I availed a service, the girl who came is very unprofessional and she has given my number to someone and more than 3 tym I got her personal call on my cell which was really disgusting and while waxing she was always applying hot wax even I warned her it's hot, and while manicure she was not able to cut the nails. When I reported my issue BigStylist Team is not responding at all.. Its really disappointing.
Once appointed is booked, please pickup the dame phone, as I was calling Mr. Jeet for multiple times, the number mentioned your SMS... Nobody picked up as well. These are young girls on service... there can be a hugh risk for these girls when they are on call service.. So please pickup the phone when any client calls. Otherwise you will loose the market.... Thank you.
Useless app... If you cant recieve a damn call please dont provide your contact no. Had booked a service for which the person didnt come on desired time on the date mentioned.. Had tried to reach the customer care when placed the order n the day after it but no one has the courtesy to recieve a single call... Bad to depend on this app
Useless app . highly unprofessional people, keep calling customer and saying some amount paid is less even if u have paid full amount. Limited options on few services and no proper information on app about it. These people cannot resolve any concern . worst experience .Better to use Urban clap they are very professional and highly customer oriented.
Waiting for my salon appointment scheduled for 3pm made a full payment via credit card. And I haven't received a call from your stylist neither anyone at my home. Highly unprofessional. Tried reaching you on the number provided nobody answers the phone. Tried using sending a query via chat as well as email nobody responds. I feel cheated. 20:02 pm Finally got a call saying that the company is shut down. Hope I get my refund for the money paid in advance. People be aware.
Anita Yedge was brilliant in her work. She gave a satisfying service. While others before Anita didn't use the steps properly. Only one thing was annoying that is team big stylist kept on calling her frequently. They called her 5 times during the service. If they have given her time slot then they must be knowing how much time is required. Please stop doing that , as it is very irritating during the service.
I have already paid amount in full took the membership and now after payment nobody is responding, the time for appointment was 2 pm , it's 3 and i have not been informed about who will be coming. On calling the service number nobody is picking up. Even cut my call. Sent numerous messages by chat too. Worst online salon service. Don't know how their tag line is most trusted at home salon. Really horrible. Still waiting.
Anita yedge is a charming young lady with a lot of skills. She provided a very good service and I'm pleased to say that I've enjoyed the salon at home concept very much. She knew what she was doing in and out and took me through the process while she was at it. Very kind and professional at the same time. Keep up the good work!
Waiting For the confirmation of appointment. No Response . Customer service not available. Atleast let the if appointment is confirmed or cancelled atleast person can have some back up and plan other things. Highly Unprofessional behavior no confirmation or if confirmed the stylist will cancel appointmejnt at last min. Biggest problem customer care no out of order not replying to msg sent how should one contact u . Planning to do business or play around waiting others time
leenA Thorat provided a very painful service. She hurtrd me badly while waxing. Spoiled my eyebrows and told ki "adjust kar lo main kuch nahi kar Sakti" I think bigstylist should hire professional beautician who knows basic of customer service and it's consequences as it affects brand value. Will never use bigstylist again if it does not give refund for such painful service. There was lot more about the worst experience however for now I must say it was worst service I have ever come across I would rather recommend athomediva they have good beautician who are professional enough. Pls don't send such illiterate people and waste our time n money.
This app is not suitable for working professionals. Booked an appointment. No one turned up. Lost my day's work. Tried rebooking. Was not even able to contact the person. No form of support at all. The support team is so bad they will be happy to help you in taking back membership. More than happy that you had a horrible experience. Even when I took a leak of faith to book a later appointment, the cannot assure that a person will be prompt in the morning expecting me to list another day's work at office. Two days of water effort.
I booked an appointment. They didn't confirm it for over an hour. Then they sent me a text saying they can't reach me so I called them back at the number provided and received no response. I have called them several times since then and still received no response. I am really disappointed.
It was great, comfortable. I enjoyed it.Jyoti Pawar treated me very well and I love to have her service oviously for the next time.
Pathetic app. I have taken membership as I thought it would give me privilege over other clients and also some benefits. I had booked services on 2 Dec as next day was my birthday. I also called and sent msg on what's app to ensure services. Inspite of several gf follow ups neither of it is responded till date... Pathetic. They have lost their earlier spirit of giving best services.
I booked a service for sunday as we all working women only get time on sundays. Its booked successfully then i got call from them and asked me if i can allow them to come on monday or some other day. What a pathetic experience i got. They said our butician is not available. If no one is available then y u people giving option to book a service on sunday. Learn some customer experience lessons first. Even they didn't returned my 100 bucks which was used while booking. It was credited on installing app.
FRAUD app (NO BIG STYLIST it's actually BIG FRAUDSTER'S) friend of mine paid the full amount for service from this app from her account then there is no call or anything happened they already charged for service which is they didn't provide.they hv a customer care for a sake of name no response u will get from customer care all the time their representative r busy I don't think so I think they don't have a representative in customer care. There is no refund I got from them almost 10 -15 days gone by booked the service & paid for that but nothing happened.also write a mail in support portal again their is no response so please don't use this they r not big stylist actually they are BIG FRAUDSTER'S.
I have booked appointment. Big stylist send me messages regarding my order details and payment but I don't receive confirmation. I tried to contact customer care service but there is no response from them. Just waste of time

Very poor experience. I have booked 24/11/2017 appointment between 1 & 2 pm. Their stylist has not arrived and there call centre is not connecting anyone to speak with. Somehow they have taken my order for my old address, despite of change of address I made while booking. I am not gonna recommend this ever. I am not sure whom to contact to refund my money also. Very useless not only the app but attitude of people, unprofessional. (Till the end of the day I did not receive any call from your end and I demand my m9ney back. Refund my amount as soon as possible - dated 25/11/2017 @ 1:56 am).
Pathetic customer care service, they didn't receive a single call nor did they help me with my query. Guys pls don't go for this salon. Very disappointing. The beauticians were continuosly getting calls from their office which was really annoying during the service .. dissatisfied @bigstylist
Pathetic & unprofessional people. Beauticians misbehave and mistreat and have no manners to talk to customers. The customer care team is also pathetic and are never reachable..customer care team never responds back to the emails and messages.. this is the worst service I've ever got in my life
The worst experience I have get as a customer.. I am ordering since Sunday morning and it's Wednesday already.. They just arrange call backs for you and make us choose our appointment for next day... Order is recieved immediately but confirmed after 4- 5 hours and then they say today's slots are full ,I will arrange for next day.. What's the Use,We have booked for specific slot means we have made our time available for that time,but they don't realise the value ,they force us to choose for next day... Worst ever.. Very shameful.. My time,energy wasted.. Instead of relaxing, and making beautiful,you are making customers stressful and ugly.. Thank you for your call backs.. That is what you do regularly..!!

They took cash for vouchers at Andheri metro and provided me contact no to book appointment. I am trying since last 10 days to contact them. But still unable to get in touch with any of them. Money in vain. Don't pay any money to them
I really liked the service given by aparna rupwate... she was punctual on her time.. I was lil tensed about my hair cut when I had booked but after aparna gave me a hair cut was really stunning. I loved it.. grt work aparna keep it up really loved the hair cut and the service too.. Thank you
