Bikayi: Whatsapp Catalogue and Make Business Easy

Worst app. Never go for their premium packages. Am one of their customers and i lost money with no value.they started digital marketing offers as well and you will get zero visitors for your website but your money will be deducted.and initially they will tell you that websites are customized according to customers choice but later they will give only the theme that set by them,you cant customize your website. If your really rich then only go for their premium to lose some money.

Very bad experience at bikayi. Earlier it was good but after i renew my plan for 2nd year very pathetic response and application made by the bikayi. App is not working properly business coach assigned is not engaged with the store not even calling back after call back request. No direct number is provided you have to engage yourself whole day for a silly little things. Very embarassing situation in front of the customer when u introduce your app and website to them.

This app contains very simple features everybody can easily follow. My account manager sadaf very supportive to me..energetic ,efficient manager very helpful in arranging meetings ...got 4 orders successfully delivered because of her guidance..regular updates with customers made easy to grow business...thank u bikayi & team thanks for ur genuine support with customers

Useless business platform it's totally waste of money investing in it.will never recommend anyone to go for it.not at all trust platform for business and very bad service from the team .have 5o do lots of follow up for all things .i had cancelled my subscription with zero business from last 3 months.

App experience is good for owner and has many features . But the customer experience on customer page is not so good i say average not very fluent and many glitches etc I will request the bikayi team to improve the customer page🙏🙏🙏 hope you will notice it

Pathetic services. No.options for Seo friendly. Its better to get a new Wordpress website done. I have asked for refund, they somehow agree coz they dont amswers for any technical fault i raise. They shared a reference number stating the amount has been refunded. Its being more than a month but no one is amswering emails or calls and i didnt received any refund.

They are perfect and fast, till you make payment to them, my store on this app was able to generate only 1 successful order in 4-5 months. Its a scam please be aware that your hard earned money will go to dustbin

Very poor service. I have applied for marketing service and want a call from your side so that he/she can guide me about the service and pricing but from 20 April to 10 th may they are unable to arrange a call. I have asked for 4-5 times for call they only said their expert will call me within 24-48 hrs but never got a call .

Very bad experience i have download it for my online store but then a very bad thing happen i have clicked on vip trial and got access for a week when it end you will lose all your access which you are having before vip trial don't waste you precious time and money in this type of fraud application

Review after using for almost 10 months of their ultimate pack. It's completely useless their recent update with full of bugs nothing is working fine if you chat in WhatsApp support they will give you stupid solutions unable to download invoice after 5 days also no response. If you update shipping status order is getting disappeared from order list like this many bugs if you ask bikayi team they will say it's happening only to our store. Pathetic, useless not at all customer friendly. Warning***

Worst ever experience. Total waste of money. Customer support is worst. Not even arranging call back. Its been long since I complained about referal programs still I didn't get any response. Never ever purchase ultimate. I am not even able to share my catalog videos. The biggest problem is that you put all your efforts and dream on certain project and they can ruin it anytime. Save your money. Don't purchase. Dats all

After payment for ultimate pack they are not responding, account manager is also unreachable, pay only if you have extra money with 95% risk of money loss.

How to delete bikayi link from my fb page.No one is responding for emails.no contacts. How can a customer solve their issues if there is no response. There is no delete option.once u sign in thats it.no exit

they are very typical they are confused as few features we can access through mobile and few through computer. but when we add staff then staff can access through only mobile and in mobile they have few access. what rubbish....
