Dude. You really need to work on updating this. I read a message. Close out, then it says I still have a message. It will tell me people have been offline for hours when we are messaging right then. You need to make the editing window larger so you don't have just three lines at a time. When I do get a message, sometimes I don't get am notification, even tho all notifications on phone and app are turned on. It's getting kinda old.
there are no "save" options once I add more information about myself. this seems pretty basic, right? can you fix it? I can't even give you feedback inside the app because, you guessed it, there's no submit or send button. I'm using a Galaxy S21 Ultra.
This app is playing up. You go into the app it kicks you out then shuts the phone down into restart and start up the phone as if everything ok the phone works as normal. This did the on my partner's phone too. We have both Samsung galaxy s22. We are both using web browser now. Till maybe there's is a fix to the app
My experience has always been fun most people are very easy to talk to they are also present most of them the only thing I would have to say instead I wished you would add more people closer to the area you posed but all in all it's been a positive experience I've met lots of wonderful people and easygoing people to talk to thank you bBigger City🙋🏻♂️
The new biggercity is the slowest of slowest of all the apps on my phone after the update. Looks slightly better but I'd rather have the old look if the new one takes minutes to open and navigate through the app! Absolutely disappointing. I'm thinking of leaving the app because of this.
Great app if you wanna meet someone on a DIFFERENT CONTINENT! There is one dude in my town, 4 in my state, the rest are hundreds of miles away or in england... I don't think you have enough users for this to actually work.
"Cannot connect to server" it has been stuck in a loop like this for a month now. It used to work... But now after clearing cache. Clearing data. And uninstalling the app multiple times it won't load anything on any page. It's completely unusable
Had to make a new account as it won't let me log into old account even tho it still active when filling out details on the account like status bio age race body type etc there is no save opinion it just say going back will delete what you put yes or no if u select no nothing happens select yes and it takes u back to prove BASICALLY MY PROFILE IS BLANK there no way to contact bigger city I've tried DISGUSTING AND YOU WANT MONEY FOR IT A JOKE
I don't think my account is active, zero views and I don't think my messages or flirts going through, I've sent several tickets to technical support and I don't think that's going through either.
Newest update isn't showing my notifications at all. I have to click on messages to see I have them. Not what you want when you're trying to make a connection. Update 2/16 - upgraded app, even got a new phone. Still happening.
Overall it's a decent app, but like everyone else, I'm having the can't connect to the server loop. However, I'm also not receiving any notifications, even after checking in settings and even going as far as uninstalling and reinstalling
The latest versions of this have incredibly slow load times. The app was much better before the redesign. I wish I could have the older version back. Used to be fun. Now it's aggravating.
It was fun at first then all of a sudden no one wants to talk. I also found someone who i care for alot so its best to stay off. Thanks 😎
Pretty interesting. Not enough people know about this app. Atleast from where I'm from. Would definitely make it better if there was more members from my city.
This seems more of a data harvesting scam. Competing apps dont require to divulge anywhere near as much personal info in order to sign up. Uninstalled during registration process. I've no reason to trust this business to keep my data safe and I'm not in the habit of submitting my entire CV just because I want to check out an app. Byeee
When I edited the texts in heading and Introduction, the save menu will not appear for me to save the new changes.
The app is somewhat decent, but the companion website it's made for is a complete mess. They've recently redesigned their whole site, and in an attempt to make it look more modern significantly cut down on the ease of use and intuitiveness, not to mention limiting the robustness of some features like the search function. That would have been a small issue that can be fixed in the future, but they've also introduced A TON of additional paywalls for previously widely available features, you can only see two pictures of someone's profile and even the forum thread where you can report issues with the new website is limited only to 'premium users' lol! It really seems like BC is turning into yet another app/site that gets ruined by the owners trying to milk every last dime out of the user base without any regard for the community so I'd recommend to steer far away from it as it's bound to only go downhill from here.
So far, after all this time, the app has been great for me making some new friends. Only issue, through no fault of the app, most of the people I meet are not local to me.
This app is so slowly.it need vpn to open in my country.it is filtered in android,but in ios not filtered.
The update made the app load very slow, I don't receive notifications regularly, even though they're turned on.
"Unable to connect to sever. Please try again later." My mobile app gives this message even after deleting and reinstalling.
Most of the time the app will not open or stops working. Most disappointing app I've ever used. It's clear the people that run the app don't know what the hell they're doing.
I click on the photo and it takes me to the page to open the ap. I click on open and I am taken to original msg. A merry-go-round. 😉
Downloaded the app to give it a try. Thought it was way better and user friendly than the site so I paid for a membership. Now the app consistently losses connection to the servers. So now I'm feeling some kind of way for paying for the membership for use of something that I can't seem to enjoy. Checked other reviews to see if other had similar issues but doesn't appear that way. I either need support or a refund.
Notifications don't work anymore
If I could send you a screen shot of what this app has been constantly doing, for awhile now, then you maybe able to fix the problem! There's always this error message which causes me to uninstall it every time it happens. (Unable to connect to server, please try again later.) It would be interesting to hear if anyone else is having the same problem.
