Request a prescription renewal through the secure message tool
Participating sites include Billings Clinic, Stillwater Billings Clinic, Livingston Healthcare, Pioneer Medical Center, Beartooth Billings Clinic, Glendive Medical Center, and North Big Horn Hospital.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I check my account because it won't go past the sign in page.
Will give it 5 stars once they fix the glitch that I have to Uninstall every time I use. Reading other comments and it's multiple people.
Simple, helpful app. Easy to navigate and send messages to my medical home team.
Results not uploaded in timely manner, education information related to lab results read error. Continual need to update.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Robinson orthopedic surgery, He is the best, he did my total knee surgery in 1999 and then he did my total hip surgery in August of 2020, I would recommend him to anybody.
Garbage. Just a separate browser to access the same page as you can on any other browser. NO addition information.NO get support. Billings Clinic could take a lesson from St. Vincent's SCL Health MyChart. Once upon a Time you could access a decent amount of information via the clinic's portal.Now it's limited to the info sheet you receive @ your appointment. For a MAGNET certified/Mayo affiliated clinic, its pathetic & humiliating.
Amazing! The best
I find the patient connect app very helpful. I have results from every lab, x-ray, scan, available to me at times before my Dr office can call me. Appt notes are available in a timely manner. The app is smooth running, easy to find what your looking for, and the closest thing to my Dr besides my being there in person because all I have to do is send a message. In fact, my Dr office is requesting patients try and send a message instead of phone calls. I highly recommend!
