I really like the game but there isn't enough players playing . Most of the time there's only 1 through 4 wins per round so it's impossible to win back what you bet or use to play .Plus the game ends almost 20 seconds after playing because there's not enough wins per round and it's ashame because I'm the type of person who likes to purchase items.

I see I'm not the only one where the game is not fitting on the phone screen correctly. Can you solve this Alisa Bingo? You stated back in June 2019 you would fix it. Unable to collect prizes and cannot adjust settings since they are cut off from the screen. Would appreciate help on this issue. For years i loved this app i would get my daily coins & boosts for months but suddenly last week it kept saying there was an error & then log me out. I tried restarting my phone, still nothing so i tried to uninstall & reinstall the app. It wiped EVERYTHING took over 900 boosts, 880 keys & 700 coins & 3000 blue tickets. I lost all the rooms I had unlocked & all the progress I had made. Now I have 2 start all over I'm livid! Unsure if I will start again when this has happened before.

Hard to get collections and tickets, been playing for years still haven't gotten very far as far as completing collections, boosters are random, have to pay to get anywhere as # of tickets per round is obnoxiously high, game challenges haven't been updated since I started and they are minimal at best but the graphics and game play is the best so I pray for more people to comment for some change to be able to enjoy and play longer than a half hour at the most after collecting tickets for weeks!

Wonderful bingo game! Needs more ways to earn powerups and keys, and a way to get keys from the store. Maybe some daily achievements? Outside that, its taken over a year just to earn the last item in a set before and wrestling with barely many keys or powerups didn't help! Fantastic game though!

I've played off n on for years but here in last year it's been extremely hard to advance in game. In the last 6 login attempts it's saying it can't connect to internet but my wi-fi is perfectly fine (irreratating). I'm just going play once or twice a month to much aggervation anymore.

3 stars because of the actual gameplay. But some BIG points to the game....most of the rooms are almost empty. No one is playing. And those who do hurry to get bingo even though the point is to collect chests to complete the levels. Strange game. Not especially fun because of these problems

Love this app, great graphics and cute characters. HOWEVER, keep getting bad wifi on my end, but my wifi is fine. Did uninstall/reinstall, now gives me ERROR when I try to log back in with Facebook. HELP PLEASE.

I really like this game & have played it for many years. I posted a concern recently about my not being able to access games to play on this app. I have experienced this problem for several weeks...always getting the "wait" command for any game I request. This command continues for 5+ minutes. I have updated this app regularly but am concerned that if I uninstall & then reinstall I might lose the Bingo points I have accumulated. Can you offer some suggestions for solving this problem?

Love the game...BUT....1-Having issues connecting to Facebook on my android and tablet. 2-Difficult time getting Bingo. Seems I'm never winning. 3-On a higher note, love the graphics and voice and its cute. lol Any chance these things can be fixed? Will give it a 5 star if they were! Thanks!!!

Constant crashing, sometimes the balls stop for several seconds and resume pushing numbers out faster than can be checked, finally, I purchased 2 coins packages for $19.99 each, totaling $42.42 on 6/8/2020 and never received the coins. The $42.42 came out of my bank account today.

The game is great but it keeps crashing just after i buy my tickets. When i go back on it takes so long the game is almost over and i don't really get to participate. Please fix.

Use to play this but the game became unplayable when they push you to buy everything. But today I installed it again to see if they came to their senses but now its even worse. They kie about games still in progress that never end and if you leave you lose everything. Garbage! This game is garbage 100% avoid it.

can't open game, keeps telling me to update but no update available. tried uninstalling and reinstalling still doesn't work. would hate to permanently uninstall game, been playing it for years, it's been my go to game when I have time to waste.

So much fun! The cartoon artwork is brilliant. The developers did an incredible job at making a colorfully visually appealing bingo game and made it so much fun. Hats off to excellent work and make more games!

Once again bingo is charging 40 tickets for a reg. Both games are reg . No blackout. Why is it so hard to get the games input correctly. This is not the first time This has happened. You can't tell which type of bingo it is until the game starts and then it's to late to back out. You get charged the 40 whether you play or not. Games are set up 20 tickets for reg. and 40 for reg. It's no wonder the number of players has dropped. Wanda Weible

Tired of the game sticking & it's a total money sucker in which no matter what you spend you'll never finish a level to earn more tickets. They don't put enough chances out there to be successful. I might need to just play once every few weeks to earn enough coins to enjoy it 😢

Too many dropped connections and you lose your credits and coins. Why don't they have s way to contact support on the game? I don't want to keep losing my credits, it is hard enough to build them up and takes forever to complete rooms!

I enjoy playing. I try to go into the regular games to bring up my daily amount in given, but it's hard to find players playing in the regular games. That makes it hard. I've been working to get the last part of a collection for a year now.

Love this game, but every time I turn around you keep telling me to connect to wifi. My end is fine, the wifi is connected and I still keep being told to connect to wifi. Every thing else is connected, so it must be on your end.

I actually love this game, but I've had so many problems. Months ago, I was playing off my guest account and the one where I had signed in with Facebook. I had bought stuff for my FB account and had so much stuff on my guest one. I logged into my guest one and it had mysteriously given me a new account. Then my main account lost everything. I now only used my FB account until I no longer can connect with the FB one. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I've played about 15 games,glitch x 3.

Good fun but occasionally there are long pauses then a whole lot of numbers in rapid succession to the point you cannot keep up before the game ends.

I used to win all the time, now I hardly ever win,and when my game would drop in the middle of a game it would restart where I was originally.at Now it doesn't do anything but lose everything I used in the game. I've been playing for almost ten years and I'm getting to the point of not playing anymore, unless somebody helps me fix this.

Mine won't download at all keep telling me I don't have internet connection even though I'm on Facebook . This has been a problem since last year ! I report the issues and tried everything what they told me to do still not working

Sometimes the games get stuck. They pause😨, then send the numbers out so rapidly that you can't catch up😱so you lose😡 When u fix that i'll be😄 & bring back Cat~land😍(i think that's the name).....the "4 :: anywhere daub"

this game stole all of my tickets an my money. that's a rip off. the game is cool but this is the second time you have taken my bingo tickets an my money. I think you Should have to mburse me. I'm not playing this game again thanks for nothing Alyssa bingo there's no need. to trip on the game. I understand things happen. its one day all my tickets or whatever to play bingo are other I turn off the game go back all gone. thank you for listening to my problem with the game. deleted it so no biggie
