Unreliable network after the merger, one step backwards I guess. Before I never had the issue, I can do my remote work with no problem even if I'm in the middle of nowhere. It even get worse for gaming, before I'll get 110-120 ping/sec on average, below 100/s if I was lucky enough. but now it around 160-300/s and it ruined my user experience. I'll switch to wifi next time

Disappointing UI/UX on Customer Care. The panel is pretty slim, every new chat need to be scrolled to be view so that can be typed. Two times trying, two times accidentally click on an icon/button hence redirecting to another page and need to start anew the customer care discussion. The transaction history is hard to find moreover the data pretty inaccurate. All my succesful transaction vanished, LOL. Pretty bad experience.

I've been using 3 since 7 years ago, for remote working and I appreciated the support of 3 so far. Except the raining and electricity shut down. But now, I am disappointed and trying to look for the alternative one, because 3 has lower and worst connection, since the merger. Thanks for the support during 7 years.

I can only go to the app once. Afterwards if I ever try opening the app again I'll be stuck at the loading screen. If I want to check how much data I have left I literally have to re-install the app every single time which gets frustrating because the app wasn't like this before the merger. Please fix this issue.

The app says checking Tri Networking and ended in No Networking Connection..My 4G signal is in full bar..If you can't make people access your app then why bother create it in the first place...your merging with Oredoo has been a disaster, no improvement whatsoever.. Neither can I top up my data plan nor exchange my Bons Tri points...if you fail to address this issue in this month, i guess I have no reason to be your loyal customer any longer..consider this as my parting shot.

I've been using 3 since 11 years ago. No problem so far, except the occasional lagging when raining. Still my first provider choice. But then I keep seeing the loading circle every time I play video on YT, keep getting blank page every time I try some games and apps. Hell it even took few minutes for text to be received. Delay almost every time. It happened since your merger. Why Indosat Ooredo of all things? You better fix this asap. Or else you'll lose your loyal customers. Not only me.

Bad. Just bad. The connection work flawlessly, the price offered is really good. But this app, can't access it because it WILL always say no connection even though I have FULL BAR 4G+ and able to access internet and make calls. UI kinda good I guess.

Hello, after updating to the latest version. Everytime I open the apps, it doesn't show the credit and data information. It said the credit and data 0. I used voucher to top it up, though.

Great app. With the new UI/UX, everything is more simpler and aesthetically pleasing. Maybe the search feature needs some work because I can't find my intented package. Other than that, great!

The new update creates a problem. I usually use gopay as a payment method and now instead of going into the payment link the app links me to the gojek download page when i already have installed the gojek app. I know the aesthetics have been improved but what is the point if it create problems? Edit: It has been fixed. The UI aside from being beautiful is now also more fluid and responsive.

I used to recommend my friend, family, or anyone over internet that Three was a great provider, the reason was simple, it is reliable and cheap. Until it came to the news that my beloved daily use of internet and such thing used to merger with another provider, it's no a problem at the start. But as day continue further, there's seems some major downgrade to the signal quality, i try to play games and the ping just rocketting to 300+, better fix this issue, or ur loyal costumer gonna be gone.

10 years as loyal customer. Lagging while raining, its ok. Slower than other provider while download, its ok. But thumbs up to signal for gaming. Its stabil. BUT........ When it merge with INDOSAT, i got poor connection. Youtube lag, gaming even worse. Download slower than before. Delay almost everytime. Platinum user even got this worse???? Sorry to say, i change to wifi before u FIX THIS.

I have contact admin support two times, regarding an issues with voucher from Bonstri. The problem is not solved and respond are so slow, I am really not care about the voucher actually but I am afraid if there is a big problem with my card and the services isn't doing its job. Here is the warning message from the issues on the voucher "Untuk mengakses halaman ini, silakan menggunakan jaringan TRI.", please fix and manage this thing. I hope a better future for 3, Thanks.

Sorry I changed my review because this new app version was so disappointed. Where's the menu I could press to instantly stop the package? You errased it from your system? Hilarious. Moreover, the trivia feature was so useless now. Live chat or Q&A you said was nonsense. Do you expect me to call CS manually again? Horrible. And what was more supprising? In less than a minute suddenly my 1 GB vaporated. Wow. Amazing.

years ago I used Indosat but I hated its services, then I found 3 not only it was cheaper it was also much better, so I changed to 3. But now 3 and Indosat is merged, I thought maybe Indosat has changed or 3 can bring about changes into Indosat. Turns out it is the vice versa, bad service of Indosat affected the quality of 3. I will wait for one more month, if the network delay is still awful, I will use other internet service provider instead. I think its a bad idea for 3 to merge with Indosat.

After merged with oor*do, i'm rcvd messages from non sense service which corrupting my balance and internet speed reduce drastically, need to review your decision before losing your loyal customer!!

Works. Thats all there is to say about it. Terrible user experience, the back button, instead of just, oh you know, taking you back, it just quits the app?? Not to mention lags on the weirdest corners of the app. Nothing about this apps works well at all, everything feels slightly desynced somehow, bonstri never works properly. Credit where credit is due, the search function now is actually decent

This company habitually overcharge my actual internet data usage by 100-350 MB everyday. At the end of the subscription month (30 days), I always lose around 3-6 GB data from my already limited data subscription. Wish that there's better and faster mobile network carrier in my area, so I can ditch this petty thieving mobile network company. It's too bad that I still have to put up with this f**king company, as this one has the fastest internet download speed out of other carrier in my area.

3 offers big quota package with cheap price, and then somehow the speed is going slower. So practically you can never use those big quota. What a cheap business trick only cheap people capable of doing this.
