I'm an old lady and I have been using this game for some time. but something has changed when I first started it was a five-star game lots of fun lots of opportunity to win and lots of close calls that were exciting. but something has definitely changed. When I use up my tickets I will be leaving this game seeking son hopefully the same kind of fun it once was elsewhere.
Once again you won't answer e mails almost all the reviews are low scores very bad customer service. I don't buy any extras so it's very hard to progress in the game to move forward my rating is the lowest I can give there are other bingo games out there that will let you move forward in the game and love to play them this one I'm very aggravated because they want money 😕

worst app for few days worked perfectly fine but then suddenly started telling number twice like 5756 do not download it at all
Love the game but the caller has cost me many bingos by calling number and last bingo at the same time, doesn't give you 2 seconds to respond

I've had this game for a long time. Now when I click on the app, it loads to about 20% then reloads the page and does it again. It'll do this about 5-6 times before I get a dialog box telling me it's not working right, click report or ok. A lot of good reporting does and uninstalling and reinstalling does no good either.
