Bit-Finder Geo (for Fitbit)

Absolutely brilliant app. Lost Fitbit, searched the house top to bottom and absolutely no sign of it. Downloaded the app, trick is to turn off the Bluetooth on the device paired with it. Found it within 5 minutes. Trick is to move quite slowly once in the right area so the signal strength updates. The Fitbit had dropped into a drawer full of clothes that we'd already searched twice. Probably wouldn't have ever found it without this app. Superb. Thanks to the developer.

I thought my Fitbit Alta was lost. It took me 5-10 minutes to find but that was due to the learning curve. Just walk around and think of playing that childhood game of you're getting colder, warmer, hot, steaming. The colors correspond. It would have been nice if I could have easily found a brief explanation of what I was looking at. However, I highly recommend this.

Ok of all the apps I was skeptical about, this was one on the top of the list. I work in wireless with RF signals and tried finding my fitbit with expense hardware and software and nada. I tried this app since I had my fitbit still synced with my phone and 2 hrs later of playing hot and cold, I found it! I had rummaged through 5 boxes of packed items & it got scooped up in the mess of things I put back in the boxes. If I didn't have this app, it could have been days before I found it. I keew it was in the house because I could sync, remove and add apps, even change my clock faces. I even turned off all wifi in the house just to verify it was syncing via Bluetooth. Only thing I'd recommend for people who are not familiar with RF RSSI, is that the higher the number is with the negative sign, the farther you are from your fitbit. Turn/click the speaker icon and toggle your Bluetooth off now and again, but turn it on via the Bit-finder Geo app & it'll refresh quicker. Great app devs! A+

Found my fitbit flex within 2 minutes, I was amazed! I'd downloaded 3 other apps in a desperate search for it, but none of them actually worked and were covered in ads. This one actually does the hot/cold meter, and is VERY accurate!! I'd torn my apartment and car apart desperately looking for it while it still had battery. This app immediately identified my fitbit, and took me within inches of it with the hot/cold meter! Hello pants pocket, fitbit found.

I lost my Fitbit while doing yard work. It could have been anywhere under thousands of fallen leaves or in one of many piles of leaves. Three full days later, after finding this app, I decided to try looking for the Fitbit in earnest. Unbelievable! This app was able to guide me to a lost, lonely, and very chilly Fitbit buried under one of the many piles of leaves we had moved over the past 3 days! Thank you!

I lost my Flex 2 fitbit on my birthday near the bonfire we were having. It had fallen out of the wristband and into some tall grass which had tree limbs. I knew it was in that area because it was still syncing with my phone via bluetooth. I had been looking for it for 3 days when I found this app. Within 5 minutes of using this, I had a very strong signal and reached down to remove leaves and a few tree branches. There it was! I am thrilled and delighted!

needs improvement. the meter thats supposed to tell you how close your fitbit barely refreshes and on top of that it takes twenty minutes to get a response from the app. i could have done something wrong but i dont see what. app has solid potential if improved. on the plus side from the vague (at best) responses i got from the app it led me to the general area of my fitbit (the entire basement of my house). i was able to find it after roughly two days of searching.

Installed the app. It immediately identified the type of Fitbit. There was little charge left in the Fitbit battery but the app picked up the signal and showed increasing strength and sound the closer I got to the Fitbit. The Fitbit had fallen into a drawer in the bathroom upstairs and been pushed to the back of it under a bunch of toiletries, well camouflaged. I had tried three other finder apps unsuccessfully before using this one. I am buying it even though the free version did the job.

I lost and found my fitbit flex 2. I used two different apps, with no success. One of them was able to see my fitbit. But never got past warm, even when I stood directly above where it was found. But within minutes of downloading, I found my Fitbit Flex 2. The best part of it is, my Fitbit was in a special bracelet that cost an additional $80 on top of the cost of the Fitbit. So this app save me the replacement cost of my Fitbit plus the special bracelet! Try this app first

It could definitely have more of an explanation of the features but it was intuitive enough to figure it out and find my Fitbit. I was able to scan different piles of stuff I thought it might be in and ended up finding it buried somewhere I thought I already checked. Super helpful!

This app doesn't work. To test it I had my Fitbit on the table in front of me. I activated my Fitbit through the Fitbit app, then went into this app. The message "No charged Fitbits detected" came up each time after several tries of starting and stopping this app. The Fitbit app on my phone finds my Fitbit every time, no problem. This app can't seem to find it. Don't waste your time with this one.

Lost my Fitbit 2 days ago...realized it yesterday. I thought maybe I had hit the clasp in my sleep but after checking my bedding, under the bed and backtracking all through my home, I still couldn't find it. Downloaded this app last night but was too tired to search anymore. i just remembered that I had it just now and tried again. I found it in about 5 minutes when I realized that I had gotten something out of the bottom drawer of the nightstand.. opened it and there it was!

I was frustrated at every turn but the app worked on a different phone. Where's the directions? Finally found a Youtube about how it worked but, like others, my phone would get a signal but the meter would move a bit and freeze. Hubby installed it on his phone and found it in two minutes on my desk (where I usually charge it.) So my suggestion is to try different phones if your phone doesn't work right away. Donated.

I had been searching for my Fitbit Alta HR for about two hours and had tried other apps, but alas to no avail. I gave up and searched for other apps and came across this one. I found it in less than 3 minutes. It is so helpful because it begins to set off an alarm the closer you are. Recommend it 100%. It didn't require in-app purchases either like the other ones I tried that would tell me my Fitbit was in my house, as if I already didn't know, but they would charge $5 to tell me exactly where.

A little confusing to use at first but after a few minutes i was able to quickly and easily find my fitbit. The distance meter combined with sound helped me alot. -IMPORTANT- this is one of the only apps that you can truly use for free, all of the other apps force you to buy in app purchases to use. After going through several apps before hand, i finaly found this app and was able to find my blaze under a blanket in time to go on a run. Over all a very good app that deserves 5 stars.

My gf "lost" her Fitbit versa and we were tearing the house apart... I was convinced she had lost it but this app works, she had put it in her hoodie pocket and put it in the wardrobe. The app is definitely not perfect. I did had to keep turning my bluetooth on and off but we got there in the end.Honestly, I dont trust the reviews on apps because people get paid to leave good reviews but I'm honestly saying from a real experience with this app that it works.

Outstanding app. Tried two other Bluetooth finders to find a lost Fitbit Charge 2 with no luck. The audible signal with Bit-Finder Geo easily located the device. Sort of like the Alien detector, it gets louder and faster the closer you are to the device. Good stuff.

I CAN'T believe I actually found my fit bit I was actually going to give up when I found this app. It was actually working and got to the red part of the meter when I was close. My fitbit was in the most unexpected area. 👉👈 but if it weren't for this app I would not find it would I! Thank you so much, I am really HAPPY

I would've never found my Fitbit Versa without this app! It did take some time to get it to work, so be patient and continue to turn bluetooth off and on. Once we got it working the app led me to the garage shelf where my watch was buried in the paint supplies I was using earlier.

It actually worked! Getting this app to work consistently is difficult but once it has locked on it is good to go. This helped me find my Blaze in the dirty clothes basket. I especially like the sound that gets more intense the closer you are to the Fitbit

This was the most clear and non-spammy version of a finder I could identify. Worked great and clearly was using signal strength. Led me to an area I had already searched & given up on. Found tiny flex2 that had fallen out of band in less than a minute

This app is awesome! I had all but given up finding my lost fit bit! Installed this app and found my fit bit within 5 minutes. It must have fallen off my arm when I went to the coat closet to grab a jacket. I would not have found it in there until the next time that the closer was cleared out! The totally best part is that is app is totally FREE! Love it!

Must try if you can't find Fitbit!! I lost my Fitbit Versa 2 days ago and I couldn't find it!! I knew it was in my room because Fitbit app would show 'sync moments ago.' I tried 2 apps before this and only this worked! I even donated money after I found it because I was so happy 😄😄😄😄
