BillEase – Installments for Lazada

I just started! I hope everything goes well! It's really good since I was approved of a minimal credit line and I was able to transfer it to my gcash account. Payment terms are very convenient. 05/30/22 I am almost done paying with the 6th and last installment. I am looking forward to more beautiful experiences with this extraordinary and amazing app!

The best lending app. Based on my experience. 1. Easy to use. Even first-time users can use this app immediately. 2. No "Monkey business" on every transaction. You see what you borrow/get. 3. So far, it's excellent. But I will rate up to 4 stars only because there is no option that the applicant is a student that has or hasn't a scholarship allowance to complete the KYC verification. Even we, students, can loan money and pay later with our allowances (mainly from scholarships).

Been using BillEase since last year and I can say that it's the most reliable lending app out there. If you were able to pay the required amount on time, they will automatically increase your limit which is such a plus.

I super love this app because it helps me a lot when it comes to my finances. I experience smooth sailing transaction exept TODAY. Yes Today! I am really disappointed! I even cried it out earlier. They approved my 3000php loan but unfortunately, I didn't receive it in my gcash account. And the worst thing happened is, my loan is already reflected in the app. I've been calling their customer service but no one answer. I already sent my email and waiting for their response. I'm still waiting.

Great app and they charge you with low interest. I would gladly give it 5 stars but when I paid all my remaining balances in advance my credit limit was still the same and the Cash Loan feature is still locked. I was hoping to use this app continously in the future but if this was the case then I might reconsider. Please help me so I can grant you full 5 stars. Edit - Very satisfied now cause they didn't hesitate for my reapplication for a loan. Got my loan within 5 minutes. Best loan app!

I am disappointed with your customer service. You have put the contact option in the app so we can use it if we have an issue or if we need assistance but you are not responding. I renewed my loan and tried to top it up in my Gcash E-Wallet but I did not receive any amount. The loan is already updated but no fund is being received. I tried to contact you several times on your email account, sent you a message on your fb account and even texted you but no one responded. It is for an emergency.

I'm very disaappointed, I've always pay my loan on time but when I plan to renew again it was not successfully transferred to my gcash account. The loan is already updated on the app. The customer service is not responsive and even on the email, i did not recieve any response from them... I hope it could be better if you can handle this kind of issue..

I'm using this app right now, and it really helps me a lot. But, I just wanna ask something, is there any way to change the paying date? Because I accidentally put the wrong date. It keeps me worrying. I needed to change it to 10 and 25. So I can pay well. Hope this review will notice. (Actually, I tried changing it on the app but it's already 8 days but still reviewing my request about changing the date. I really need to change it to 10th and 25th, not 7th and 22nd. Please help me change it.)

As of now 2 stars, I paid in full last April 27 and until now not yet posted in my account, I paid in advance instead of 4 months. Please update your system. Thank you. I've been using since June 2021 and I don't encounter such problem,not until last month,which my phone also got broken.

I registered to this app and they just suddenly approved it with low credit limit and was not able to edit any error inputs. I'm trying to edit the inputs and sent my bank statement to them to increase the credit limit but unfortunately up to now still in verification process no one is checking it! And tried all the option to contact them but to no avail worst ever its very frustrating to use!

This is by far the most convenient loan app I have used. The registration and disbursement of funds were very smooth and quick. The interest rates is lower compared to other apps, very reasonable. Also the payment scheme is very flexible. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you BillEase!

If I can just give more than 5 stars I would be! Such a great, handy and user-friendly application. Commendation also to the artist who made that bird every time you make a maintenance or transaction on the app. Looking forward for the team to enable it's users to make transactions to international apps such as Netflix and Spotify. Sheesh! 🔥

Hi guys. I'm updating my review because of my recent experience. I'm a billease user for several months now. And I was quite disappointed when I made my payment through fund transfer. From my bank to your BDO account. It did not reflect on my account dispite sending the screenshots copy of my transaction. I keep sending email but still no reply. Kindly update me what is the status of my account. Because if no actions taken I will be charged twice. Sad and frustrated. Please address my concern.

BillEase does not verify if the Gcash account that you use to top up is under your name. Yes, it's too easy to use but is not very safe because the app processes your request without an OTP. Also, their customer service is unreachable. They put contact numbers but are not working. They don't even ring. Their email also doesn't help.

This is the best loan app ever! I have tried some other apps but they can only lend as much as ₱2,000 for a first time user. BillEase gave me a loan limit of ₱6,000 and I was able to use the money to purchase an item from Lazada, fund my GCash account and my ShopeePay wallet for bills payment. What I like the most about BillEase is that it has a very low interest rate. You can also make your payment via Coins.ph so there's no transaction fee. Thank you, BillEase. You're the best!

Easy to use and most trustable app that I've ever seen. This is the only app that has longest term with no hassle to full payment but installment payment only. Recommended for all emergencies and needed anytime you want as long as you still have credit balance.

An awesome app. It's very easy to apply for a loan as long as you have the right requirements ready. Already had my credit limit increased after paying off my first loan.

So far, this app is very easy to navigate. It's good because of of the securities and all just to make sure that every customer or individual provided exact and an accurate informations.

Basically the BEST loan app out here. User-friendly interface, not stingy about their services and fees and VERY convenient. I just downloaded thos for about 10 minutes ago, and now I applied Installment loan for 2000 and tadah! Instantly got my loan + low interest + flexible due date. Highly recommended for everyone out there. Don't look for other apps. You go straight to Billease!

The app interface is friendly user. Also, they provide low interest which I realky appreciate from a lending company. The reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 is the way to access their store partners. It's a bit complicated as you will be routed to a website. Hopefully, they can squeeze their store partners inside their app. I would also like to recommend having a credit score inside the app. In this way, both BillEase and the borrower can determine if you are eligible for a higher credit limit.

Having this app helps me pay my bills, expenses, and emergency expenses. Its user friendly to use and whenever I pay on time and no ate payment they increase the level of amount u can loan. It has easy requirements to comply for loan also. The best of all when I loan it has low Interest and don't deduct the amount u loan on the interest they apply and many options where you can receive the money you need. I have been using this app for almost 5 months and so far it is good! Even though the interest is just a bit high, I have just loaned 3x! from P4,000 and it incresed to P6,000 because I am a good payer! Also the transaction through e-wallet is very fast and reliable! I hope that I can get a discount or even lower the interest rate might be a good help for a good payer like me.

This app is great. But there is one issue I encountered with this app. I forgot my password, so I tried to reset my password and when I received the link in my email, thr instruction says to click the link "set password". After clicking it, it just reditected me to the signup or login page. I already tried it for more than 10 times, but it just redirected me to the same page. Please take action about this problem thanks

UPDATE: I am getting frustrated with Billease and their customer support. It's been 2days! And I still dont receive my loan. Their customer service is reaaaaalllyyyy slow. Thru chat and email! None of their mobile numbers are working. Their app is great and been using it for almost a yr. However when trying to reach out to them in regards of my account, no one is available and their mobile numbers are unreachable. So disappointing

This app has been helping me with my expenses for the last 3 years and it has never let me down. Especially during the time that COVID has affected everything in family's expenses, they were kind enough to give me the option to pay without stress. This app is highly recommended to everyone in need of financial assistance. Just keep your payment history good and you will be stress free as well.

The only app that gives me the opportunity for a loan upon sign up! I made my payment ahead before my due date. Amazingly, upon payment is made, just a matter of seconds or minute, your credit limit has been increased and you can have it again.. Hoping to get much higher credit limit after my next payment. Two thumbs up👍👍 for Billease.

Really nice app to start your loan but.. How can I pay my dues if your app won't open. It's just loading forever on the first screen after entering your passcode. I will complain this app if I get additional fees for late payment just because you can't fix this issue. My app is up to date and I even clearred the cache, but same issue happens. I can't open Billease, darn there's no ease in paying this bill. - Responding to the patronizing tone in your response, I am never late with my bills.

I've been using this for 7 months now. There's no problem with payment and receiving funds. The only problem is that is within the span of a month, I had to log-in like 8-10 times. I've already set-up biometrics access. I don't want to re-enter my password everytime.
