Really great service and 3 euro for 3 days subscription when visiting a city is fantastic just to pop bike in next stand withing 30 or 60 mins. Over the moon with these bikes and app shows where stands are and if have incurred any late costs but can go anywhere in city in less than 30 mins easy as all flat. Well done this generation with there bikes everywhere the cities.
Great to see the network expanding and becoming more reliable, most bikes are in good condition
awful! waste of money! I downloaded the app and paid the charge but it wouldn't let me log in to the account. I tried multiple times, re set the pin, and even uninstalled and redownload the app. It honestly cost me more than it's worth getting a subscription if I can't use it.
The worst bikeshare app! It doesn't let me login to the app and it charges you 150 euro deposit for a bloddy 3 day subscription. It makes no sense. When asked to cancel, they said they couldn't and that I would have to wait until my subscription ended to have my deposit back. YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING A CAR THEN USING THIS.
Please add functionality of NFC tap from phone for bike rack rather than having to use the card
Doesn't work with Android 9. Crashes when opened. Too bad for such a great service
Paid for the 3 Day pass but the app never let me sign in with my credentials. Changed PIN, same result. Waste of time and money.
It's not working since my phone updated to Android 10. Guess the app needs an update as well?
Entered code and pin at bike stand but bikes wouldn't work
Works well and is accurate. Having to log in to the account after every time i exit then go back to the app is the main issue.
The app is OK for the use that you'll do!
Easy to use. Consistent.
Can't use it. Crashes on startup back to home screen. On Android 6.0!
The app seems fine to me - no crashing, no refusing to connect, the information it provides is correct. I do have a little difficulty zooming in and the map takes a little long for the resolution to clear, but these are nitpicks. I'd like the ability for a warning from the app when a station near you is nearly empty - just one warning that you could dismiss, though! Also, why does this app need Caller ID information? Besides infringing on privacy, I see no reason.
This app appears as if it was thrown together in a matter of hours, and it shows. The blatant "imitation" of iOS tabs in the A-Z list section is just laziness when Android has perfectly good alternatives, that work. Perhaps take a leaf from apps that actually have good design, and follow design guidelines?
Good: Nice and easy to use. Seems like it'll be really handy once the bikes are in and it's all up and running. Bad: Wants permission to make calls. There's no explanation for this and there's no indication in the app of what it might be used for. Also you can't move the app to SD card/internal storage.
This app crashes immediately on my android. Sony Xperia running android 4.4.2. Low spec phone but app shouldn't need much. Used bike today in Cork for first time and was really impressed - would be great to have the app up and running.
Wouldn't it be nice if I could sign up for the scheme here? But a handy app all the same.
Error on initial load, can't open app. Android 6.0
Easy to use and great exercise!
Good, this app could be better if they sent a push notification/log of when you check out a bike so you know when your half hour is up. Maybe the notification could also include the nearest station. Also it would be good if you could choose the landing page for the app, e.g. I always use the same 3 stations so the Favourites page is more useful to me than the Map of stations.
