BIGtoken | Surveys for Cash $ BIG Rewards to Shop

Unfortunately, changing my review. That's because I havent been able to do tasks like before and my surveys stopped showing up on my account after the new big update. I used to be able to download and play games from this app along with the never ending surveys and build my point quickly. Now, after theupdate, my account is always blank and empty every time I go into it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if that would help but still the same thing. Nothing.

I'm changing my review. I got my payment after a week, which was a little slow, but they did deliver. Also, I've tried a partner app, and they have changed it to where I actually got rewarded. So good there. I'm leaving it at 4 stars because it took them a week, and a complaint to deliver, which kinda sux, because it took months to get enough for a payout. But 4 stars is better than the 1 stat I was going to give them. I'll up it to 5 when they lessen the payouy time

Used to be able to check in and answer team questions and my points quickly. The last time I was able to do a action and collect my daily bonus was March 21. After the update my account is always empty everytime I go into it. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if that would help but the same thing. Nothing. APP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!!!

Update 3/26/22, down to ONE star! NO big update and NO double points like they promised! I think they took our money and data and skipped town! Update 11/27/21, changed to 3 stars. Was able to get past the verification. App was good at the beginning, had 3 cash outs so far, but the number of surveys and the amount you get for them has dropped significantly.

I earned some money in the past (although they screwed me out of a 4620 point offer that I completed), but the app has become trash. I might get an occasional survey every week that gives me 2-3 pts. I have $10.70 that I'll probably never cash out at this point. There is no other way to get points currently. I thought they were just temporarily updating the app, but that was like 3 months ago. These guys just gave up. I'm not sure anyone even manages the app anymore.

I was told via email that after the app reboot that my points would be doubled and that never happened. I have contacted them twice about the issue with still no response. I also wish there was a steadier stream of questions to earn points with because it's getting harder and harder to cash out on this app.

Editing my review I would like to give it a 5 star. App went down for upgrades and still hasnt come back up,and still havent been able to caah out even tho I held my cashout like they asked, it is setting in my account, I haven't had the option to update or anything, I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, even tho I am getting messages stating to return and see what's new. I return and still can do nothing. Wish this would just start working already!! Other than that this is an awesome app!

This app is alright. It does pay out, though you may have to wait over a week before you get it. It does give out questions and little surveys every day They also have high point surveys, but are hard to get to work or qualify. I actually would give this app five stars if that part of the app worked well. You could almost be at the end after a long time doing the survey and all the sudden it stops working or it does'nt pay. Other than that i would say its one of the better ones.

Received a notification saying that the app was updating and my earnings would double after the update was done,it's been months and still have not received my earnings. Have not been able to do any surveys in months. Tried emailing big token several times and have not once gotten a response,if I don't receive my double earnings soon I will be deleting the app.

Honestly, love this app! Everything has ran smoothly, and I've never had any complications when cashing out. Super easy to use and understand, customer support is fast and professional. The only thing that I can say I would like different, is to be able to cash out/Redeem even if it's a lower amount or for a small fee instantly. Either way 10/10, Thanks Bigtoken and to all who make it happen. Can't wait to see what the new big update has.😁

The app was great when I first downloaded it, but slowly they kept removing different features. I'm now stuck for over a month at the same spot, no questions, no check ins, can't even do a daily login. VERY disappointing to say the least

When will update be done can't cash out and bigtoken never responds. No response still yet even emails. Still no upgrade no double points no surveys for a very long time. Can't cash out at all or even make money. In February announced an upgrade still not seen it. No upgrade as of yet and no answers from bigtoken. Hello BIGTOKEN when will upgrade be done?

Cashed out several times prior to the February 3rd update. Now there are no teams, no questions, no surveys, no nothing and I have been caught up for at least a month since the update. I don't know what the hell is going on. No double points either! The app was fun and good, now it's garbage and boo-boo. I'll wait one week, then I'm going to delete it. It's wasting space.

I'm highly disappointed in this app now because there are no more surveys! I tried to see if there was an update and there was none and tried the reinstalling trick and that didn't work either. Immediately uninstalled.

This is one of the best survey apps I have ever come across. It's easy to use and it does pay out, but recently I haven't been getting anymore survey questions to answer, so I can't earn any points, and I don't know why. Also, I wish that BIG would bring back the games/tasks to do for extra points. These are my only complaints, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. I want survey questions to answer so I can get points :( I do really like the app though, it's easy and fun to use.

Updated - this used to be one of my favorite apps. Now I'm lucky if I get one question a week. Can't get the daily bonus if they don't give you questions. We should at least get the daily bonus if we log into the app. It's not our fault if no questions are released. We shouldn't lose our daily steak because they drop the ball. I don't see the point in this app anymore. I'm on the verve of deleting it.

The app is fairly straightforward, answer questions and get paid. I would suggest someone go in and rewrite all of the faqs because a lot of features are missing now that are referred to in the menus. Spent 10 minutes looking for the teams just to realize they don't exist

At first I use to be able to accomplish the goal of payout every week and now it's rarely even every month. The actions to complete aren't really worthy after completion. Some actions you could get reimbursed in points and some don't reimburse you enough in points. The survey questions used to be available daily and now I rarely get any survey questions per biweekly.

Been using the app for quite awhile. Waiting for the new improvements to be finished so I can keep earning. Was promised that anything not redeemed before the update last Thursday would be doubled when they are up and running again. I don't see any more alerts about the update so I'm not sure what's going on now. But they have been a great app so far.

Loved this app and was getting a steady few questions a day. After the latest update, I've gone days between having a single question. Also, was promised after the update that my current points would be double, that hasn't happened. Can't even cash out cause you have to have $15 and I'm at $12, but can't get more questions. Lost the higher point survey option as well. If your going to do an update make the app better!

Terrible since the "update" I received an email stating the ability to earn and cash out would be suspended until after the update at which time the points avail would be doubled. I never received an n update it's been two months an nothing. App is worthless on my phone unable to earn anything with it. * Update to my review would give zero stars if possible.

Started out great with ability to quickly earn, but higher level you get to, less op to earn. Features start to disappear 1 by 1. They promised a new update that was to happen on Feb 3. March 20 now, still 0 updates and only 1 task per day. VERY UPSET. Devs keep us hanging up with false promise for better rewards. Can't get payout either. Um...no, you can't earn with check ins...there is no tab for it! Referrals? Hahaha!!!

Update: now can't even earn points at all since the update. I'll change my rating when it goes back to the way it was.I first signed up lots of short surveys and questions. Now there's hardly any. Really disappointing. Also the high point surveys still never work. Fix these issues and I'll give a better rating.

Love this app. Now I can get paid for doing what I love. Being on my phone and answering a few questions. Now I can't even use the app. I open the app it says update required. I go to the play store. No update required. I can't get in the app. Plus, when I almost get done with bigger survey's they don't pay. The survey fails to load or says it's down. Bummer! I really like this app.
