EarthViewer is like a time machine for exploring Earth’s deep history. Based on the latest scientific research, it lets you scroll through the last 4.5 billion years with your fingertips. Follow a favorite landmark, be it Greenland or New York City, as its position shifts through time, or watch a famous fossil like Tiktaalik make an incredible journey from its origin to its current location. Layer your view of shifting continents with data on atmospheric composition, temperature, biodiversity, day length, and solar luminosity, to get a more complete view of our dynamic planet.

Please note that EarthViewer is not officially supported on phones and small devices and it has not been optimized for small screens.

game freezes when loading

So sad - this was such a great app! Previous versions also worked on a tabloid. This version does not do so any longer but instead gets hung when being started (updated the old version and also re-installed new version). Not sure why anyone would use this great app on a phone only ...? My ask to the developer: please correct this flaw
Fantastic, I have a good knowledge in this field and was curious about this app. I found myself pleasantly surprised. Exellent little tool indeed. I was watching the formation of the Atlantic Ridge. Its clear as day with this app, shame they didn't have this the in 60s......good work.
just wish it was compatible with the new HTC One, i feel like the newer phones would be able to support this and I wish I could have it handy wherever I go and not just on my tablet.
Sorry, but this app locks up on the initial splash screen. Would love to see it to rate it properly but right now it can't even be used.

Great app but a no-go on the Droid Turbo 2, Lollipop 5.1.1 Waah. I loved showing this to my students. Hope to see an update. Devs?
Great interactive app. My son loves seeing the tectonic plates in motion.
I'm not sure how to feel about this app not being compatible with my S3 or my bf's Note 2.....Or this is another **** app that's not available outside of the USA. Which I'm getting seriously tired off.

A lot of information on our planet's history gathered together in one place with a simple and intuitive interface. Recommended!
I use this app with my kids. Its visually fascinating and has a lot of information on events within the time lines. We use this app on our tablets. Works perfectly. No zoom issues at all.
Its a time machine alright stuck in the dimension's of continue and tutorial, therefore useless, shame it used to on the nexus!
Tutorial or continue it doesn't matter, either button makes it freeze.
It's like having the whole Earth history within easy reach. Lots of information!!! Follow the world temperature, the tectonics movements, the evolution of the planet, of living organisms through billions of years. I strongly recommend this app to anyone interested in true science. Great job!!!!!
All text is mirrored, all touch controls reversed... want to use the app so much and would gladly pay, but as it is it is totally unusable!

Perhaps as a result of an operating system upgrade, one cannot get past the opening window asking if you want to see the tutorial. Too bad as I would like to use this app during field trips for the public.
Earlier version was great, highly recommended, but this version locks up my Galaxy S2 pad on opening. I am hoping for a new version that works.
