New UI, but all of the old issues are not fixed at all. Slow login. App setting & watch list are randomly resetted. Total gain/loss on mutual fund is calculated wrongly: it counts withdrawn value as loss while it absolutely shouldn't. Can't download history cash report, got error "invalid format". The technical issues are clear enough already, yet they still ask me to reach the CS. Those are technical issues that requires app fix from the developer, any kind of CS assistance won't help.
Not comparable to existing eSmart that must be kept as min standard to be replaced. Worksheet as dashboard is a must. Not user friendly. Suggestion keep eSmart in operation till a better replacement availabl.
An important info related to our own portofolio is not provided by apps. Not sure about the total assets balance (Total Purchase Value and Total Market Value). Can not be easily reconciled with details. I think those two "Total" information are very important. It must be shown in the top portofolio page. Thanks.
It would be great if BIONS mobile has realised gain/loss and history (daily, monthly) in Portofolio menu section.
Unable to validate user. I tried to reset the password but still get the same problem. I can't log in to my account.
I have a suggestion related to new BIONS, could you make the "button" in the bottom-middle logo NOT plus sign (+). It confused me at first. If it is a menu switcher, use a better icon. Thanks
Worse than esmart !!! Not a user friendly !! Takes ages to load data !!! Total disappointment !!!
I've been disable the quick tour menu everytime I relogin to the apps but it still appear ... that's was disturbing .... especially when u need a quick access to buy or sell the stock ..... fix it !!!
Application keep force close today even the internet connection is good, i try uninstalling and install again until 3 times but still force close, very annoying.. (android pie)
Please fix Bions ASAP, after the update the tutorial keep showing up even after i disable tutorial tour in the setting it really disturbing, also Bions app crash many times today it happened everyday since the update, and then sometimes app doesnt responding. All these problem keep happening every single day after the new ui update. Im using xiaomi poco 3 xpro and there is no problem with it. So please fix Bions ASAP or i wont be using this broker ever again.
been using this app since 2021 but always has one problem : slow transaction. even more after update. think I'll stop using this and move to another stock platform
This app is terrible, very slow. The apps often suddenly not responding and didn't show graph or data which very important. Beside, sometimes it suddenly log out my account and then i can't log in to my account for sometimes so i should wait quit long. Hope this will upgrade soon.
Bions definitely needs a significant improvements. The app is very slow that makes customer lost their opportunity in trading. Sometimes, it took forever just to log in, to loading our updated portofolio, to show the watched list, etc..
A very beautiful platform design but useless. Apps can't function properly & rude customer service. For those who wants to use BNI Sekuritas, better think twice. Because they're other apps has the same problems as well. Forget about calling customer service, they don't know either. And when they're frustrated, they will give rude replies as if the problem is on us & their platform is perfect.
WATCH LIST reset to bions' default setting frequently. Unable to trade directly from watch list, no direct link to buy/sell stock. No sorting option in watch list. There should be ample features in WATCH LIST. Running text has no option for displaying >100 lot only like in esmart.
So far seamless, auto trade run smoothly, trailing stop and cut loss were executed as instructed flawlessly. That's one of the best feature I really like. However, charting indicators is pretty basic, no bandar info
This app must be improved again, many features is useless for user and please improve the chart table beacuse chart's display is not user friendly. Sometime this app have an error in opening time. For the last I hope bions will be the best app in investing. Thankyou 👍
The finger print method for login is good! But the login time is too long (compare to other olt apps). Then, the apps do not update the buy and sell transaction. I dont know why.
Easy and informative
I dont like this version. I prefer the version before 4.0.5 because easier to use.

Lagging while loading the data, watchlist and not showing the current price in the portofolio when its lagging. This is so annoying. Too much bugs now. Please Bions fix it.
I'm quite disappointed with this app, your refresh trading feature seems doesn't work at all. My portfolio can't update the newest price, i tried to relogin but still the same. Please fix it.
The update makes the application worse. I cannot log on the BIONS, and even I can, the application do not show anything, just blank-page without any word.
Hi BIONS team. Your apps is definitely stuck. I can not log in for trading. Please fix. It happens for many times. Why it happens so often? And bions is getting slow now. Huft. Please help us as your customer.
Can't open report, always says pdf error? How we know our last transaction if we cant use it? Maybe Bions use one of it, or maybe there are hidden transaction on it. We don't know.
- Please add more max automatic order list, 30 is too less. - will be better if in order list, minimum it could be filter by alphabet.
The app needs improving. The app is not so compatible with the latest android. Very often it is always force close from my S8 and now Samsung A70. The charting also needs improving
Hello. Honestly, this apps need an improvement. I can not log in so I can not do trading. This is ridiculous. I lost an opportunity because your apps. This happens many times. Please fix it.
The autolisting feature out, canceled order still passes through, and now I have an additional unwanted stock and at a loss. On another day, the auto listed orders just misteriously disapeared so I have to reenter everything manually. Both of these just randomly happened since 26-04-2022. Seriously BNIS and BIONS performance just keep getting worse by day.
