Poorly designed app. E.g. Doesn't have a facility to store your home address. Have to enter your postcode every time you use it. Other issues.
Has an easy on the eye list of items for each bin with a swipe function to cycle through the types of bins. The bin collection sectiin brings you back to the website. There is also a section for news/info and a contact detail area. I dont think its worth the download due to being brought back to the website for some functions. Would be better if it had the ability to show all information within the app without being taken back to the website.
This app used to be good. It used to do exactly what you needed. Notify you the evening you have to put out your bin. Great. In the last few months it suddenly stopped doing that. Instead, it started sending me random news about the council. Annoying notifications that there is no way to disable.
Printable calendar is not usable if you have a mono only printer. There should be a 'remember me' or 'remember address' function, it is frustrating having to search for your address every time you access the app to check something.
Reminder function doesn't update. Address lookup form looks amateur and is clunky. A developer using a template could do a better form. Not sure if this is my local council being rubbish, or the developer. But in summary to my over all experience - this app is almost useless.
App does not work. It installs and when you open it, it shows loading then a message comes up saying unable to download information, if this continues contact... etc. I have un installed and re installed this several times and it doesn't not work.
Potentially good app that used to be good but like other reviews, notifications (the most important feature) worked for a while but do not now keep popping up unless you set them every week which defeats the purpose. This is a real shame because this used to be a great and very useful app but not now unless the developers fix it
Not great for finding out about bin collection days. It just sends you to their webpage and you have to re-enter your details every time. It's quite good on what goes in each bin but again you could just look that up online.
It used to work ok, but now its appalling. The reminders happen at the wrong date and time, often all bins in the same week. Even when the reminders are corrected they go wind again. It is next to useless now.
This used to be a good app, but in the last few months it tells me to put ALL the bins out twice a week. I'm back to copying the neighbours, hoping they have put the right bin(s) out.
App lists councils in Northern Ireland only, but doesn't mention this in the description. Shame, as its functions sound useful and I was expecting it to cover the UK as a whole.
Post Code checker doesn't recognise address, even filling in full address doesn't work. Removing app, hopefully fix will come.
Used to be better but now the reminders no longer go off! no notification or anything, so the app is basically useless to me as thats what i used it for.
Postcode search box isn't visible. Pure luck if you happen to click on it. Needs a bolder darker outline. Android.
Bit of a pain having to enter address to find out bin day each time. Entered in my diary and deleted app!
Today it says put out all 3 bins, yet because of bank holiday, collection is tomorrow and it is only the recycle bin. Not reliable at all.
This app worked fine for about a year and then stopped sending notifications/reminders.
Shocking app, doesn't save your address. Slow and crashes too much
Downloaded and installed but when opened it freezes saying cannot download data. Samsung tab5e
Always loses reminders. Only handy for working out what can go into what bin.
Completely useless and confusing could be made much simpler how could older people use this site

Lost my reminders immediately. Finding bin collection day is just a link to the council site. Quite poor.
Since update I'm unable to see anything. It simply does not work. RUBBISH which is an appropriate description for this app!!!!!!
Simple concept yet very poorly executed
I uninstalled and downloaded but it's not showing Lisburn Castlereagh council! Where is it?
Still can't cope with Bank Holidays. Completely ignored them and moves on to the next scheduled collection date. Temporary fix (which needs done each Bank holiday) is to delete and re-add your address/council - it will then acknowledge the change in collection date for the bank holiday.
