Don't do it. Bought coins and got a error message right after they took money from my card. None of it has arrived and support is not getting back to me. Edit: it ended up coming in just a few hours later. Those errors still occur though. Still getting error messages and having to restart the app. It's manageable though

I love the functionality and the nice background picture. However the layout itself can be confusing. Please consider a tutorial, particularlythat the actual " send" button is under the plus, I was confused for a little while.

Wish I could give it a 0 is been almost a month since I got this app. Worst wallet ever. On my first transaction I was never given my coins. When I reach customer service it took them 2 weeks to respond. Then was told to logout only to not be able to login. This people basically stole my money out right. Don't use this app at all is a rip-off scam.

Good for crypto beginners because it is easy to use. Seasoned users probably want to own their key and don't want to pay a premium for transactions.

This app is a scam. very dissapointing. everything works until somehow the app always says "an error has ocurred please try again later." after i get money sent to my account. great. fix your app for once!

Account logged me out while I was using a fingerprint for password. It said I put the pin in wrong too many times. (HOW!?) I had the account for 2 days and the bot didn't help solve the issue and the following day an email chain has ensued which is carrying over to a 2nd day. Too much hassle and clearly not great security

worst app!! took my money still haven't returned it back to me.. no tech support!! keep away! layto84 is my username.. I want my money back!!! I have emailed them it was taken from simplex by the company you use to do transactions i have contact them and nothing no reply from them or from you this place is a joke!!! 4 weeks no reply from anyone!!

Installed. Attempted to create account. Get "Error try again later". Followed advice on here to uninstall and reinstall. Same thing occured... 3 times. How do you have an app that someone cant create an account for?

not working without registration. wouldn't trust such an app with cryptos. thanks for the reply to the developers, however, i disagree. I neither register the fiat money in my real wallet, so i believe i should be entitled to also own crypto that is the same. Not registered.

I downloaded and tried to setup a account through my gmail and it said there was an error so I tried using my FB account and it came back saying your account is locked. If I haven't even opened an account and I am already having issues I'm seriously not going to trust them with my money and neither should you.
