Worst app I have ever seen as it was expected earlier because it's not easy to understand and the billing system is not clearly showing the energy consumed at every moment. Most of the time it is not opening. Unnecessary graphs and analysis is there in the app and hardly to be comprehended by a layman and so it requires a complete change so that it could be understood by a common man..

Terrific, slow app. Not functioning properly. Provide very very less information and not updated. Horrible experience. If they can't maintain app then it's better to shut off this service. Copying from metropolitan city looks cool but it's tough to maintain the service. Such a horrible experience.

The app is full of flaws. To Register, the Mobile Number is Mandatory. However, it throws an error msg as unable to validate mobile number, please put your email address, which is optional. It does not take the entered email address, as the validation is on mobile number. Developers of this app have no idea to how to put validation and handle exceptions and prompts. In nutshell the app does not allows you to register as a user. It does not even deserves one star rating

Everything is fine, little slow also sometimes. facing server failure today.. But the main issue is that no notification is provided if your prepaid balance is less than 100 or negative as well. we can't just keep checking the app each and every time. Notification is a must.

Never seen such poorly made app. Customer care numbers are never active. College students can do better than this abomination of an application. No way to cantact anyone for any problems. Any complaint done through the app shows that it is resolved without any communication whatsoever. New heights of incompetence.

It is a fine App, but need improvement in key areas 1.Need to register with mobile no provided with electricity dept as notification and logging in process will be easy. 2.recharge feature must add UPI. 3.If balance goes in negative after recharge electricity should be restored automatically after recharge, as I faced lot of problems restoring it. 4. customer service is poor. People at the helpline need to be more polite and vigilant while answering the call. Overall good.

Simple user friendly UI. Sometimes take time to open with message " configuring/loading utilities ". Your energy consumption is usually updated once in a day but on very much occasions its not updated for 2 days. Some improvement is required otherwise still decent enough.

Worst app...there are always some connectivity problems even the energy consumption calculation is seems like fake and also I'm facing issues in balance amount although I've balance in my account but it shows your balance is in -ve. This meter is really very smart.

I get this message saying recharge using this app or electricity will be disconnected. When I try to register on the app, After filling all the details it shows error that it can not validate the mobile number use Email address. Even if I have already given Email address. So now the only option I have is to go to a physical location and do the payment or wait for electricity to cut.

The UI of app is very bad. Contains bugs, despite reinstalling and updating it is saying update app and not starting, just stuck at initial logo page. Please look after it and provide us with some better app. We did not chose to use it, we are compelled to use it, just because you wanted to bring prepaid meters, so atleast have a proper app.

App is taking too much time to load. Checked my internet connection to make sure everything is fine at my end, although I have 20 MBPS speed but still the application is not opening at all. Earlier it was fine in the beginning when I was using app in Jan & Feb. Please take a look for the trouble caused & get back ASAP

Login process is a pain in the app. It never remembers the credentials. It needs to be password fed at every login after fingerprint is scanned. It defeats the purpose of enabling the fingerprint if it does not even have any data to login!

The smart metre does not display any specific indication in case power is disconnected due to balance exhaustion. And even after recharge is done with sufficient balance, power is not restored immedeately. It took more than an hour! And lo and behold, not restored even after an hour. Finally approached an official for help who did the needful. Not quite smart. The App of Bihar Smart Metre should display realtime or at least same day data status but we see tha data of previous day!

One of the wrost app in google play. I already register on this app, when ever i try to login its says invalid user name passward. Many of time i tried to contact with customer care but didn't get contact with them. No one respose on mail and mobile number which are given in app. I have no option to give minus ratings thats because i am giving 1 star. If there be possible, i will give this app minius ratings. Disgusting app.

A garbage application that never works properly, shows irregular per day billing and irrelevant consumption data as per our home load and wattage calculation. The data not only differs from energy calculation as per our usage but it also varies from initial postspaid bills. An actually frustrating service.

This is a worst app. The UI is really bad and hangs most of the time. The toll free number and SBPDCL contact no. is useless. It always says that either the no. is switched off or call back again later. Even I don't able to understand how the energy calculations and usage graph are formed and suddenly a large amount of balance gets detected. Make this app useful to the people and tell us how the energy graph and calculations occurs.

Intially the app was ok but now after one or two update it's worst. It's take more than minutes to open every thing even if we have very good network speed. The user interface is also not well and don't have any upi payment method even after so many updates

Worst app ever. Tried payment for the first and money transaction got done my money got debited but no recharge was done. While contacting to customer service no response was there as all the numbers are switched off. Previous system was much better than the present one

Worst Application. It's take 1-2 min to just open if you navigate to any page it will also take 1min. If it's any other application I will promptly uninstall it. Guys either your servers are unable to handle traffic or your APIs are way toooooooo slow

Hopeless- yesterday there was a balance of 4136 and today it is- 3540 , inspite of the meter reading that shows only 34 units consumed. And above all- there is no way to complain . The number given in the portal is OFF and 1912 is not working . The Govt. needs to provide atleast one more agency to supply power so that the consumers can be free to switch to another supplier- as in mobile.

Worst Experience. Electricity not coming even after recharging. The app doesn't show energy consumed and its cost correctly. It adds the most of the electricity cost in the end of just previous month and doesn't calculate correct monthly costs.

App and website both are down. I m not able to recharge my electricity. Worst website and app ever. They cannot make a service which is up and running all the time. Imagine the pain for someone whose electricity is cut in this extreme hot summer and both website and app not able to recharge as servers are down. Pathetic.

Worst App! I am not able to login in the App. It's always showing invalid username/password. I am try to login with registered number but the system doesn't recognised it. Please fix this issue ASAP.
