Truly dreadful app. Hangs, slow, had to reset password three times and yet it doesn't work on anything but my mobile phone which is clearly too small.... you guys need to sort this or what is the point of paying for the digital version? Thank goodness the hard copy is in the post! So, still can't access digital version and now it doesn't even recognise my user email address. AVOID THIS APP Just go buy the magazine if you need a copy. I've never had this much hassle from an app or a platform

Hopeless! Got a letter from Bike telling me that my paper subscription now included free access to the digital issues. Followed all their instructions on how to register etc, but App either kept crashing or treated me like I had no subscription. Either the App is rubbish or the instructions are rubbish.

I liked new type of digital magazine than previous Magzter version. Like direct browsing in the issue, there isn't page breaks, easy to read at landscape mode. But account management was far way better in Magzter. Still I cannot create an account with purchases of single issues and probably I will lost all purchased issues when I changed my phone. Also without an account I cannot continue reading magazine from web browser which was perfectly implemented at Magzter.

Love bike magazine, but the app has an unfortunate glitch in that it doesn't always find your magazine library - particularly when working offline (such as in the plane). Its very annoying to settle down for a read on a long flight and no magazines found. If this could be sorted the app would definitely have 5 stars

Everything is too small. Only able to access 1 magazine even though I paid for a years subscription. Subscription cancelled. Love the magazine, decided to save paper but app is poor, difficult to navigate.

App is a waste of time. Have installed on two devices but neither will allow me to login. Have paid for a magazine which I cannot access. Login online and it doesn't show my purchase. Support is abysmal. So, I may just as well have thrown my money straight in the bin.

I have a Kindle Fire tablet, which is Android - I've been able to install lots of other apps - but this one won't run. It's a simple fix and I've asked the developer to make it but, eight months later, nothing doing. Subscription will be cancelled.

I've been reading Bije since 1975 and while I have bought many others, I have never missed a copy of Bike as it is head and shoulders above the rest of the motorcycle magazine pack. Well written, informative and great photos. I've never met any of the staff but consider them trustworthy friends when it comes to anything bike related. When I pass copies of Bike to my foreign colleagues they love them as they have nothing as good in France, Germany etc. An easy 5 Star rating.

A plain white screen is all you get. It no longer works on my Xiaomi Mi 8 and is consequently neither use nor ornament. If you want to subscribe to electronic magazines, do it via one of the more stable, better maintained platforms such as Zinio.

Horrible app. Purchased subscription on my iPad. Can't access magazine on my new Android tablet. Reached out to support several times. They are no help. Paid for a subscription that I can't even use!

This app is great. Only sorry I didn't discover it sooner. Works really well in both magazine format and tablet-ised. Rate for subs inluding back issues is pretty good value

No longer opens despite uninstall/install. Useless ... which is a shame because it used to be good. Phoned up Bauer and they didn't seem to believe me. In denial.

Clunky. Requires work-arounds to access. Text mentions page numbers but there are none.

Great being able to read my favourite magazine on the go, look back at previous issues and tests.

I bought the September issue online, thinking it would be a bumper collection of Bike nostalgia. it wasn't, don't know why I bothered.

Download free digital version and it doesn't recognise the voucher code. Oh dear - deleted.

Always have issues with the app after an update and this latest one is no exception......

This app wiped the directory of my SD card, making it unusable!!! Deleted!

Great way to read BIKE during the lockdown

The latest version does not work, now I'm paying for a subscription with no way of reading the mag. I have tried support but have not had a reply.

Still can't save content to external storage, which is why I've cancelled my subscription.
