It has a nice layout as far as an app goes, but you have to pay to do basically anything regarding contacting other members. Pretty scammy looking. I'm trying to deactivate my account but it won't let me. This app would be better if it wasn't forcing you to do micro transactions for anything. They also send you emails that pretend that they're serving you a great deal/your profile is special and that's very easy to scam less tech savvy people. You'd have better luck at your local biker events.
Can't upload a pic. Couldn't get help thru their customer service. Stupid. Also couldn't change my location when I was away in another state. I would have been a great way to meet ppl while traveling, but no.
This app continues to suck. I have asked for my money back multiple times and I get a message through the app from help desk that never opens because of an error. They can't even get their own product to work correctly for them. Then they send me an email telling me that I can cancel my subscription but continue to use the features for the remainder of the time I paid for. Well this does my NO GOOD whatsoever since not all of the features are working. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
This app sends promotional emails that tell you you can have a month for $1.45 then charges $43.99 in the name of First Beat Media. Even when the subscription has been paid still can't use any of the features doesn't upgrade the membership. Be very careful using or joining this site and handing over any credit card details.
It gives me an error message for any photo I try uploading, I entered my birthdate 3 times and it never updated, and now it won't allow me to deactivate the account. Seemed like a decent app. Guess not!
This app is a complete joke. I am a premium member and am supposed to have access ti IM and chat rooms that do not exist. Also, I have been in contact with someone and all if a sudden I am being told that I have blocked her when I didn't. She thinks I am no longer interested and moved on, because of this faulty app. Get it together folks. Otherwise I will not be renewing. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
After letting 2nd month auto renew I canceled thru Google play and biker planet and yet I got charged again. Then the jackals (FRED) In customer service said it was my fault it auto renewed then after arguing my point it wasn't he hung up on me, now I'm going through an email in this app to try and resolve this issue.. stay far away from these scam artists because they'll still charge you...
So I don't understand I paid for it and when someone sends me a message and then I go send them a message back it sends me somewhere else where they make me sign in again so I could not get anyone's messages and I even paid for it so I just deleted my account so basically when someone sends you a message you can't look at their messages I give this place no stars
Too many bugs....need to fix things that affect usage. I'd like to send some screenshot examples but do not have the ability to do so...
I'm actually not even sure if this site is in business. I can't get the site or app to work. On one I get an error and the other just a spinning wheel that goes forever. I've tried to create an account several times but can't get anywhere.
They trap you in it. Trying to cancel but the link sends you back in a loop. No way to cancel!! Do not pay for this site!!! Very small amount of members too! Scam.
I applied for t special offer of 0.99 per month they took me 26.99... And after me t price is to big and don't know how manny can afford it.... Hope I will get a refund and a explanation about t amount token.... Need more transparency in their offer not to missleadead even other people...after refund I will give them more stars...My advice introduce some way of checking if person is real or scam.Like live checking or some special pictures that can be fake to help people gain more trust in app
Site is extremely glitchy. You cant send a msg unless you are a paid member. You also cant read any messaged people.have sent you, unless you are a paid member. So,.. what is the point of saying it is free? Very bad app, site, and system.
If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. App doesn't open. While you are responding to someone it looks up and you can't finish your sentence. Don't do it this app is a waste of time and money
I can't even open the app it won't send me an email to reset my password I've tried to log in with Facebook and all it tells me is you have logged in with Facebook but it doesn't open at all it's just the main screen pointless app...
Worst site I've ever tried. When I tried to cancel I got the run around. I've been charged $29.00 for 2 months I didn't want. They will not stop charging me even after I've complained, stopped the subscription. This site needs to be reported.
I was excited to use this as I'm lookong for someone to ride with. However, not being able to reply to messages without paying is ridiculous!!! I have some nice men reach and was unable to respond. I will not be recommending this to anyone
App is a scam. Don't download. Fake messages to trick you into getting a subscription. Can't even deactivate account, keeps showing up active.
Horrible. No one responds back. No one in my area. It's full of ads even if you pay. The ads are for other dating sites.
It won't connect to my location, so I had to delete the app. It only scanned looking for the location.
I have tried to download this app. It wont let me. No matter what Email or Facebook account you use. And its says its supposed to be free. Not true.

This is the worst dating app ever to hit the market. If you subscribe and want to cancel the link the app tells you to use does not connect and the "Contact us" link is a joke cause they never answer. ***DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP****

Couldn't even get an account. Said it couldn't use email linked to fb. And couldn't use email because it was already linked to a different account ...?
Do not sign up for this app. It is awful. I am trying to cancel my subscription and it will not let me. If I can't figure out a way to stop the billing, I am going to report them for fraud.
This app has been seriously disappointing. It wouldn't let me sign up via facebook, it said my account was banned (strike one, unless someone used my account, i have never been on biker planet) strike 2: you can't message at ALL unless you are a paid member, what a joke. Sorry to all the guys who tried to talk to me, I'm not paying for a date. Thanks for nothing biker planet your app stinks. 0 stars
It keeps kicking me out. To many bots and fake accounts..& hackers..no mutual matches even when i broaden my search no response from my area.
not free cant send a message without paying, advertisment for app lies you have to pay to really interact with anyone.
I wood love to be able to give this app all the stars.. but I can absolutely not upload a pic. And I try to see some messages and it says ERROR FAILED. HOW FRUSTRATING IS THAT!!!!
