I only downloaded this with the hope of receiving notifications when it's time to change my ring. The app has given me no notifications. I've done all I can, gave permissions to override do not disturb. I don't know what else to do. I just need a reliable notification app
When I first installed it was great, but no matter how many times I reinstall it the reminder doesn't seem to connect from the app to my OS. The reminder can be seen by my phone but it doesn't sound or show a notification.
I never get notifications even though they're turned on, but I'll put that on my phone instead of the app, however it doesn't wait for you to tell it that you changed your patch. It assumes you did and if you miss a day won't let you change your start day. I have to uninstall and find another for this reason
It was good but now it doesn't alert me until hours later or not at all. I've tried changing the times of the alerts and nothing. It will randomly alert me at any time and not every 15 minutes like I have it scheduled to.
I don't receive notifications anymore! Only when I open the app it gives me the notification of that day. Please fix this I love your app!
The notification does not go off anymore, eventhough I have everything on my phone and in the options enabled.
Before it would notify me and now it doesn't pretty bummed. Hopefully it can be fixed I can't seen to find another reminder app.
It doesn't sound, doesn't remain me that I need to take the medicine, just when I open the app it sounds
Its verry good in use, only the ads have to go away there verry anoying.

It's not even notifying.
I downloaded this app to remind me to change my nuvaring. It gave me a notification the first month then stopped, caused me to miss a ring.
I've been using this app for a bit over 3 years, to notify me about when to put/remove the ring, and it works perfectly. It's not "pink and flowery" like many other BC apps, which is a big bonus. The notifications have never failed me. It's a true 10/10, really :D
