I like this app. One of the most user friendly and simple to use. They keep increasing the amount of coins and tokens you can store and exchange, free (and almost instant) transactions between app users is a plus. Support service is GREAT. They'll work with you to help you solve any issues you may have, they are always kind and explain things in a simple way. Gift cards sound great, I didn't try them yet. Reliable wallet for confident use. This is how I would like to characterize Freewallet. Largely due to its security and stability. I've never had such cases when the wallet would stop working at crucial moments, or somehow slowed down. Its optimization I was extremely pleased. I also want to note the security aspect, because having two-factor authentication in its arsenal, the app immediately bypasses its competitors in this segment, being at the same time faster and more functional.

But,, The kin currency in volts has been deactivated for some time and I can not transfer or exchange it. Messages were sent before this, but unfortunately I did not see it. I cannot transfer my BTC to XMR because it won't send email confirmation. When I asked for help, the ticket got canceled and the issue was not fixed. I stopped storing cryptos on exchanges a long time ago, and instead use such wallets. I really liked Freewallet compared to others, but I wouldnt call it super outstanding. Just a good wallet that does its job well. It doesn't create problems, especially with the movement of coins, and for this it can already be appreciated.

App is really easy to use and understand (I managed to get to grips with it and I'm really not very tech savvy!) However, the network fees are absolutely extortionate! £115 to send £60!! The network fee isn't shown until you want to transfer so you have no idea how much it'll cost beforehand, and most BTC friendly places want the money sent ASAP (the most expensive option). So I've now got £60 worth of cryptocurrency sitting in my wallet that I'll never spend and never get back...such a waste!

Great performance of the app. Fast transactions, fast interface and it is pretty lightweight. Also, Freewallet releases updates often enhancing the performance of the app. I think that's a signof a caring company. I personally keep at least 6 coins here for almost a year and never had a single issue.

I won't be able to say something new, 'cause everything has been said before me. Transfers and swaps are fast. My only complaint might be the fees. Still, they could be lower. Nevertheless, I understand that quality requires sacrifices and at least the wallet is still free, and this suits me completely
