Bad customer service ever. Waited for almost an hour and suddenly q number around 10+ the chat ended. Retry so many times yet still like this. Changed new phone and can't even log in anymore. Kept asking me install and yes I already installed! Old phone can still view but new phone totally not functioning. Really bad.
I am early adopter and have used BIG Card since early 2010 and have seen the evolvement of the card features including the change from BIG red color card to the current blue. Its easy and safe to use the card including the current Apps on Android. I have tested most of their new features and it works seemlessly and accurately. Their 24/7 Support are excellent and efficient. The best security feature is - You can even "Freeze" the card instantly on the Apps IF you lost your card or it is stolen. I never have had one complain or in doubt when using the BIGPAY card for more than over 10yrs. I would say, "Never Leave Home Without BIGPAY card". Please keep up you good work and continue to improve and evolve your features. Thank You.
An app which have worst Customer Service . My new card had been stucked at Hub for 2 months since March, it is not possible for 2 months delay. Reached big pay team they did not look into this matter seriously. CS never assist on anything, they are like AI bot always stated truely sorry and giving MORE AND MORE EXCUSE but not looking into the issue seriously. EMAILED big pay support they will straight close the case. Dont expect they will assist you.
Payment status of 4 transactions showed as pending after 2 months. Couldn't collect points for these transactions. Contacted customer support & was told that payments were settled. So not sure why they show as pending? Hope I don't hv to contact customer service every few months to make sure that payments r settled. If Bigpay is hoping that rewarding points will encourage use, then this is not helping. I'd rather switch back to credit cards and get actual cashback.
Useless app. Cant even login. When I want to login they will ask for your phone number to send an OTP. But the SMS comes with a link that asks you to install the bigpay app. Asked customer service and told me to wait for updates. Just throw away this card. What a scam. Update to their reply: no one has helped me. And no follow up email as promised. As of 23 May 2022, issue still not resolved.
This app is having a bug.. it ask to log in. Then enter Mobile phone number for otp Then send sms with a link but not the otp Then when click the link it takes to Google Play Store to install the app Cannot install the app as it is already installed then chose the open option it takes to the same screen where we key in the mobile number.. To resolve this spoke to online chat agent they keep asking error page screenshot .. where is the error in this. It flow problem. The agent do not understand.
so far this app is okey but i still dont receive my card . i have problem with the delivery. they sent to wrong person and even wrong address twice.bigpay is going to replace with the new card. im still waiting for it but if this problem still happens, i will stop using this apps
Product is good so far but once your card goes expired, the hassle starts. Card is not delivered while it is marked "delivered" in the app. Also, very bad customer service. Never replied to emails despite multiple follow ups, live chat agents never read past chat history properly before assisting users, providing similar replies that are not useful. Do expect checking over and over again for a simple question/request.
Why promote duitnow qr when you're not ready to do so. Contact via customer service and email for one month, my problem is still there. Been told that "dedicated technical team" is working on this issue, yet my problem is still there. Bigpay u did a great job, well played.
I was unable to log in to my account using the app. It keeps getting me to the sign up page when I tap on the sign in button. So I can't even top up to keep using the card.
Used bigpay for almost 6 years since they first started but their service's getting worse day by day, caused me so many inconveniences. I couldn't log in since few months ago after the latest app update, contacted customer support for at least 3 times. None of them could solve my problem, and honestly the cs team really lack of training and replying too slow. Was told to wait but no one reach to me after so long, not even replying my last email. AND NOW MY CARD IS DISABLED I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY.
It has been convenient using this app and the debit card. i constantly using it for online payment for hotel, leisure, food booking, online booking and web purchases. For me it save me from scammer because i only top up the balance when i want to use it. So, no scammer can fool me to deduct my balance without my knowledge. Thank BigPay
Dated 30-05-22 : I have shared the dispute form with your team & waiting for next step of actions. Not received any updates until now. Dated 20-05-22 : I have got charged to card even I didn't used the service. I have raised the concern so many times and spoke to executive. They mentioned it'll get credit to your account within 10 days... But still not.. really a pathetic service.

It is such a pain just to sign up an account. Supposed to receive a code but instead, received another link to download the app. Contacted the online customer support, but only asked me to wait for a few days. Until now, not a single call or email telling me what to do next. And I am travelling soon and want to use this. What a shame. The app is not new, but why is the procedure still so buggy? Please put your act together. All I want is to activate my account fast.
Worst service ever !!..i have been waiting my card to be delivered for more than 7 months and still haven't get my card...already contact customer service and email them but they keep saying the same answer like a Bot. Now i should stop using bigpay after this.. I'm really frustrated for the service!!! Thank you for your guys garbage service ever also thank you for wasting my time waiting never existed visa card !!

What's wrong BigPay app today ??? Asking us to uninstall the app and failed to log in from 1pm today until now . Can give us a effective reply and action .Many transactions pending of this card !!!! Very disappointed !!!
Worse apps ever. I was trying to verify my work permit visa more than 10 times already and always rejected with the same reason (funcuanility). I was really dissappointed using this app. All data already filled out but stuck on the visa verification till now. More than 2 months waiting and don't pass untill now. Not reccommended apps. Better to use Wise apps very simple and NO deposit needed.
Love this app. Easy to use. Sending money internationally is so simple with low rates and within 5 minutes, money received. Customer service is very good. Fast response and very helpful.
First 2 yrs was great but now their customer service and card replacement delivery is absolute garbage! 3x attempts now to deliver to my address and they keep delivering to random different addresses!
The process to change a phone number take very long time as it very complicated thing to do. Very bad support service. U guys should prepared for this kind of situation. The process at bank more easier than this.
Don't donwlaod it! Waste of time and money! 1. The server is bad, people did not answer your question, they just simply walk though it. 2. They said got extra RM10 will be given, but when you receive the card, nothing you get. The cash back function is also not function 3. QR paying not functioning well. Why I have to download this broken app if the QR function does not function? 4. When you want to quit, and transfer the money back to your bank, it will charges you RM0. 50! Totally usless
Actually is good gateway as a prepaid card for payment, but too much scam about bigpay, so I don't dare to put too much money inside. Hopefully the company can do something and try to solve the problem.
Not only the app is easy to use but the customer service is also very great! When my account was locked for a reason, they guide me through step by step to get it back. Kudos to their customer service team!
I have mentioned and informed with big pay team many times and last 8 month, about local bank transfers. But till now they didn't finish my work. So sad really. They said they have been working for this. But question is why they are not able. Better close it.
I needed to get my ID verified but their app rejects my ID automatically. Tried almost ten times, but the result was same. So, I also asked for helpdesk's support, but the person just told me to try again through the app. It was really time consuming experience and I cannot recommend their service for foreigners like me.
