Love the games but every time I have had to replace my phone, I have to start all over. I was well over level 50 the first time and now well over 60 and 80 some of the bingo games. Even linking to Facebook has not secured my progress. This is a bit annoying. If I have to start all over again then I may just uninstall the games.
Why are all the storm 8 bongos crashing randomly. You lose all your tickets, dice, powerups, coins.
I'm addicted but all of a sudden I have no diamonds and no coins and can't Gerry any more videos you add any of it back either. Kind of bored with it now. Please update or something!!
This is my favorite pass time game however the game cheats you out of things for example, I was out of keys to open the mystery box's I earned during the game so I used my diamonds to open them, I had 30 diamonds and 5 mystery boxes to open, after opening them I had 19 diamonds left,, the game has also cheated me out of earned tickets,, i love the game but this needs to be fixed, it's not worth me trying to play this game if it cheats me out of my diamonds and or tickets!!
Love the game however recently the game crashez ax I lose my tickets. Probably lost over 800 tickets due to crashing

I'd like the Storm 8 bingo games better if they were actually connected to Facebook. If you transfer to another phone and you don't have everything about your previous account evidently customer support cannot find you
I keep losing tokens over a thousand in the past 2 months because of the constant shutting down this game patch is not working properly. Would hate to uninstall I've had this game for a while but I don't know what else to do I've been waiting for a while for this error to be fixed

Like the game. It is harder to get the collection as you go which is aggravating. Overall I like the game
I keep losing coins, ticket and diamonds because of the constant shutting down for no reason!! Super annoying and I have contacted support many times with no response!! When it works properly it's an awesome game!!
Wish there was a way to earn more tickets but i love this game.
I like that this game has multiple bingo rooms and different modes of tournaments to play!!! Only thing i don't like, is u don't get enough FREE daily credits and I really can't afford to purchase any!!! But anyways... Thanx Storm8 for the game!!!
What have you done to this game???? You need to fix it and leave it alone. Now I'm not getting any collectables, not getting any letters nor puzzle pieces. I'm on my 4th star and I'm only getting 1 lousy ticket or just treasure chests when I play.
