Was highly recommended but i was dissapointed.App keeps crashing each time i want to access it. i also dont see any withdraw options on the app , you have to have an internet-enabled computer for that, and if you dont,tough. really dissapointed
Your account manager will be too busy with holidays, they'll be back from holidays after the platform took all your credit from your account. (For so call inactive.) Not even the demo account will work after deposit.
Cannot easily create account, loading took forever, cannot be closed, poor app.
They took £300 out of my account because I didn't use it straight away, that was 100% of the account balance! These people are crooks do not use
After login, it will automatic being kicked out from the app... Quite disappointed when you asked your clients to download but can't be used...

Withdrawals Looks like its only south Africans who are happy here, tell me guys, do you not experiencing hard time withdrawing money ?
Way too easy to deposit. And NO way to withdraw funds using the app.. also if you navigate away from the app for any ammount of time the app resets the time limit of an investment youre wanting to make and when in a rush to get a certain range mistakes can be too easily made. Both of these seriously need remadied. Especially when i and alot of other people are investing alot of money into this.
Awful, makes it as hard as possible to get your money back or even get anything done. Customer service is available maybe once per day and is extremely slow. Going between PC and app have different functionalities, certain tools didn't work such as the upload for my proof pics (extremely annoying). I'm still awaiting £250 which I decided not to invest and I fear they have simply stolen the money from me.
Scammers... If you deposit your money and stay inactive for few weeks they start taking your money with some ridiculous excuse like "we don't wanna keep unnecessary money from customers" or any bs like that.. these details aren't mentioned when they sell you the product.
Well I was happy customer at first had good relations with my account manager then now I can not access to my account and speak with a ghost. It's only profit who are stuck there but wich I could at least access to it... also they charge crazy fees when not active
Don't do it. You have to deposit at least 250 and if you change your mind tough luck, you can't withdraw it. Also I think the desktop version and app are separate as I stupidly put 250 on both. So 500 I can't withdraw. If you're a casual like me stick with iq options they're happy for you just to play with as little as you like.
Cant upload requested docs. Keep giving error message. Even reinstalled with no success. Cant access account. Really aweful.
Awful company. Stay away from them, withdrawing your money is like taking water from a stone. They make it as difficult as possible.
Ever since I installed it, each time I tried to login. It says expected error. So bad for more than a month i cannot login to my account. Both on my mobile phone and high class tablet.
They take your money and then don't let you withdraw. They make it as difficult as possible for you. Then have over £100 of my money and won't let you withdraw. I will choose IQ options from now on
