• Book Now - Pay Later
Yes, you can book and get up to 24 hours between to pay on your convenient time to confirm your ticket(s). This feature helps you to ensure the availability of the seat for your next trip that smoothies your tripe.
• Check Reservation Status
In “My Trip” by putting the Passenger Name Record (PNR) and the last name of traveller you can check the reservation status of your booking that has been done from any selling channels, like- GDS, Online Travel Portals
• Manage Your Reservation
You will able check all the reservation record of you in My Trip [provided that you need to be register user]. Right now from reservation details you can resend the reservation copy to your email and also can send “Cancel and Refund” request of any confirmed ticket. Under My Trip, the more interactive features will bring soon.
• Check Flight Status
You can check the real-time flight status of your next trip by providing only the flight number and within next 7 days’ date.
• Manage Your Profile
You can update you profile information like – phone number, email address, Frequent Flyer number and mailing address. This feature will help to make a quick reservation and also helps you get updates of promotions and deals.
• Manage Co-traveler
Managing your co-traveller and making reservation for them now more easy than ever. You can add travellers information and user then during the reservation to make the reservation faster
• Various Payment Options
You can pay for confirmation of your booking by six payment methods (VISA, Master, Amex, Nexus, Rocket, bKash) settled by five payment gateways ( DBBL, CBL, K-Bank, bKash). Using both BDT and Non- BDT currency enabled [VISA and Master] cards you are eligible to do the payment.
• Multiway to be register and login
It’s modern to get register with Facebook, Google account- is available. By Phone number and Email address – registration also available. By four means a user can make registration and login to this app.
• Two-factor security enabled:
During registration and primary records change like phone number and email address user always need to verify with the security code receiving over email or by SMS in provided phone number.

Nothing seems to work with this app. I'm sure no one cares . Can't select destination city, can't log in to the account. Just see the user rating. It is only 2.2. Has anything been done to improve?
Needs more improvement. Multicity should be added. Loyalty club account should be accessible with app. App should be more faster. Should have online check-in system. Having problem during login says invalid account. pasport details are not accepted. Pnr check should show ticket and passenger details,luggage details,more details of flight, should have (add booking /add booking history). Add trips option needed.
The following issues needs to be fixed ASAP. 1. Spelling mistakes 2. My Trip should only show current active booking. It is instead showing a history of all previous booking including cancelled and expired as "Expaired" 3. Seat selections cannot be made error returns as insufficient seats available. However, the aircraft seating diagrams shows 90% available
This is a very useful app for booking tickets .however I have spotted some problems with the app and the website of biman. The app should have multicity option and it should have a option to add trips .it should be more faster. biman should ha e online check-in system.
The app lets you view the names of all of the directors! You can't so that from any apps for any western airlines. The only thing that would make it better would be photos of their beautiful faces - a bit like a tin of zarda.
This app don't work, it worked for a while 2021. Bangladesh biman do something about this, the world is moving forward and your going back into time, if this app was fully functional then it could benefit thousands of people whom has to go through travel agency where often the face fare is a lot higher as they don't have much choices due to lack of your negligence to redevelop the biman app. Hope you will do something for the betterment of Bangladeshi citizens worldwide. Why is everything so hard with Biman, app looks good. But when viewing flights during certain dates then going to check out the price changes by more than £100. Price mismatches are rife. Customer service is non existent and when you get through their very rude to the people that pay their wages.
Shocking!! How this app passed the process of being on the app store is beyond imagination. It doesn't let you sign up; says something went wrong. You go to the home page, it shows something went wrong. You try to book something, it shows something went wrong. Absolutely gobsmacked!!!
I don't know why, but the app was kot working properly. I tried to search flights from Kolkata to. London Heathrow Airport. The app took it too long to respond. Moreover, it lags every now and then. Finally out of no choice, I Uninstalled it. I request the developer that please debug this app.
Strange with new version. Downloaded the latest version but when open it then pop up comes up to say download latest version. And it there is no way to close that pop up and can use the app at all. Reinstall the app and still same issue
I am really appreciate about biman apps 1. Wrong Information, like i booked a flight on 11 Dec that is expiring 14dec , but when i was trying to confirm today it for payment its showing already expired , now i paid 80QR(1880BDT) extra its really very disappointing 2. Seat booking should be on apps like website 3. Live online assistance 4. Newsletter should be on apps 5.BLC Redeem should be automated via apps like Qatar Airways. 6.local currency payment method , QAR,AED,£,
Very very bad app. Unable to use due to error. Always showing something went wrong. Biman authority requested to look into the matter and settle the issues
A great app from Biman Bangladesh Airlines. I hope Bangladeshi air trsvellers would know about the app to easily book their flight in a moment with thier finger-tips. Payment system also very easy with sufficient number of payment options, including mobile banking like DBBL Rocket and BKash, in addition to VISA and other cards. Thanks to the initiators. ❤
I haven't seen such a worst app. Interface is nice but without server it's nothing. First make sure it's working then upload to the play store... just waste of time to install this app.
This app is make for broker. Even Bangladesh Airlines can fixed it. Can make travel easy for passengers. But they Don't do it. World number one corrupted Airlines.
Really nice app. Expecting more offer will come in future. Also if Biman do some connecting flight business with other airlines where biman is not available it will really helpful for us. We also like to experience Biman flight. Really hate other airlines food. Most not eatable. Also we Want to keep money our money to ourselves. Also in Bangladesh airport if they do some bangla billboard or a small hand note in boarding that how to use plane, keep clean and different signs meaning.
Thanks Biman to lunch this app. I was looking forward for this app, I am a regular flyer of Biman. There is something you need to do. 1) after purchasing tickets I found that I can't reserve my sit. 2) when I check my PNR in Biman website, they couldn't retrieve my booking/ticket. We need you to solve these issues. Thanks again
* Can't login by using Biman Loyalty Number. I think it must be include an option for the Loyalty Member. All other Airlines have this option. ** Also should include Multiple Destination option beside one-way & return
Wonderful app . Booking so easy 👌 please add manage booking options. So we can change booking if we need. It will be more helpful.

One of the Bad Application I Have Ever Seen. I am a Frequent Travller. Also Travelled 2 Times with this Airlines my Experiance Was Really Really Bad. Nothing for Genuine Travellers. This Application also Have Nothing For their User. Thankyou For Your Poor Service.
Outstanding initiative by Biman Bangladesh Airlines. I appreciate their service. In primary stage their application interface is looking good and smooth. Hopefully Biman will add more features.
Have been trying to book a flight for last 2hours now. Couldn't. Tried calling the given call center numbers. No one picked up.
Very bad software. Maximum Menu not working. Always error please try again later.😠 Digital Bangladesh where Digital Biman service. Cannot booking or checking PNR number online.
This is very much useful app to travel home and abroad easily on a single click. Highly recommend.
Everything is very good. One thing can be added , aircraft type, ie boeing 787, 777 etc.
Always shows "something went wrong" whenever try to register/login and pnr check. Also the desktop site does not have any web check-in menu.

Great to see Biman adapting to technology. Very good initiative. Excellent app. Hope to see more innovative ideas since now days everyone is comfortable using smart devices to get various services. Hope Biman Management continues to improve its service areas and service levels with this sort of innovations. Only draw back cannot check in before the flight. Should add the check in options which is quite standard nowdays.
