Always a convenient glitch. Uninstalled because of crashes and loosing cherries, reinstalled lost everything start over. Contact support submit email "something went wrong resubmit" always something. Been playing this game for years putting up with crashes and less rewards 1200 cherries to play a round and get next to nothing BAD link do I get back all my years of loyalty? Loyalty and respect is a two way street. If you don't want a free game make one so good everyone is willing to pay to play.

I really like this game. My favorite Bingo game thus far. Many different rooms to choose from and lots of different side things going on. I would have given it more stars, but the win/lose ratio is insane. I've played atleast 500 rounds of the jackpot round and have never won a double or the mega. I can get all the cards I need down to needing one and open 100 card packs and not be given the 1 I need. If they would improve that I would give this 5 stars!!

This is one of my favorite bingo games, but it rely needs to have a way to turn off the annoying music. Also, all the stuff with showing your score and rank and app after each game takes too much time. It needs to just get to the point, show the score and on to the next game. I don't need fancy graphics. I don't even care about my score since there is no money involved. Just get me on to te next game as fast as possible.

Ive been playing for 6 years. I love this game. I usually play right before bed. Makes me have nice dreams. Thanks for being the best game ever. I've been through many owners of this game. But your the only ones that made me have to pay money to play. Real stingy. Ill still play, but its not as fun as it used to be. Too many changes and less chances of winning. I like challenges, but youve taken away the fun stuff. I cant stand the game with the family fued. Boring.

I love playing this game but just recently it loads then I lose the sound, the other thing is when an ad comes on the game crashes which is very annoying,I don't want to unload the game but it's starting to get too frustrating.Sort it out bingo Pop

Not too crazy about it. So cluttered with so many different this and that. I've also failed to see where or how you can win cash playing this. Except for some type of lottery type item that the odds of winning are just like real lottery wins...Horrible odds. 1 in a zillion. So its too unclear for me and so not my type of game.

Game was fun for a bit, but now I am at a point where wins are few and far between. Always feels like it's a slog to get enough cherries to even play one round. It's too expensive to purchase more cherries only to end up losing them all in a few plays.

This used to be my all time FAVORITE game... For almost 10years i have played and spent money here. Its addicting! I haven't played much lately because of the obnoxious Family Fued theme music that you just can't get away from. Please tell me it's not a permanent change. I just cannot stand it. (And to be perfectly clear, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE Family Fued and Steve Harvey but the theme song, screaming at you 90 percent of the time you're in the game, is quite frankly, unbearable.)

I used to love this game. But now it is harder to get cherries. I rarely win. They shouldn't say free bingo because you got to pay if you want to play this game. I can't so I rarely get to play. It used to be better but they are taking away ways of getting cherries. Plus ways to win cherries have become harder to achieve. This game has become a game for those who are willing to pay. They need take the word free out of it.

This is one of my favorite BINGO games. I like the variety of games and different challenges. What I dislike most about the game is small payouts compared to the amount you pay to play. The few free cherries you get each day through bonuses, wins and rewards don't go far requiring you to purchase more to continue. The prices are much too high for what you get. Perhaps developers should think about subscriptions or other incentives to play.

I've been playing this game for many years( on level 700+) and it has indeed provided much entertainment, however; these days, it's providing more aggravation. It doesn't seem to matter if I am playing a four, eight or twelve card game the only card that wins is always the bottom right one if there even is a win. The card set mini game isn't any fun when everyone ends up needing the same unattainable card in your league, same for the other similar mini game. Pls fix and make more affordable!

I hate to blast you Jam City games but I have contacted your customer service 3 times about a major glitch in your Greetings game. I am pretty upset that noone has contacted me back. I spend my money to play the really expensive room because the payout was good when I won... The first time. There has been at least 7 times I've been ripped off last time today & I have proof. I want the $29.99 you are charging for the " tool" for at least 7 of them.

The game is obviously predetermined to which balls come up on each game board(s). When there is a pet square and you don't get it playing four cards 10 games in a row the something is fishy. You bet 56 cherries and seem to almost always win half back? Not a coincidence. It's very frustrating with games like this because they are fun for a few days or even weeks then you stop playing because it's clearly rigged. Why not just make it truly random. Now I wait for the generic response.

Good game but i cannot stand that when you play 4 cards the game has a habbit of going up or down pages to the other cards automatically. Example if your on card one reading and dabbing it will automatically scroll down to card 3 and 4 before or durring your dabbing of card 1 or 2. This gets very upsetting because it gradually cause numbers to stack up putting the player behind loosing bingos. switches player cannot control, page up, down, up, down! Not even as number is called scrolls randomly

I really love this game and love to play. This bingo game is way better than other bingo games. I would have given this game five stars except for the fact that as you get higher up on boards it is so difficult to play because it takes so long to get enough cherries and since it takes so many to play just one board you have to buy to many. I think there should at least be a higher amount of cherries given daily.

I have been playing daily for 2 full years now, and have even spent quite a bit of real money on it and have still only gotten ONE mega bingo in all that time. Maybe 3 triple bingos. Paying doesn't give you enough play time to feel justified. Who wants to spend money and then end up feeling like an idiot for having done so? ALSO- I miss the old music! The constant family fued is obnoxious. If I wanted that I'd play a family fued app. I end up just turning my sound off.

Definitely does not allow many bingo wins. Cherry go fast and its expensive to buy more. Disappointing how much I spent this month, lost my $2 coupon that u could've used on a different game for a credit. Has great potential but disappointed that it's really not a free game. If I knew how much it would cost beforehand I'm not sure I would've started playing

I've been playing this game off and on for over 4 years....it's hard for me to stay engaged in it because it appears as though I've reached a point in the game where I've slowed down in progression, and no new games have unlocked, etc..... I need more fun and not so many activitues.. it's hard to focus on something with all the extra stuff going on... it's like Im doing a whole lot, and a bunch of nothing, at the same time.

This game is fun but ripoff. Even when you get a bingo you still lose. You need to get a triple or mega bingo to get all ur cherries back on a bet. Been playing this game for 3 months & haven't gotten a mega bingo once. A few times I didn't get all the cherries I won on bonuses. All the avatars on the left panel of ppl who are winning bingos in a round are always the same. Ur not playing against other ppl ur playing against the computer. Any1 gotten a mega bingo in the last few months or at all

I want to like the game; however, the multiple games were I don't win anything or only match numbers in a games is ridiculous. Also, the small amount of free cherries makes it hard to stay engaged into the game.

I love this bingo game I play it everyday the only issue I have now is getting the rooms in the high roller to unlock I have completed all 10 levels/puzzles in the game back nine and the next level has yet to unlock other then that my rating went from 3 ⭐'s back to 5 ⭐'s

Played this game for years and in the past it used to be easier to earn or win cherries on the events. Now it seems like an order to actually be able to play for longer than a round you have to purchase something.

I gave the game 5 ⭐ because it's visually nice to look at, there is so many different games and side goals to achieve. At times it can be overwhelming, but I still give it 5 ⭐

This game is fun lots of elements. Cost way too much money for very little. Maybe if everyone would quit buying for awhile . Give your players something. I don't get the video ads that earn cherries.

My fave. Just got tired of it. 💗 Update: playing again, but payouts/ wins get smaller and smaller. Think this is why I quit the first time. I just like to play and see some progress, you know? It's not about money. (which isn't real, we all know that!) But it's changed a lot.

If there was another game like this one that doesn't cost so much and Rob you blind I'd uninstall this game and install that game. Hardly ever give me bingo lucky to get even 7 numbers. I have spent over $2,000 I have counted and that is what I have spent. I enjoy the game if I can play, I only get most 7 numbers if I'm lucky the game plays by itself, you don't play you just watch. Surprises are very Skimpy not even worth playing to anymore.

This is a good Bingo game, but the only thing I don't like about it is when I login to my Facebook it doesn't give me any cherries or coins so I can't play through Facebook, but when I play as a guest it gives me 300 cherries and 70 thousand some coins. Fix this problem and I'll give it 5 stars.

Fun and unique. Only wish the refresh was quicker on the cherries. UPDATE: I am reducing my rating because the win rate and refresh rate without spending any money is ridiculously slow. I actually have invested money in the game and still run out of steam playing and have to wait up to a day to have a little bit to play with. I am almost done with the game and when I am done I won't be coming back. After spending a significant amount of money I am frustrated and remarkably unfulfilled!
