No option for zero or minus rating. This is the worst and useless app I have ever seen. Provide no consumer assistance. When a consumer want to lodge a complaint, every time it got failed.
Load extension application feature doesn't work and docs are not getting uploaded. Page keeps on crashing. I am already an existing user since past 10 years of energy. The house and electricity bill both are in my name, yet the JVVNL office team says I should submit Sale deed or registry copy. There are brokers sitting outside office, seems they want us to approach through them. You want us to upload sale deed, Form 1 but irony is no file size can be more than 1MB. 💁🏻♂️
🚫 WARNING ⚠️ Avoid making bill payment with this app, this app has a bug payment is deducted from bank but does not reflect in app. I tried UPI payment but money is blocked now and no support from department. This is why privatization is required in India.
I don't know why government has even started this app when features are not working. They don't want the consumers to access the application and want consumer to come to their office and get the job done through some alternative route.
No complaint history or record available while complaint registered 5 min. Ago. And during registring complaint showing No network. What the hell!!! App Very useless app no complaint registered
Very Bad app and services.. I am trying to register complaint, it shows no network everytime. New smart meter even worst, they are running so fast that every time I am getting very high bill than previous.
No Data for this account number message always appear whenever I write complaint for No current in my house .
Dear Team after regiatration we can also add anyone's account without any otp or his information and can modify services which is harmfull so pla update a function of otp for each account addition after logged in a account
Not able to register. Always throwing error after putting all details
Useless app. When we complain, the spacial character says not allowed. Due to which our complaint is also not resolved properly. It takes a long time to get the complaint resolved
Third class app. Most of the time does not work properly. For complaints it shows no network. Pathetic
Solar(Net metering) Export unit data is not available, also when I fetch current data , it says server not available. Bijli mitra is mapped with my Genus Smart meter , this is called real smart metering. Customer Dholpur circle ,Jvvnl
App has many bugs. 1. There is no proper way to lodge complaint, even lodged complaints get closed without any resolution. 2. Update button in My Profile -> Personal Details not working 3. My profile -> Personal details is showing detail of unknown customer (most serious bug) and not able to edit it as update button is not working. Can't trust on paying within the app.
From last one year i am using this application. Before few months back I also faced some problems in this app. But last few few months to till date this application features and functionality are extremely useful, Why some people putting negative feedback I don't know, Without using or without understanding functionality some people mentioning nagetive feedback. Guys if you facing any problems in app means kindly communicate with support team. Without any knowledge about application don't put negative feedback.
whenever i don't have electricity, this app will also won't work. It always displays no internet access even on 24 mbps network. So basically if there is no electricity, I can't even complain about it. I am able to write this review but I can't complain about NO ELECTRICITY!!! What's the use of this app than?
Useful application when it works. Even when I am connected to wifi, app says "no network, try again". But it starts working if changed over to mobile data. There is no way to update mobile number under " connection details" section. Because of this SMS is not received on correct mobile number. Developer response to reviews is nil .
Payment option not working fine. In app and on Web as well.
Development team not even tested this new build. it's showing no internet connection. Although I am connected to internet. Looks like just any intern developed this. Although I respect intention of government and department to provide basic functionality to user as self service and it make customer feel good. But it's implementation is worst and it's making customers frustrating.
App was working perfectly until the last update came...now It always show server down or no network even if I use it after connecting to Wi-fi...also I'm not able to upload meter reading pictures to re-assess my electricity bill...plz fix these issues...
It's payment portal unable to fetch the transaction status. I have tried to do payment for my new connection, the amount is deducted from my account but it couldn't tell that I have done a payment. Problem: when the payment is done is gives an error,still the amount is deducted.
One the best apps of some Govt. agency . so easy so convinient .... Only one thing is missing I can not edit my name address etc. which is there in the JVVNL records...which nneds huge correction ... very poorly punched in with so many spelling mistakes etc. I wish i could edit that.
Can't even file a complaint "No network, try again" Error evrytime
Third class app! Payment done through Paytm before due date, still shows pending and now with fine. Tried to contact bcits, still no result. Seriously not impressed. Executives at JVVNL say contact Paytm. Paytm says payment is one as there is transaction id. Edit 1- The payment has been done now after 2 mails. Still the app needs to be made better.
Application should be integrate with web portal
Nice app for payments of electricity bill in rajasthan. Option pay from credit card,paytm and much more . One thing i want to be improve please give cash backs, so more people use this app. Because at this time so many apps are in market that give us cash backs. Good tging is that instant we get credit in jvvnl account and other apps may take some time for confirmation. Overall good application for electricity bills payments.
Medium is amazing. But services supposed to be rendered through app are not satisfactory. Even complaints are not attended to and closed even without any resolution. In one word, if manpower is reluctant to help than this app prove to be useless.
