Bipolar Screening Test (BIPOD)

The Bipolar Inventory for determination of Presence Of the Disorder (BIPOD) is a psychometric test developed and standardized by Noll Psych Group to provide a screening instrument to look at possible existence of a bipolar disorder. The test norms have been developed using psychiatric patients seen in both inpatient and outpatient settings. It is a 75 item test that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The test should be used as a screening - for accurate and complete diagnosis, a full psychological evaluation should be sought.
