Binance Crypto Trading - Buy/Sell Bitcoin & Crypto

Loads of functions and coin pairs. the layout and navigation is crisp. the refresh rate of prices is high. the charts are pleasing to the eye and easy to use. only (small) gripe is getting logged out every so often but as another user pointed out, there is a need to re-log in once a week so maybe it's that. overall it's been quite solid so far 👍

Crashed at least 4 times during registration. Kind of makes it look a little untrustworthy. And again the app is really counter-intuitive. It's really easier for me to use the web version bc I just stare at the phone and can't really find what I'm looking for. Like recent transactions? Also the minimum buy in price should be lower, makes it more welcoming to new users. The fees are okay though. You have quite a few things to improve.

Very bad experience for the past two days. Have endless challenges with the verification process. The facial photo part is not working and therefore is able to take the actual photo. Have submitted my personal details 3 times and is concerned that my details will end up in the wrong hands. Very bad App which is actually non operational to start with.

Binance is overall great but. 1. Allow users to custom group functions, for example I want to group withdraw, deposit, transfer and convert in place. Always widrawal is hard to find. 2. Price notification, it would be nice if I only have to put the value, if it is lower or highet than current market it will automatically choose to notify "when price drops or rises to" . 3. Add volatility notification. 4. Add chart comparison with BTC, ETH etc 5. Add paypal. 6. Add auto network detection.

Facing issue with FUTURE TRADING , most of the time future chart doesn't show anything , it just shows circular loading symbol , my Network is stable , and I don't face this issue in spot trading or any other exchanges, only on binance future trading, chart doesn't load ! Same issue for ASUS ROG 2 , ONEPLUS 6 , MI A2. facing it from months still not has been resolved so reporting it.

Don't bother with this app. I've been trading for years using different apps but thought I'd give this one a go. Worst trading app ever! They keep changing my password so I can't access my account. You withdraw funds unless you deposit a ridiculous amount in the first place. And then if you have an issue with, their "system is too busy right now"! They are nothing more than scamming robbers. Do Not Bother With This App!

App good so far but the biometrics don't work and the verification process was painful, rejected multiple times until accepted with the same documents. App is user friendly especially for beginners and they explain terms and concepts pretty well. I only wish they explained terminologies better.

The WORST app for facial recognition. Just stuck with that stupid facial recognition step. The app kept telling to move your phone vertically then what? No buttons, no timer, just be there and wait for nothing. If this has negative rating, i'd go for it. Unfortunately 1 star is the only option

Great Apps. So far I haven't encounter any major issue. Good work. Will take a bit of your time to learn and navigate through but for anyone thinking of doing trading it is worth your time and efforts to go deep on this apps. Check out the fixed income section, make full use of it to maximize your return when not doing any trade.

Could you please STOP clearing the amount every single time the app is brought down or switched into other app or any other option is chosen (like reduce Reduce Only) ? It is so irritating. Every single time I need to re-enter the trading amount. At least make it an option so it's not cleared.

The new version is making me anxious. I miss the old app, it was straight forward and had many offerings. Now from Customer Experience perspective. The look and feel wasn't well thought of considering the basic and simple needs. The graphs are highly unlikely to be understood, no candles. I want my old app back 😩

Excellent app, needs some improvements in navigation and currency price conversion to other countries in all objects, as well as interface simplicity (saturated). Although in general app is in the right direction, continue improving it, congrats.

Secured, reliable,& flexible. Please remove phone contact verification or make it optional, lot time people are at remote area, & finds it difficult to complete transactions. Once am on duty at remote areas, I can't complete transactions. GA, mails, are enough. Thanks

Excellent update! Now I can use binance pay more easily as my frequent contacts appear in a list, the next biggest update could be: to include binance pay in the binance lite mode as it would be more intuitive, more comfortable and easier for new users.

This is the app the most log me out on a weekly basis. I just don't even want to be use it anymore, I spent way too much time with 2FA, and pasting password, etc. If it even worked with 1password, but it doesn't (used to work in the past). Update? logged out. 2 days without open it? logged out. Stupid.

excellent app, only down side is that customer support are not native english speakers, so it can make it tricky to sort out any issues. That said the few issues/queries i have had have all been resolved... eventually. overall a great tool.

I'm not able to verify my identity. It says my verification is unsuccessful despite after trying 3-4times. The process is complicated. It never took so much long in Wazirx, Coindcx or bitget. Here in binance everything is super difficult. This is not an app, it's a headache.

I think this app has some serious issue and Foe with me. Before placing buy/purchase order for any Coin, it shows backdrop of mostly upward or downwolard, but as i place an order, it started growing reverse.. more then 200 dollars I've losted..!! My bad Luck or App Bots issue... Still unable to understand.

Great app, does pretty much everything you need. My only gripe is the days it takes to make any cash deposit. Used to be great previously but now apparently you have to wait a minimum of 24 working hours. So if you transfer anything on Friday, be prepared to get it on Monday the earliest. Could cause loss on trades.

This is one of the worst apps. Literally before I even sign up, I encountered so many bugs. I can't change region, can't sign with Google, can't sent to my email the verification code and in the end I can't even register. How is it possible to messed an app that much

Overcomplicated app., not intuitive, but most of all the user verification takes forever. Just lost out buying into a dip because an unannounced new verification of my ID was needed, after being verified some time ago...taking nearly 2 weeks now and still not processed. No existing support. UPDATE: Binance rejected an offical registration document issued by local government after first rejecting a bankstatement. Chat doesnt exist, only predetermined subjects/issues. Case ID 91033383

The log in is so amateur! The inputs are not as they should, you can see your password written in your keyboard word recommendations and they allow to write characters in integer fields like phone number, makes me think how dangerous it can be, everything else is good

Heavy to use this app in a budget phone. App opening takes longer time. And it asks for where I reside but doesn't show any option to choose. And also the loading takes huge time even with dedicated wifi connection. I've installed never had the chance to open it since infinity loading time.
