Three weeks ago added a credit card to the account....got locked out ...called customer service and was assured they would look into it..called back 3 days later...still trying to figure out why ...I was told engineers were really busy...called a week later still locked out...I asked that billgo either unlock my account or cancel ...so now a week after that call I still can't get in and the account is still sending payments...please..billgo...one or the other
Great app! Easy to use and nice, fun design. I love the feature to download a pdf of your bill and the text reminders. Customer service is top notch!
Seems like it would be a good application easy to use. One bad thing is that I couldn't link my cards from several different banks so until I'm able to link my cards then I will not be able to use the application.
An all in one bill pay app! Ability to link all my bills, no more going from website to website, it's all here! Life just got easier! Love how the innovation continues with each release!
Yes, it pays bills on time but it pulls them early. I just got hit with about$200 in overdraft fees because they didn't notify me of them pulling 5 bills today. It's some kind of glitch with their system and how it pays the bills after you verify your account. So be aware of that. Their customer service is excellent though. I wasn't expecting that at all. Most companies wouldn't reimburse you but these guys did. That is appreciated.
Great service. I have 15 bills on it and never had a problem. Customer service is first rate.
Unable to log in to any account. Always gives error even with multiple tries. Uninstalled.
Love the fact that I can pay my cell phone bill today. No more late fees for me.

Love how easy it is to link all of my bills. Even downloaded the pdf of most of my statements. Great notifications help me stay on top of my money.
Good idea, app still has some rough edges. Support is attentive, and has called me directly several times to help resolve my issues. I appreciate the personal attention. Bills are paid as advertised, on schedule.
Still waiting for help from Billgo. Tried linking several accounts for days now for 30 minutes at a time on each Bill utility insurance ect. Tried uninstalling and permissions. I'm on a s7 edge. Update Support team is looking into the problem and trying to fix the issue
I love having a one stop shop for managing all my bills. Way easier than bill pay and more flexible for how I want to pay my bills!
Ok im a total idiot im about 20 years behind on technology....i probably had customer support pulling out the hair and throwing chairs across the room...so thanks for the patience and working it out
Clearly not. Just had my account overdrawn $600+ dollars for a bill I already paid myself weeks ago!

Not letting me remove/unlink an account just bc I said I didn't need to pay it this month. Also unclear how the app works for bills like credit cards, which are variable from month to month.
Everytime they send a small deposit to my account and I go and verify it it always say it's wrong how is it wrong if they sent it to me.im thinking about just deleting this app now they want a picture and I'd why would I add somebody else account
Just an app full of links that send you to an error msg. Lousy.
I forgot my password and cant login and help desk didnt even reply back or emailed me back shame bad business means less customers someone contact me with 24Hr or im rating you the worst in bill pay history
Took a little bit to figure out but customer service responded quickly so I think I have it figured out. Should be good going forward.
I love getting free money for doing things in the app. It keeps me on top of my bills and makes sure everything is paid on time. Being able to send, receive money, and split bills is awesome!
First impressions are great. My only issue is they are having trouble connecting to my Georgia Power bill.

This is an awesome app. Customer service is Very professional and quick to respond to any questions, comments, and concerns. You actually get a LIVE person and are able to speak to someone. I just started using this app and I love it! My only request is that you guys add a fingerprint scanner as a way to login, bc my phone has that capability.
I can't delete my account because it won't let me unlink my T-mobile bill! Got a phone call from the BillGo employee personally, and he explained it and made sure I was happy. Thank you!
Spent about 2 hours setting this app up before I discovered that you don't control the paying of your bills, they do. It automatically pays your bills whether you want it to or not. I'm not down with that!
