Birthdays - birthday calendar

The app works well. However, if you ever get a new phone you have to pay for the premium version on both phones to transfer your data, one to be able to export and then on the new phone to import.. Otherwise you have to enter all of it manually again. This seems like a rip-off. You should get that ability by upgrading one time but there is no way to identify that you've upgraded already (no sort of account or ID #). Also, two emails to support have gone unanswered so don't expect any help.

I wish you contact google and google allows you to integrate your features in the contact app itself. It's very helpful. 1. However, allow us to disable to add button at the end of the screen to quickly add events. 'cause it hinders the view. You can make it floating. 2. Also, there is text font editor for widget, but no such settings for app. I would like to make text in app bigger. 3. The back gesture for full screen on redmi note 5 pro doesnot works well. I am not able to get back to home screen of the app using back gesture.

I'm not sure how many revisions this has been through, this used to be an excellent app 1 year ago , maybe a tad longer , I realize things change and so do operating systems and permissions, but I'm uncomfortable with what needs to be done to make this reliably notify me. I see its switched to a paid app , and that's cool too , not sure it fits what I need at this point.

Fantastic app! The app I was using for years decided not to send notifications when I got a new Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I've tried everything to rectify that. I decided to try this app and it's brilliant! I have all of my birthdays and anniversaries stored and it notifies me perfectly when in standby and "Do Not Disturb" modes, (the latter puts a notification at the top of the screen), so I never miss anything! There are plenty of ways to input contacts, e.g. from contacts, Facebook etc. 5 * !!!

Edited: It's been added again! I have been really fond of this application since I downloaded it. However, I would like to ask a question on why you guys removed the 'cropping the photo for profile' option when it's so useful. I am more than glad to change the rating to 5 stars when that's been added again.

i have been using this app for about a year. It was a really good app. But four months ago when I changed my phone, the app erased all the birthdays and anniversaries. it even stopped syncing with facebook. I have mailed them twice, but they haven't even replied. Very poor support service.

After using it for two minutes, it was already stuck in updating contacts while had already done that, while I had already clicked away the rate-5-stars screen and in the background was now the popup to get the premium version. I don't mind paying for a good app, but this is too aggressive.

I paid for the app but its not even working properly nor syncing with facebook to fetch birthdays. It would be a lot better if all the saved birthdays are sync with server and restore it again everytime you login to the device instead of import export functionality of excel. Also it is updated 2 years ago so its completely outdated.

This app requires a little refinement. First, there should be an option of showing the notification on the day of the event. At present it is 1 day before the event. Second, the notification icon in the status bar should remain the whole day of the event. Currently if you swipe the notification the icon goes away. Third make the icon in color, it will look better. Lastly this app is not updated for a long time.

Worst app... Earlier this app was useful as we were able to import friend list from facebook and used to get notifications 3 days prior for the same. Recently I paid to get full access to the app however it was of no use. Waste of money, data and time to be honest. I believe the new version made it worst, it does not have an option to sync birthday reminder from facebook. To the developer of this app, if you could again add facebook import to this app again would be well and good.

Unfortunately fails at the basics. It mistakenly has a few contacts with more than one birthday, some with the wrong birthday and today it's telling me to contact the wrong person for the reminder. So that can be embarrassing and now I have to check in my contacts it's correct before acting on the notification. I'd look somewhere else until it's fixed.

Terrible support and data management. Data is stored in app so won't transfer across when you install app on new phone. Tried to upgrade to solve problem, so I can download birthday data from old phone with upgraded, but when i install app on new phone won't recognise ugrade so cannot upload my birthday records. Contacted support - they never responded. Waste of $8 upgrade. Also you can only send the birthday cards to people that have the app. Don't waste your time with this.

You can easily import contacts and make new ones, and the reminders are good. But when you fully close out of the app, not just minimize it, you no longer get reminders. It always has to be running in the background.

I m using this app since more than one year. It's good app. One issue which developer may consider is of exporting all data through cloud account. Once you change phone it's not possible to import b day and anniversary through account. I tried even premium. Otherwise app is very good.

I edited the year of a custom event for one of my contacts. The configuration for importing contacts (Auto-import contacts at 3 a.m.) is already enabled. However, this change in year is not getting reflected. New contacts that are created in Google contacts are shown in the app. So, I believe this issue is only for edited events. Can you please check?

Working well. Only two remarks: 1. It doesn't update from my contacts list, only imports. Therefore, deleted contacts still appear in the app. 2. Option to import from Facebook isn't there. Please work towards these. Would be pf great help.

Pathetic app and almost no support. I picked up the paid version. It does not even sync with facebook to pick up upcoming birthdays. After installing got to know thos feature available in other similar but free apps. I requested this apps support team for help. NO RESPONSE !

I used to love this app, but recently the button to download birthdays from Facebook has disappeared. That was how I got all my birthdays in the past. I've tried emailing the developers but no response, which is odd because they've been super helpful in the past

Good app, notifications work well. Developer please make this app grab photos from Contacts. Also please add a free dark theme. Cost to unlock items is a bit too expensive! Don't like the waste of space image at the top of the app screen.

Backup is paid option, so it's not worth manually entering all the information into the same app. Other apps provide backup which is useful when changing devices, I would rather update reminders to a new app.

I am very happy with this App. I paid premium and enjoyed the benefits. I wish it had Alarm system. Only Notification is not helpful for me. Also if it had imported the details from excel sheet properly it would have made me more happy. While it imported all details but put it all in one category i.e. birthday. Hence anniversary was also taken as birthday even though I had mentioned 'A' in the sheet. I installed it recently & yet to explore other benefits of the app. Over all very good app.

Used to be great but won't sync with Facebook now. Once you login to Facebook to import contacts the newsfeed appears and when you go back to birthday app again it says you haven't logged in, when I just did. So yeah sort the Facebook sync problem.

Good app but once I reset my phone and discovered that I just cannot sync my old birthday list from excel file without paying for premium. I have to manually input all of it again. I understand keeping additional cards under premium but why this basic utility?

The notifications for the birthdays kept getting turned off, even though I didn't do anything. The instructions to keep them turned on were too complicated. I missed some birthdays because I didn't know the notifications were turned off.

Everything is fine but why does this app give me full screen ad to upgrade to premium? I have already paid for no ad version. Now you want me to pay more for stupid cards? And once I dismissed it, why does it keep coming back, that too on full screen. I am so annoyed. Please fix this. 🙏

Not good. Poor pool card selection. Paid $4.99 for some prime status, another $10.99 for All cards. The " All cards" deal is nothing more than a few more which were originally priced at $.99. Nothing, Nada spectacular about the poor selection. Not happy with it, feel cheated.

I loved this app. Worked well. Never missed a birthday. But this is the second time I've tried to restore a back up and it didn't work. All that information lost! So I will delete this, consider the money I paid for it a waste, and find something else that works.
