nothing happens. Guess I'll ignore Biggby. Oh, and your PSL has ZERO flavor.

Something is wrong with the app and it won't let me log in. I have been trying for a week. This is not the first time this has happened.

App is junk - it continually crashes and doesn't load the reward card when you need it. Deactivates the physical rewards card too. How can you expect your customers to give up their plastic card for an app that NEVER WORKS? I gave it a second chance after almost a year thinking it had been improved. Nope. 👎

App keeps force stopping and cannot get points from purchases. This is now the 4th time this app has "crashed" in the past month while trying to use it to get points. Not worth the headache. Going back to using the actual points card (which also now means I will loose the points I currently do have stored on the app).

Can't even login! This is the fourth time I've installed this app hoping they fixed the bugs. But this time it won't even let me create a profile because it freezes on the create profile screen. Terrible app.

One of the worst apps Ive used. If you're lucky your card will load 1 out of 10 times. The other 9 times it errors out and closes the app. Absolutely terrible, especially when you are in line trying to open your card for barista to scan. I hope you get your act together Biggby.

Constantly crashes. When you add your Biggby card to the app, it deactivates the physical card, so if you can't get the app to work you can't earn points or get your free beverage. I regret downloading and using this app.

Most of the five-star reviews are from people reviewing the business as a whole, not the app. I love Biggby Coffee, but this is the one of the worst mobile apps I've ever used (or tried to use). It's incredibly outdated and has ate several rewards points. I've contacted Biggby's feedback email and hopefully I'll get some answers as to why this app is so awful. In the mean time DO NOT download this app, and if you do, DO NOT try to "link" any of your physical cards.

The app does not tell you how many points you have and most of the time doesn't load. And I cant still use my physical card... poorly made app. Hopefully they fix it soon. I have lost so many points because of this.

Terrible This app is the worst! I do not understand why they have not updated and fixed these bugs!

This app lacks in a lot of ways. I can't add my gift card balance because it tells me its added to someone else account...how? I purchased and recieved the card myself. I also noticed that there is curbside pick up at my new local Biggbys but you can't order on the app. As others said, either update and make the app useful or just take it down all together. A drink I ordered yesterday was different from what's on the app.

This app ate two cards worth of points I attempted to upload, and now they show zero balance even in the actual Biggby cafe. I tried to get help restoring my points but there was nothing that could be done. This app is absolute trash. --Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus

What's the point of this app? The menu isn't updated because I've been to the store recently and the new latte isn't on here. But just forget all that anyways, you can't even order drinks and food from the app??? What's the purpose of this app? Just use Google to find your nearest biggby, and check out the menu when you get there. This app is pointless, and don't get me wrong my wife and I LOVE their coffee

Sadly the 1 star reviews are accurate. Tried installing on a Note 10 and app would not open. At log in app would only indicate "Loading". That went on for an hour before I uninstalled it. Good product, nice stores but poor app. Franchisees beware as this will impact your revenue, especially if there is a competitor with a functioning app near your store.

I just downloaded the app and it is already messing up. It won't even let me add a card to my account. It keeps giving me an error message. I'll be deleting the app if it doesn't start working right.
