Good app. But, I have some suggestions. Firstly, please bring back old white splash screen. That was so cool. Secondly, add an FAQ page. When I click FAQ, the app restarts instead of showing FAQ page. Thirdly, please improve the player. After showing Live TV for few minutes, it becomes laggy and only audio comes, video goes blank.
Unable to login to the app on AndroidTV outside Bangladesh. Even though the app presents phone number country codes for other countries.
Very bad user experience! They didn’t do usability testing! Some of the videos I can't maximum due to next button, which is completely bad ux. There is an issue in the way of sound increasing too! Overall not user friendly!!
It was better before, but now trouble with loading and sound effects. The next episode button doesn't work anymore.
When we click on "Next", the next episode of the episode we are about to appear. But, instead of that, another episode of the drama came. Such things do not happen in the browser but in the app.
It's a Live TV app that doesn't run on your android TV. On mobile device, Navigation is clumsy and confusing, not user friendly at all. I'm not complaining about the contents. Its about the app itself. The UI needs to be more organized and user friendly. VOD's and channels should be categorized acccording to genre for better navigation experience.
I can hardly describe it. So many bugs and fixing issues. It's urgent to fix it. I can't even open it twice a day. If you want to see movies, tv shows, etc, then this app is not at all good. I bought the prime pass and when I open the prime channels it's really bad that there are like only 5-6 channels on prime pass and not so relevant. I think I should rather stick to Netflix or Zee tv.

The app is fine but the Chromecast has some issues it doesn't work at times and its really annoying. and there is no version available for Android TV box The live matches the promise will stream doesn't stream!

Not satisfied at all. Downloaded the app just for Live TV and that disappointed me a lot. Especially the Chromecast feature. While casting, if you leave the app, the casting gets completely stopped. Moreover, the casting video is very slow and laggish. And shows loading for a very long time. Although my internet speed is quite high. Fix these issues quick
I downloaded this app just to watch a super hit Turkish series "sen çal kapimi"s bangla dubbing which is known as "Zaara Abir" there. However, so good experience with this app. It's completely free to watch the prime if you log in with a grameenphone number. And the sereies is wow too... fabulous! Worth 5 star
Most worst ott platform, Bioscope web and app both are too much slow running about its work. Bioscope must be upgrade it's version and web running speed
Suddenly all channels are not working. Server error. Fix it as soon as possible.
So far loving the app. Glad to see high quality streaming on the fly. The UI is fluid and easy to use. But note that, more contents and channels need to be added. Also casting feature is missing, which is pretty much essential for streaming apps these days. Hoping to see these in the upcoming days. :)
Trying to open it but aftter clicking the app icon it shows apps instruction and then hang their...cleared data.. Uninstalled and again installed but not working in my Galaxy M21
Excellent app but there are some bugs in this app: 1. It can not be used in landscape mode before playing video. 2. Back button of my smart TV does not work while playing TV channels. Expecting it will be fixed in next update. Otherwise it is a nice app.
Please add star plus and star jolsha channel it will be the great combo and bost this app in bd more thanks 4.5 star bring thoose 2 channels you'll get 5* from everyone thanks
I'm really appreciate to Bioscope. But needs to more users friendly UI design, API and low network optimization. -Every time unexpected error. -It's loading long time. -App opening time is very slow. It's need to be fix it and more comfortable with users friendly.
After watching ad it keeps buffering and content never starts. Wth is this man. Stupid app.
I'm using bioscope on TV.. and I only use it for the live channels.. I understand it's a media content app, but it does also have the live channels, was just wondering if you guys have any plan to add more live channels and I strongly recommend to make this app more user friendly, in a way people can keep browsing contents or live channels while they're keep watching a content or channel.. something like Pluto TV. I'll give full 5 star when I can really like this as a user friendly app..
Its a good apps.. But I have a suggestion.. Thats are - added more chanel... Please added live " T sports" I think i would helpful for solved that. Thanks
One of the worst app ever. Do not install it. Completely waste of time & energy. Each & every time it crashes just right after opening the app. They spend a lot of money advertising this app. But they should use that money to develop it instead of advertising.
For the last few days bioscope is showing "No internet connection, tap to retry" and I have tried to reinstall the app on my android tv but it is still the same, showing the same message and now even the thumbnail of icons are invisible. I even bought their prime package but it doesn't work. Please fix this mess as early as possible.
Well, this is a good effort. But as you will see on the review section, most of the users are disappointed with the prime feature. For foreign channels & shows, that would be appropriate. But for our own channels, prime feature is a pure restriction on the flourish of culture. Hope GP will keep that in consideration. I will give a 4-star🌟rating, if this suggestion gets implemented. Doesn't work on smart tv. As soon as the login screen is shown, I selected login via sms. It failed. I then tried to login via whatsapp, that failed as well. Casting to my android tv option is not shown when I try to olay videos from my phone. This app was not thoroughly tested.
Your app and website both are getting worse everyday.I am paying to watch prime every month,with your website,at the start my experience was awesome,and now it's downgrading everyday,buffers all the time(I don't have any problem with my internet connection),says network error 4-5 times in every 10 minutes.I would have stop using this app a long time ago if I could find another app,but sadly I am stuck with your site,and still paying every month to see buffering☺️
Limited TV channel, Limited Contents. Very Bad User Interface. For Tablet or smart TV you Cannot select specific Episode, IE if you are in 35th episode, you have start watching from beginning of 1st episode. Very Sad App, even a collage student can make better streaming app than this. Grameen Phone it's very Disappointing. At least you could adopt a open source solution.
When i going to click next for new EP its say "We are experiencing high volume of traffic at the moment!" so the apps can use with limited traffic or users! lol. Also there have no way to see all of EP list. to much bad apps with lot of bugs.
