Great for sending money to friends and family but practically useless for paying in stores as it doesn't work with standard payment terminals (can't use it anywhere outside of Luxembourg) and is very slow and clunky (if you ever find a store that supports it). Please give us Google Pay instead.
Before my experience with this app was ok, but from 1 or 2 month ago, I have got the message like unexpected network error when I click the app, and so now I am not able to use this app. ; (
fingerprint login broken after update. even after going into settings, activating it - disables itself right away. was working fine previously
It doesn't work on my Italian number mobile - as I do not receive the activation code by sms. I contacted the Digicash Customer Service 7 months ago but no solution has been found until now.

Never a problem. Difficult to link with the account but after that, is ok
Sadly the app doesn't work on S20 Ultra.
Using a card is still the faster way to pay. What is the advantage of paying with digicash?
Update..after a bad review I got a reply that it has been fixed..i reinstalled the app and now it works perfect...Great work BIL..appreciate it...I changed my review to 5 stars..
It used to work so fine, but since Sunday 6th December 2015, it has stopped working. It asks for BIL Logon, Userid, but freezes, so the keyboard does not come up, allowing to logon -> Totaly useless. I call BIL, and they confirmed it was a problem and will fix it. And then what, will they tell the user "It works again" ? Or should I keep, reinstall, install and then hope that it works again (some day) ps. It works on iPhone :-(
I want to try banking online with this app
I've been using this app since launch and it's previous variant "digicash". It used to be very convenient especially for sending money to friends or for payinf your bills via QR-code. Sadly, since a few weeks now the app app has shown some bugs as it wouldn't read QR-codes anymore. I hate tried to uninstall it an reinstl it again, which at first used to help. But now I'm unable to reconnect the app to my account. Neither Bil Helpline nor the people at Payconiq have been able to help sor far.
