Trying to log in it said i need the newer version and redirected me to the app store, but there was no update available. I waited for two days and finally decided to uninstall and install again. Got the latest version and now i can log in, but the balance does not display and the scheduling screen isn't working. Samsung galaxy S8 edge Update, Galaxy A52. The app had been working well for the last year, but recently I get the endless spinning wheel on the home page. I can still see my balance and

It's a shame that you can't have a simple calendar not work properly on your app. It's quite discouraging. The calendar shows summer of 2021 and it doesn't give you options to see any days on your current month. Extremely unefficient when it doesn't work. Found the problem. My Samsung phone has a feature called RTL and that creates problems with the calendar sync. Would be worth having the developers look into that. I changed my review from to 4 stars.

Buggy app. Tough to schedule an online appointment for 'Donation' vs 'Physical with donation' unless you use both hands. On the plus side it will add the time to your calendar of which there are multiple to choose from much like the Red Cross app (Much better in my opinion). Call to schedule if you can. The 2 stars are because any relatively good IT programmer would have seen this before letting it out to Google Play store. Almost seems like a nightly.

For the most part this app is relatively decent for being what its for, however every other day theres either an "eternal error" or supposedly my "credentials" arent in the system until hours later. Not sure if this is a new unknown screw up but its VERY annoying especially when trying to check balance.

It's so horribly slow and isn't loading the appropriate text, required boxes won't fill etc etc. I can't believe they released such a broken and unusable app.

I have been giving plasma for 19-20 yrs at the Ames, IA site. The last few months the weekly/month amount$ have gone down. Also you are no longer spending promo emails for extra $15 for 6-10 gives. It makes me want to go to the new plasma company in town. And for a new customer there you would get $1000 for first 8 gives. Why are you not providing competitive rates? Why does the amount$ go down in the summer when the college students are away, then promotions go back up when they come back fall

App works about 3% of the time. Constant "internal server error" the world's most basic app, they still cant get it to function properly.

This is one of the buggest apps I've ever used. Since they updated it I'm unable to schedule anything withing a 2 calendar week range so it's impossible to schedule anything. I have to call the center to fix it. Biolife has always had buggy apps but their new system is the worst I've seen and I'm a long time donor. POC.

Once again, more issues with this app. I don't know why they bother emailing me with promotional periods when I'm not even able to activate the promo. There should be an option in the app but there isn't- for whatever reason, you need to present it in person. The location I go to has NO appointments available after 4 pm; I am not able to leave my day job to complete the donation process since it usually takes longer than an hour. Do better

The center itself is great, but the app is very bad. The referral feature does not work at all, and when you click share/refer you get an error saying a URL and message is required, but we have no option to even do so.

This app is horrible. I had no way to activate the coupon that was sent to my e-mail account. When I went to the Richmond location in Houston, Texas, they told me to show the the coupon and I did and they wrote the coupon code down along with my name, but they did not honor the coupon. So not only does the app not work for promos, even if you go to the location they will not honor the coupon. Make sure you go to another plasma center, one that is honest and respectful.

Had to uninstall and reinstall app to get it to work properly. I also cant change my normal donation spot so it automatically populated with a different location everytime.

Please make an app that loads and functions. Extremely frustrating. Also has issues changing the location.

This app is absolute garbage. I can't get it to load anything, and half the time I schedule appointments, they don't even register at the facility.

App has always worked fine for me. Now each time I click "current donor" it crashes. I tried uninstall/install a few times. Contacted support and they couldn't fix it.

App won't even let me choose an appointment type, so I can't schedule any appointments through the app, which is like 80% of the supposed functionality

While the app is okay it crashes all the time and its hard to find available times unless its the phoenix location.

It has had a glitch for two days now. I open it and the home page is partially blank with a circle spinning. Is this from the update?

I've been using the new version for a little while, so I'm once again updating my review. I no longer get an error about child numbers when scheduling, that seems to be fixed. All other functionality also seems to be working, except I don't get notifications through the app anymore. Promotions come through email. Not sure if that's intentional or not. Load times are really long now for some reason. It would also be nice if the app would give news about your center, like closures and stuff

This is ridiculous. I have been attempting to make an account 4 times now. FOUR. TIMES!! And each time, the app turns black, closes itself out and takes me back to my home screen. Im frustrated. All I want to do is make an account sho I can make an appointment but this app is making it impossible. Do I need to go somewhere else to donates my plasma?

Relatively easy to donate. Be warned however that the network for their debit card system whereby you are paid is not secure. I recommend making an immediate withdrawal upon payments. At your first donation you are given a debit card to access your account. I brought mine home, activated it, and put it in the desk drawer figuring I'd allow the funds to accumulate. 2 weeks later someone accessed my account and emptied it. Now I hit the closest ATM after a donation and keep the account empty.

Several attempts to log in were unsuccessful. App denied my email address. Would not reset my password. Very disappointed

I log in but can't schedule an appointment. It says I need a physical for my first time appointment, but this isn't my first appointment. I reinstalled the app and no change. Also doesn't show my card balance, says "balance unavailable". Sooooo, not sure what to do.

I' m not going to open this app, as it wants mr to at top of old app screen to "view" ...if I do, it replaces the old app...ya know, "THE ONE THAT WORKS!"... Anyway... read lots of older reviews and Biolife's response(s), or lack of, and apparently still a huge problem! I have haf so much headache with this app(s), yes plural, (3 or 4) that I'm not opening a 5th... I somehow have 2/3 different usernames (emails) and 3/4 passwords... Real easy to navigate. You need the app to make your appointments. I haven't gone in yet so that might change my review on the actual place. But as far as the app goes it's easy.

Staff is very polite and considerate. Be nicer to get some more upgraded coupons but overall satisfied.

App would not even let me log in as a returning donor. When I click on the button, it logs out of the app completely. I tried doing a new donor but since I have already donated it tells me to reset my password. But when I do that the same thing occurs. I just want to make an appointment!!

It functions well enough but it gets super buggy. The Biolife week should start on Monday and end on Sunday yet it wont let me schedule certain days in a single week? I should be able to schedule Tuesday/Friday one week and then Tuesday/thursday the next but it wont let me. Claiming that's too many times per week when it's only 2. I'm not sure how to fix this but as someone with limited days off, I need this problem to be fixed.

Only thing I have an issue is it doesn't keep my balance updated and the transactions are hard to understand
