ParkingYou only pay the parking fee, without additional costs. An active parking session may be terminated at any time as well as extended within the restrictions for the relevant parking zone. You only pay for the time that you are parked and payment is deducted upon expiration or manual termination of the parking session. The app provides functionality to simplify the user experience. This includes automatic recommendations for parking zones based on your GPS location and a map function for orientation and manual selection of parking zones.
As always, you are responsible for following the signs that apply to the street where you park.
Studded tire feeYou can pay the daily, monthly and seasonal studded tire fee in the app. The daily fee is valid for 24 hours and the monthly fee is valid for the current month. The seasonal fee can be canceled and you are refunded for the remaining period of the season.
Other functionalityYou create a profile in the app and among other information, store your payment card and vehicle registration number so you can effectively perform parking transactions and pay the studded tire fee. You can also enter multiple payment cards and vehicles and easily switch between them. Another feature includes receipt by e-mail which is sent from the transaction history. You can also contact The Agency for Urban Environment directly from the app.
Bil i Oslo is available for iPhone and Android and supports Norwegian and English languages. The app will be extended to include additional functionality and services for motorists in Oslo.
Note that Bil i Oslo’s payment solution does not support cards from Eurocard. Currently.

The app simply does not work since there is an unpayed parking from yearliee this year blocking new reservations. When placing a new booking it sends me to the old one to make me pay.
Updated since reply from Dev. Map loading and speed is just not comparable to EasyPark (for example) and that part of the user experience is critical. people want to just pay. Also, the flow for changing cars is poor. It should be possible to do this in the same flow as setting the time and paying, not going into settings and change 'default' car. Who has a 'default' car? ** Orig: rating 1 Slow to load zones, but worse is it's a completely wrong price calculation for electric cars. Why is this when the car is defined as pure electric but the price is the same as ice cars?
App crashes everytime I try to click "my vehicles", "contact info", "payment card", "change password". My card has expired and I'm not able to update it, so I currently can't park in Oslo....
Be aware! The app will not send notifications unless it is open. Even when "Run in background", notifications will not appear.
Interface including icons could be better. Payment integration is tacky... 🙄 It works. 2,5 -> 3☆
Very good app for using car in Oslo.
I get logged out every time when I switch to another app.... Making it impossible to reset password.

Useless and very slow, confusing app...
25% price increase this year. That should be criminal. It's illegal to raise rents that much a year...
I could not find the payment side .
I was finned in Oslo while this app taking money from my pocket.
Poor. Loses login credentials. Had to use ticket machine instead. Not recommended.
Useless for non-natives as it only accepts Norwegian license plates

Had installed it now, provided correct email, no confirmation code received yet for already 5minutes, so you're guys having a break there or what???
Crashes.. loses login and cc info..server problems. I miss the days when I could drop a coin into a meter instead of this BS.
