Such a great idea. This was 10x better than using the manual. Love the ability to repeat steps, see the hardware needed etc... It was the easiest assembly so far in my life. One suggestion, would be great to be able to highlight how the orientation of screws, washers etc... When opening the hardware tab. Sometimes I had to replay the steps several time to see which side the screw was inserted.

I used this app to build a lean to greenhouse. All of the reviews for the greenhouse made it very clear that the greenhouse was extremely difficult to build. With the app, the greenhouse is actually really easy to follow along and build. The only issue I had was the app crashed on me quite a few times when I would leave it. While I was in the app, there were no issues. On a previous review that developer said that they are working on it. But I don't know if it was my phone or the app.

I'm giving this three stars for now. This app makes it easy to follow instructions. I appreciate the voiceover and 3D views. I've taken two stars off because during the review process there is no speech to text option or autocorrect enabled. As a person that has dyslexia it really put me off. I can't voice my opinion without getting absolutely frustrated. Fix it or allow the keyboard that my phone already uses, then I'd be happy to give 5 stars.

Really frustrating experience. The app keeps getting stuck and I can't move to next steps unless I restart my phone. All other apps work just fine and there are no other glitches on my phone

BEST APP EVER!!! Hands down, one of the best experiences building something substantial. I didn't think I could do it (my wife didn't think I could do it either!), but with this app I built a three-level playset . . . WAAY!!!

Went through the whole build using the paper guide, but got stuck on one point. The animated guide cleared it up in a second!

A little clunky but the color-coded 3D really helps make the instructions clear. Would use again.

Downloaded app scanned item code supplied with purchase and got an inaccurate and outdated assembly instructions only vaguely resembling product purchased. Got better results looking at the picture on the box honestly.

I've used this app for other assembly on other products it's make everything so easy. No second guessing and no need for paper instructions.

Worthless for me it wants access to take pictures. I just wanted maybe more updated parts sizing for a sump pump I bought.. It says it takes an 1.5 pipe more like 2" so for me Worthless.....

Needs a table of contents or at least a easy way to skip to a section. I had to skim through 47 steps to find the one thing I needed to see... Cool otherwise.

Nice idea, but it was pretty difficult to follow. You have to glean all the info you need from each step as it plays, or else you just hand to rewind and keep playing it over and over. Wish I had just used the paper instructions. At least I gave it a try.

Makes assembly a no brainer. Very easy to use step-by-step instructions you can zoom and move to see what is going on.

Super helpful, made putting together a Weber grill way easier. Having the 3D images that could be rotated and manipulated made it much easier to assemble the small tricky pieces.

Some of the directions you have to adjust and replay to see different angles but once you figure that out it's really useful.

Terrible. Says it is downloading the instructions to your "stuff". It never does. Huge waste of time and just adds to the frustration of putting something together.

Very informative instructions. 3d imaging is great and instructions are very detailed. I rate 3 stars because the mode number of the unit i have is not listed. Even though it states clearly on the box that it can be found on the app. Im left trying to search for the closest model to what i have. Now im left questioning if installation should be the same for my product. Disappointing!

A surprisingly modern and polished app. What I had assumed initially was that the app would basically be just a place to register the product and receive emails about new products. Surprisingly, this was not the case. I downloaded the app out of curiosity to see what the instructions would look like and found a fantastic 3D-rendered walkthrough that was simple to follow yet thorough. Well done, Bilt app designer!

This app is very convenient. Not only does it provide clear, 3D instructions for a ton of products, but it will also help you register said products and store all relevant warranty information within the app. In my experience the app is very responsive and has been running quickly, with very minimal load times. Definitely recommend, especially if you're someone who holds onto papers. I should also mention that you can upload pictures of your receipts, which is nice.

This 3D program is a game-changer! Just for grins I compared BILT assembly steps with some of the corresponding procedures from the printed assembly instructions (which weren't bad). There were a number of steps that would have taken me much more time to figure out had I not been able to use BILT's ability to see the parts in three dimensions from multiple perspectives. A truly genius app!

Whoever came up with BILT is freaking awesome. The ability to view everything in 3D is clutch. Being able to what you are doing from every angle, check for alignment, zoom all the way in, helping you with orientation or different pieces... it's just awesome. This is the second time I have used BILT and its been amazing.

what a great installation experience it was! so refreshing to not have a huge bag of screws and hardware and some confusing directions. watching the video and listening to what the narrator says makes it even more helpful. I only wish that all things that require you putting them together, had this feature! love it, love it and will highly recommend! Good job.

Very easy to follow the directions! Much easier than trying to assemble using the instruction booklet! Being able to rotate and zoom in and out of the pictures helped also. Took about 90 minutes to assemble our new Weber grill(probably could've been done sooner but we double checked steps). Great app!

Assembled a grill using the app, not as useful as paper instructions. Cumbersome moving between steps due to having to rewatch animations. Not convenient moving your phone around vs a paper pamphlet. Being able to change perspective to verify orientation of parts was unique and helpful at times, but compared to being able to glance at multiple steps simultaneously with the paper instructions was more helpful.

This app is game changing. I don't say that lightly. This made what is normally a massive headache and worth paying a professional to do into a simple easy to follow and understand process. I love how you can zoom in and out to see up close which is what you end up doing with a paper instruction manual only you end up with a headache and your eyes won't focus afterward LOL

Great concept, but the 3D models are so sensitive that when your moving - all of an sudden things spin out of control. There is no reset button to reenter the object, instead you have to go forward or backwards a step and then come back (and try again going really, really slow.)
