Driver can cancel the ride without any reason no charge and waiting time and if we cancel for any reason than company charge cancellation Fee. After ride or ride cancellation company should ask the question what's the reason. I wouldn't suggest put your credit card because you have no control over driver cancellation and you get charged.
There are cheater drivers. When you order the taxi the cost of the trip is written. I did so, when the driver picked us up, he immediately cancelled the trip and at the end didn't reach us to the exact destination although we had much stuff to carry. And he charged us more. I don't recommend it at all until there is a firm supervision on the driver's performance
So horrible using this app there was a day I ordered taxi for a friend and when the driver came my friend went outside immediately to enter the taxi, where he was going was just 3/4 minutes on getting there the driver collected money from my friend and cancelled the trip on the app and this is not the first time,I have pending payment of 6tl twice now for what I didn't do. I paid the first one now I have another one to pay so annoying and frustrating I think the authorities should look into it.
Honestly no point in having this app. I never get a cab. All these taxi drivers want you to pay a fixed price. I have only found 1 out of 100 in Istanbul who was happy to go by the metre. I hope the municipality fix this.
Dissatisfied and disappointed, not to be trusted and relied on, am a disabled passenger, made a plan to go to the local hospital, didn't connect me to any driver and so many empty taxis drove past, your services are terrible and not reliable. To be honest you don't even deserve 1 star
It was very awfull. Driver accept me but when we arrive he charge me double prices. I am tourist in turkey and he behaved me very very badly. There arent any support in app crm. None of them can talk in english.
Terrible App. Took ages to enter credit card details, then once done told me I had to enter a credit card to book a taxi. Tried to delete my credit card details but the app won't open the payment methods section, so now they have my details but I can't book a taxi. Uber doesn't work in Turkey anymore and Bitaksi was started to replace it, but when Uber once did operate here it was far better.
No matter what destination point I choose, the app complains that it is less than 250 meters away. Such a poor quality!
Taksi cagiramayan taksi cagirma uygulamasi...All the taxis are unavailable due to "high demand" whenever you use the app. Dont use it and call the taxi yourself.
Useless as you can never get a taxi and if you do they always end up cancelling the ride after 10 minutes of waiting. Istanbul made a huge mistake by getting rid of Uber in favour of the regular dishonest taxi drivers who's only aim is to rip people off. If they were honest then there would be no need for apps. The government of Turkey needs to make it easy to report criminal taxi drivers and those that will try to negotiate a price even before you enter a taxi.
I wasn't able to book a single cab with this app. Uber is much more reliable.
Useless app. The cab drivers don't take the customers seriously. They accept the job and then try to increase the rate on the phone. Taxi/cab is the worst part of Istanbul.
I dont know why, when i request a cab and picking the destination, the drivers doesnt get the destination I have picked from their application

Doesn't work, shows a non-readable message in Turkish. Can't understand what it wants from me.
There is never a taxi available. It works once every 10 tries. Disappointing!

The driver canceled the the drive though had picked us up and doubled tge price. I don't recommond at all.
Tried taking a cab three times, they either cancel or do not show up! Wasted my time for nothing
Overall the app works okay and taxis are super affordable. The drivers are very nice as well. However there often problems that can be inconvenient or stressfull. Drivers accept but don't come. Typing in adresses often doesn't work and you have to use the map to find your destination which can be tricky. Drivers often take longer to arrive then it says initially. There's no chat with translation so it can be hard to communicate especially if you don't speak turkish.
First time using the app and already saved 100TL. Regular Taxi rate was higher. Excellent app I would definitely recommend. thank you. Would like to add an update. The first time I used the app I probably was lucky enough to find a cap driver who was able to speak some English. The second time I was not able to find a cap driver who was able to communicate in English, very disappointing. You place a Taxi request, the driver calls you, and here everything just stops. I placed 5 calls and no one was able to communicate in English. You might say that this is not the app problem, yes its, there should be an option to select that you need a driver who can communicate in English, just few words like, where you want to go, and where to wait for me. The other major issue IMO is that no driver complies with the price the app shows, drivers always seem to add some extra. For all that, I will re-rate the app and give it 2 stars instead of 5
Scum! Dont use it. It just calls a taxi, nothing more. Driver will cheat you, drive whatever way he wants, price random from his head, dont speak english and so on.... Worst taxi experience in my life.
This is absolutely useless in Istanbul! I mean first of all the maps have basically less than 10 percent of google maps, also in many many many areas inside Istanbul city، drivers just cancel ur trip requests or not come to you at all! It happened to me 3 times to the point that i really couldn't get in to a taksi using this app, please when you want to have an Uber copy just make sure that it's up to the quality.
App said trip cost 250 driver set hos own price of 400 when skrives through that app with no way of getting the original price. Built in scam
An excellent application. Easy to use and very safe and reliable.
They have a new "Cancelation Policy" and now require credit card info. Taxis take other customers on the way and wait for you to cancel. It happens every single day. And now I'll be charged 5tl if I cancel that trip ? No, thank you ! I'm deleting this app and will use the service of competitors from now on. They work just as well.
Useless app, no other comments, below my experience: I used the app for 1 week during my staying in Istanbul. When you book a trip it shows the price, then all the drivers at the end of the trip charge you whatever they want with no sense calculations, plus they add some fees, such as one for using a tunnel (which in my opinion the app should show or at least warn you) one even added a random tip for himself, one didn't manage to finish the trip so I had to pay cash. Unbelievable
