Can no longer log in. Lost 20k miles in workouts. It was good for a while but now worthless. Was also double charged for a plus subscription

Its functional but with a lot of bugs. There are never updates to fix the problems. The developers seem to not care much abou it.

Could have sworn I reviewed this before, but I don't see my review. App itself is ok; i like the big print of the display, which was the big factor in my choice of this app. But it offers "deals" at their store, which appears to be just a scam. I took the offer of a "free" (plus shipping) phone mount. They billed the shipping, but then never shipped it. All attempts to contact them failed. I finally had my bank reverse the credit card charge. I *VERY* rarely do that - maybe once every 5 years or so. The amount was trivial, but I object on principle. That puts them on my "never do business with again" list. I have some minor nits with the app itself. Nice that you can customize what to display, but it sure needs an option to disable that once you are happy. Touch the display almost anywhere when you are riding and it stops displaying the normal stuff and instead takes you to the customization screen. I keep running into that just from grasping the phone.

Great app. Speedometer and odometer seem accurate, and I've pretty much stopped using my trusty old Cateye. Once in a while, the speedometer seems to get behind, perhaps because of a momentary lapse in GPS connections or some other latency issue, but generally it's fine. I've tried several other apps but none of them quite do the job as well as Bike Computer. The display is clear and easy to read.

Works great, and very easy to read, which i appreciate. I compared it with a traditional, wired bike computer and the speed and distance tracked almost exactly. I have one big complaint - my phone only mounts on my bike in landscape orientation, and this app DOES NOT respond to screen rotation. That seems like it should be a pretty basic feature for a bike computer!

Terrible. After the initial install, every time that I open the app, it crashes. Every time. I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to use it again. But only once, and then it force crashesn every time. It's unfortunate, because it looks like a pretty cool app from the few times I've got through the hoops to use it. I am using it on a totally stock and unrooted pixel 3xl.

I have 20 sports apps and bike computers installed and tested. This one is the best, though somewhat expensive. It lacks routes, but it has GPX and Strava export. I even connected my Samsung Fit E 2019 and it recorded the heart rate and exported it to Strava along with average temperature. The layout and UI are amazing, very smooth, simple. The map is all grey, no names for roads, it's impossible to use it - it really needs Google Maps or Open Street Map. Anyway, I'll use it as main bike app.

I like the display and that you can change the layout. Also like that you can sync it with Strava. My problems are that my daily rides don't always record to the correct day. I paid the lifetime subscription which wasn't much but there isn't really any benefit. The leaderboard/challenges/events page is always blank no matter what you input. The keep me safe option is handy, I guess but even with that it always defaults off when you exit the app. I always get the gps faulty notification.

Over the last few weeks I have been trying a bag full of cycling apps including Strava, MapMyRide, Bikemeter etc. What I really loved about is the super simple interface which is clutter free and very functional. While I have not yet put my money on the full version, i just might end up buying it. The biggest grouse for me - there is no landscape mode. Otherwise I just might give this 5 stars

I paid for premium, but after I tried for awhile I found the app not very useful. The leaderboard/Challenges/Events page is always blank (useless). The map is very rudimentary, it doesn't show any detail. Tried the "Keep me safe" feature and it didn't work. I asked for a refund and I never received my money back or a reply. Planning on making a claim thru my credit card.

Have it on Samsung S9/Android 10, paid for the premium version. Constant crashing when trying to scan for ANT devices. Two features are missing: 1. could you please add the battery percentage too to the fields list - it is extremly important (small numbers in the notification bar are not an option during a ride) 2. Could you please add GPS filtering. I turned off battery optimization, still my gps route shows some crazy jumps and speed of 60 km/h while I stop

Useless app. And dangerous too. My google account is asking me to change the password of this app. And I am trying again and again to reset my password and not been able to do that. I am not recieving any mail from it. I just want to delete my account and uninstall the app forever!! I tried to send a mail through the app and the mail bounced back, telling me that the mail id is not found! This is completely unacceptable. Thumbs down!

I paid £14 for the pro version only to find that it did not (despite repeated attempts) connect with my speed and cadence sensors. Other apps can do this, so the problem is not with the sensors. I would like a refund.

Like the app, have been using it since mid 2018 and does what I need it to do. Lately though, the last several revisions, it keeps complaining about GPS issues. At first I thought it was my phone but got a new phone and issue persists. I sincerely doubt the problem is with the phone or bad GPS coverage, it seems when I pause the ride and use other apps (e.g. camera) I experience the problems. Can the developer please investigate and advise? Thanks for a solid app otherwise.

do not use this app, i downloaded it and used it for about 5 minutes, decided I wanted the pro version, lifetime for $12. my app never opened again. crashes every time i open it and didnt make an account because the app crashed in the process. still got charged though. i have contacted their support email and have heard nothing back in over a week. unfortunate to write this review as i liked the design and layout but i cant allow other people to make the same mistake.

Crashed more often than Stevie Wonder in a dodgem. This App crashes so much it should be called "Bike Computer is not responding. Do You want to Close It?" The ads that make the free version impossible to use do not instil confidence that this company can create a fully working paid for version of this app. Avoid and don't waste your money on the paid version, the . I've changed to the better CycleDroid App, which is so much better.

Works very well with my Samsung Galaxy S8. Clean interface and easy to use while riding one's bike. Occasional problems with GPS but generally a very good app. I am very satisfied and I will recommend it to my friends and relatives. I hope it will help me to improve my biking skills in the future and help me stay in good shape for a long time. I will not change it and I will only update it when I have the option to do so. The app is excellent for my bike routine, and I will recommend it to my friends who drive bikes too.

The app is behaving strange.. • Sync with Strava doesn't work. For this reason I have to use both apps, Strava in the background. • Sometimes, rides are shown duplicated. • Speed is not stable. • No Drag from top to refresh (in profile). • Update of the all-time distance is hard. I have to reload the app.

Vik. B. Sep 20, 2019

The app is using GPS to determine speed. It's showing ridiculously high speed sometimes, like 120km/h. So you can't trust your data. It's also impossible to connect speed sensors. I like the app, I bought the paid version, but it's a toy, rather than a tool. Oh, and the developer is not too chatty! :-)

App was working great, I'd paid for subscription then one day it just started crashing. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, nothing gets it working again, just constantly crashes. No response from the developer, waste of money and a real shame because I was enjoying using the app.
