This is a very great app for your phone and your Music videos and photos I highly recommend this app to anyone who has storage issues with your device it's lighting fast enough to free up some storage Space on your phone great job big mind ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ plus. So far so good. This is one of MANY cloud style storage apps I have, and by far the easiest to find what I'm looking for. I have the home/personal version, but intend to upgrade to the business version; which is—by far, the least expensive I've found. In fact, it's literally pennies a month, and it doesn't matter if my team has it. It doesn't matter if they're accessing a handheld device, Android, Apple/Mac, Windows, ect. IOS this smart app will adjust. And security is top notch.
I have used this product for several months thinking I was getting all my data backed up. It kept showing it was backing up and how many items,etc. WRONG!! I accidently deleted some phone numbers and went to restore them. When I went to the folder to choose what to restore, there was nothing in the folder! I checked all the other folders and discovered that NOTHING was backed up. I immediately contacted tech support. I have NOT heard back from them. I am now trying to get refund.
Still getting use to the app, but so happy to have found an app that allows me to combine photos from all different places. I really hope that eventually, other sites, apps, cloud services, etc. will become available to choose from to backup photos. Also, people sometimes have multiple accounts (might have multiples of certain Social Media accounts, multiple Google accounts, etc), so to be able to add more than one Facebook, or multiple Google Photos/Google Drive accounts, would be awesome.
Big minds as helps my phone tremendously. I tend to keep photos from years back, as well as messages. Not to mention I happen to be a app junkie I have to have apps for everything. Already had a SD card, and the phone's memory completely full and still deleting every day to find more apps. Then here comes big Mind with it's unbeatable deals on space. super easy to use app an it uploads super fast. lots of free space ! I have been using this app for a few years now an it's easy to navigate an uploads an downloads fast . An enjoy the bonus daily makes me smile!
This app is awesome its easy to use! All my pictures were still saved even after the app got deleted to make more space on my phone. I love the app!

It's only a backup app when you use it. When you leave it at there for few months and didn't use it, they will deleted your account.
I love this app. It has awesome features. I especially love how you can search for any picture very easy. you can search any object in whatever picture you're looking for and it will pull up that picture. I also love that you can sync files from my computer. totally worth getting this app

I truly like this app I'm huge into photography:and could use all the storage I could get until I get to a computer and transfer my photos over. I like how it will group together similar faces or you can search your pictures by category such as dogs, or + party or trees and it will group together all the pictures with whatever category you choose. it's super easy way to find your pictures. I've never had a problem with it's; it's never froze I've never lost pictures it's very consistent app!!!
I've had these ap for about a week now and it did as promised. It cleared out my phone's storage and organized my pic, videos, and other files. So far two thumbs up. Thank you!

BEST! Sincerely. I have sampled many cloud storage apps prior to BIGMIND, and without fail all of them have proven to be less then desirable. That in many cases is stating it lightly. Just downloaded the app from my son's friendrequest. But I can't find where to put his Invite code. But as far as the app goes it fast and easy.
This is a awesome app. I like the fact I can earn free credits towards more space at will and dont have to pay monthly if I choose not to. I lime that I have more control and not the other way around of the app paying system. So far so good I cant find anything to comain about, I needed more space and couldnt afford to pay $99.00 or more to get space and can do it in smaller incroments by earning it,I wish more apps would youse there system and or way of being able to pay for things. Thank You
had it for only a week now and I've gotta say, it's a fairly bad app. not very well thought out at all. it sends notifications about buying more memory space constantly which let's you know they want your money.... don't take pictures of checks or account numbers cause I wouldn't trust it in they're hands. it also causes my phone to act slowly. kinda got a feeling it's into everything because of that.... not really trusting so far.
BigMIND acts similar to that of Google one or even just Samsung backup or other typical backup and recovery software most people are familiar with. I like it because it is another way to assure myself that my info isn't going to get deleted in case of any "worst possible outcome" type situations. In my mind, having 2 or 3 of these services guarantees that if one failsafe is compromised then I have better odds in my favor. This software is capable of connecting any device. Ie... laptop/tables etc
I have experienced other backup programs and my choice for long term security is BigMIND. It is easy to use and has features that place it above others I have tried. I find it to be easy to search for anything I need so recovering a file is easy and reliable. BigMIND has never failed me.
I just started using it, but I love this app. It is super cheap for the amount of GBs they give you. I mean, you get 16gb for 99 cents a month. That is a really good deal for phone storage. Plus they give you options for earning free storage AND give you 50mb free every day. It is a great app to have.
Ill tell u what, when I first found this app I was hesitant to use it because it just "appeared" in my phone. But after opening it and digging a little through ALL the data they had "saved" from my accounts even years worth of prior to download data I was able to get a little closer to finding out who hacked into my phone. I would suggest this app to anyone wishing to find old data that has been lost or trashed
Looks good! Planning to get storage for my family, and this looks very promising. My only gripe is they should offer more storage space for the Family+ package (and a good discount 😉), considering cloud storage has become almost a necessity nowadays.
Like it only took less than 20 minutes to backup 520 files including videos. Download this. I recommend it. For those who be talking about its trash hasnt experienced the real wonders of the app yet. And Guess what, I gave it 5 stars because its the best app to backup on. If you reset your phone, once you sign back in, all your files are there waiting for you. Thanks Very Much! Install! Install!
