The lectures are awesome. But there's an issue. Whenever I quit the app while I'm watching a lecture, the app can't reproduce the videos when I come back. Please fix it. Because I need to restart my smartphone every time I quit the app. It's a wasting of time. It will be better if the little window dissappear whenever I quit. Thanks in advance

Very bad experience! I have subscribed to the app and after I watch the video once the next time i try to open it, the video doesnt get played! It gets stuck very often even on the 1st try! Now i cant access any of the videos from last night onwards. Prepladder team kindly look into this!

The videos are very good and the concepts are explained very well that everyone can understand. But one drawback is they dont provide notes such as printed materials or pdf... Their app has notes but everytime looking that notes are very difficult .. we cannot simultaneously look the class and read notes is impossible. If we are writing the notes from the video lectures , then this app will take days to finish the class...

Videos are well informative and user experience is also good. There are lots of topics missing from Original Preplader App in this individual biochem. App. Many topics are updated but there watch time is far far less than the updated version of that topic in Preplader. I need someone give me details about this or fix this problem.

Please improve the quality of the app..At many places the volume is very low.. And many tymes only audio works but not video.. This is very irritating.. Please dont use printed material mam.. Its not at all clear even at high resolution.. And please enlarge the fond.. When we spend so much many for only one subject we expect nice quality...

For Some videos audio is not synching with the video running......app content is good ,Smily mam teaching is very well....audio and video syncing to be corrected or videos may be lagging....though my net speed is good ... especially check video of classification and metabolism of amino acids too much lagging or its not synched properly

Mam's lectures are excellent, but to pack that into as short time as possible it's horribly edited and it's practically impossible to take notes. This totally defeats the purpose of the class.

I had a great experience using the app. The lectures are very simplified and easy to understand. The concepts have been taught in great depth.A highly recommended for all med students

This app is amazing, mam is awesome, nd other team members like very helpful, nd immediately solved any kind of technical issues if u face, but one thing the subtitles was very helpful but not present now a days, please do include that, then it will be very useful to make notes

Prepladder biochemistry is really a very good platform for understanding the subject. It provides various video lectures and question banks, along with their explanations which are quite helpful. Overall it's a very nice app for 1st year medicos and for pg aspirants!!

Dr. Smily Pruthi is explaning everything that you need to know in Biochemistry. Make sure you are watching the videos and also taking notes alongside the handwritten notes (don't just depend on the handwritten notes because you will have difficulty recalling and linking the concepts when you revise after a long time). It's best to have a separate notebook for jotting down things that are most important.

This app is very helpful and the way of teaching is also very good. My experience with the technical support team was also good. And the issues I was facing were solved.

Very good app,the lectures are very helpful in building up concepts, Video quality and format of the app is really awesome, Besides this,the technical support is very cooperative and fast.

Very good app. Madam's style of teaching excellent . Now biochemistry seems manageable. My experience with support team ,for technical issue, has also been very good.

Whenever I try to play downloaded vedios app keeps stopping.,... Why is this happening???

App is very easy to use but sometimes videos are lagging in my phone. Teaching is very simplified and I like it very much.

Having a wonderful experience of conceptual learning by smily mam. Proved to be very useful for my college exams also as all important topics have been covered in a very planned manner.Great thanks to Smily pruthy mam .But i am having technical issue regarding videos in my samsung galaxy tab a7 , hope the problem would be soon resolved

Wonderfull app with well explained concepts...definitely made biochemistry easy...but recently there is trouble to login through facebook and its coming, error and this feature is unable to login ,....please kindly look in to it because its crucial time for preparation......thank you....

Not able to play videos. Even my subscription is still present and my internet speed is also good. But class is not starting. Kindly look into this

The way she is teaching is jst awsme...i dont think any can teach this subjct so conceptually...but mam shows some slides which are so small she dont zoom it n also the app sometimes dont open even if net is full...

I have a great experience using the prepladder. Teaching techniques are at par. One can avail the course in both english and hindi languages.

Mam teaching skill is awesome. But sorry to say, i have never seen this type of wrost app. Wrost app in my life. In this time ..... They are very responsive & resolve the issue. Thank u .
