Worst Provider App. It's either no internet connection when i tried to check my quota, or taking a very long time for loading, or app not responding and needed to be restarted. Compared to another provider app, i suggest to remake your app to be more user friendly and faster access to user data. Just please repair this ASAP

Was moving on from old 3.5G phone to 4G. App kept on complaining that I was not on Tri's network. Then I tried the other app (Bima+) which yields the same result. Then I wrote a lengthy email asking for help and the reply was: "make sure your wifi is not on" 😢 how stupid do you think I am? The answer of your app problem in 4G is one, it only works when there's no other simcard detected. I tested it by disabling my telkomsel simcard installed in slot2, it made both your app works perfectly. So I WILL NOT move on to your 4G card. Keeping the old 3G one.

You keep asking people how your service is, and you've been receiving horrible ratings. You keep telling people to send email to your respected department in order to accomodate all problems, then, what's the point you're replying to these complaints? Yet, there's no any improvement as you keep talking about. What the heck are you thinking? fooling us around? Or you just don't have enough money to invest and fix these problems? What a bunch of POOR people you are.

This app is too damn slow, man, I must be honest, it stuck on loading screen, sometimes worked, but come with blank screen, please fix it ASAP. And something I always wondering, why the hell is my quota keep draining while I don't turn on the mobile data? Even that "1gb/day" happen the same too, i think I was using about 300mb then it say that my quota is exceeded the limit, MAN! WHY?! Other than that, I appreciate that the price is friendly with low budget users that need internet, student, etc. Please take a look over my review.

Can't open the app, says you have no internet connection, but I just bought internet data MANUALLY. Check the internet on browser and it work just fine, but not for the apps. Anyways, with this provider you're free using WhatsApp, but you must have internet data for using their app. So stupid. I need to bought it MANUALLY. This app useless.

Still lame to proccess, no connection, but when i try in Youtube the connection is soo fast idk why... same problem happen with my second device :/

your device is rooted. what the heck is your problem ha! its my damn phone. and you say there is no connection. so i can't check my remaining quota. well its time to migrate to other operator. who mind their business. and not cut your connection while your phone is damn root.

Tri has the easiest app to check their balance. No need to reg or whatsoever. It even works if your card is on wifi instead of you phone, you stilk can check you balance without registering you card.

Best app billing information other than competitor. But network quality so awful

you have good offer, but not programmer, this app is so hard to access, need view minute to just see your balance and data, and when i need to go back, its took loading again

This app is useless if you have unstable connection, can't check data and other info, except use wifi and make an account, very inefficient not like other operators app..

To get in the apk very bad, hard to get the connection, always the signal lost and unstable. Even my place has a good signal for TRI. Its Worse and worsen

it says "can't connect without internet connection" although my internet connection is full. And also, this app is so damn slow, I just change the language setting and it takes too much time to save the change

Please fix it, when i used it...i cant opened it. It said that i haven't an internet connection. The truth is im still have a lot of internet connection.

how to activate Bima Tri on my phone, I didn't know the serial no being asked. my Tri SIM card registered by Counter staff. I love 3 very much

Actually this app is useful for getting info about internet package and for renewing internet package too. But it often has looooooongggg loading whenever i open it and that's extremely annoying until i hate this app!

To use the application you must login first, to login you have to register if you dont have any user id in my.tri.co.id , but when you access the site, the only button is login and forget password, there is no register button. So i cant register, therefore i cant login to use the app, what i try to say is this app is useless to me.
