Bingo Bango - Free Bingo Game

I love this game but I made a combo purchase and got charged, but no power ups or wildcards put in my account. Also no way to contact on game. You need to have some contact icon on the game for these issues. It's a customer service thing. Please give refund or credit my account with the crazy combo pack I purchased. Other than that it's a fun, addicting game and haven't had any problems. Will change my rating if fixed.

This game would get a better rate if I could log onto my Facebook account. Also when I tried to WARNING came across the screen. Please fix and I will be more than glad to reinstall the application. Oh I won two bingo and received one bingo chip as reward.....SUCKED

already if it weren't for the fact that every time I get a bingo, my screen either automatically shuts down or it says I have a connection error which NEVER resolves without me shutting the game down. This game is so fun while it is actually playing... I see so many people have connection and shutdown issues... why don't you guys fix this problem? A total waste of time. If you guys can fix this, my rating will change and I will be a total Bingo Bango addict, otherwise, again, right now, a TOTAL waste of time.

I have been playing for about a month now. It's been fun...besides the crashes and freezes. But what really upsets me is that i recently purchased one of the bonus packs and didn't get credit for it. It wasn't expensive, but it is annoying. And to top it all off, when I tried to contact the company through the provided email through the app and their website, I received a "no such address" response for emails. Two thumbs down.

I bought a package and it never showed up.I have tried to email targa and all of their emails say undeliverable. .don't waste your money on their bonus packs because you won't get them or response from the company.

Tired of game freezing up or just shutting down for no reason and losing the powerups, coins, bingo balls and gifts I've already spent/won playing those cards. Please fix because I really like the game itself.

I would feel differently if you would be so kindly as to add the exit feature. Dahhh!!! Who's the brain behind that one. It's pretty annoying to have to take other measures to exit a game other than with an exit button of some sort, but you have none at all.

Wish u didn't have to wait so long for such small bonuses but love the app! The best bingo game I've downloaded but it does force close sometimes and u lose your winnings and tokens and if u purchase daily deals u never get what their offering. Not always a bad thing, sometimes you get better deal but I wouldn't recommend buying anything on here.

Takes too long to get points/ coins to get power-ups and keys, which are too expensive, for just a few.....goes from 3700 to then 16,000 for the next available set of powerups. Too huge a gap! And lately full of connection errors, with no refunds before game even starts.

I have been a very happy customer. But unsure if the server is down, but havent been able to connect to game in last 6hrs or so. Have all my bars and using my wi-fi...so its not my phone. Hope this is fixed. Missing my game.

intalled long enough to play one game. upon starting the second game...i got stuck, none of the buttons worked. rebooted to find that my chips were taken. not worth my time. there are so many quality games out there. uninstalling....

I love this game, I just wish the collection pieces would come out more often and I would get bingos! I hate when it tells me I've lost connection and when I try and reconnect it won't and then I have to close my game then I lose my winnings and credits spent. Also when it says there are still 2 or 3 bingos left my number comes up and it doesn't let me hit my number says game over. Not fair!!!!

I love playing this game, but it has some small glitches. It says says that I have earned a Treasure but I am not rewarded anything after the first one. On the Treasure Hunt side when you Bingo, you also are not rewarded your points. I gave the game a 4 Star Rating anyway for it is relaxing and enjoyable to play. Also the game has started kicking out of the system, and WE LOOSE ALL OF OUR POINTS. NOT NICE!!!!!!

Game shuts down in middle of play; constantly pops up with offline error message, even though everything else opens with no problem. Most of the time it does reimburse me-something it didnt do before. Will give it another week then it will be permanent history. If you can get the game to work, it is one of the best bingo games I'v played.

I have been playing this game for awhile now and it has been great however for the past week or so I will be in the middle of a game and it says my connection is weak and check my signal but I can continue to play. Then at the end of the game once I have called Bingo on 1 or 2 of my cards, it says connection lost and to retry or hit ok. I try to retry many times but it never goes back to the game so I hit ok and it force closes and I lose all my winnings as well as the chips I put in. Not cool!! Fix it!!!

I love love playing my bingo games have tried too many times to count to play this one it will let me install and open then tells me ive got no internet connection. Best thing y'all can do is remove this app totally. Tired of wasting my time!!!!

I have had problems in the past with this app and stopped playing for a while. I gave it another chance and was very happy to find out that the bugs have been worked out. However I have been buying coins and tokens almost everyday and it keeps ripping me off!!!!!! I just bought 60,000 coins for $10 and it only gave me 6,000!!!!!!! Not even the 3rd time this has happened. This is crap!! I am playing to play your game ,least you could do is give me what I pay for!!

This was a great game with no major problems.....until the last 2 or 3 days. Not sure what's going on, but it keeps telling me I have lost internet connection. My internet is fine, a loo ong with other games. I have seen a lot of this in the reviews.....too bad. Oh, and the coin rewards are very low. I would like to be able to exchange credits for coins.

Just as u are about to win, the screen goes blank then brings me back to my home screen. All you have gotten on that card is lost. More times than often,u cant even play because it constantly says....cannot connect to server.nothin wrong with internet

The game is fun but it keeps getting stuck. This needs to be rectified soon.

It keeps telling me I have no internet connection even though my Internet is working fine.

Had game for months but haven't been able to log on for 2 days now. At loading page, error message reads: Connection Lost. I can play any other game I have except this one so it's not on my end.

The last 4 times I have connected with Facebook to play this game. Players are supposed to receive 1000 chips each time you do. Well, I haven't and it's starting to p#ss me off. Don't think I will be playing this again

Below is what i originally wrote when i rated the game 2 stars....well....I wrote to support AGAIN n they OVER COMPENSATED ME! THANK U! I love this game but i cant tell u how many credits, credits won during play, treasure gems, coins, bingos and chests i have lost due to the game freezing in the middle of playing!! I write to support but noone ever does a dam thing about it!! Because of this my rating would be a 5 star but is now only 2! Please pay attention to your players and do the right thing!!

I love this game but it always crashes causing me to lose chips, jewels and coins. It warns that you have already been refunded but rarely does it refund your chips or jewels. This is the only game I play that can't hold an Internet connection. It is my favorite BINGO game but I'm nervous every time I hit BINGO. PLEASE FIX.
